The staff here were very kind and patient with him! They did an amazing job on him and he felt calmer here than other places we've tried. I really appreciated how CLEAN and colorful this place was! The manager Nicole checked in on us multiple times and described the payment process easily for us and helped us figure out financial solutions if needed. Horrible place please do not take your children here! I brought my two kids because they had a huge opening thing and seemed really nice. Well that changed obviously most kids won’t sit still and you’d hope they would be professional enough to know how to deal with kids because it’s a kids dentist well the one main assistant was clearly upset and annoyed and kept trying to clean my kids teeth and was never able to and she said That it was going to have to get done when they got sedated for work. So she never did the actual cleaning on either of them. A few weeks I have a PPO and I get a $400 bill so they billed my insurance and now they’re trying to get money out of me they’re theifs I called their main billing department and the sweet girl said that the x rays and all they were billing me for should’ve been zero out!!they are quick to say your kids need work when they don’t all to get more money out of you Because I took them to a different dentist who said they only needed some fillings and Magic land was claiming my daughter needed a baby root canal! Be very careful! They’re new and have a nice office so they’re looking to pay for all the stuff they have! Horrible horrible place!

The place was very clean the staff and dentist were ok . In my honest opinion they could have been more patient and kind to my children. I felt as if they wanted to do unnecessary procedures and all at once. I don't feel my 6 yr old needs braces (yet) given the fact she only lost about 4 teeth . They also didn't want me in the room while they were putting her sealant on. I didn't care for how they handled treating my 3 yr old. Or how they spoke to any of my children. I will not be returning

Had an emergency with my son and they got me in right away. I made an appt through their sister location in pico and when i arrived carolina greeted me warmly and they all were so patient with me my son and my situation. It felt like a dentist appt for him and a therapist appt for me. My son and I walked out of the office with some peace of mind and relief for his treatment plan. On top of me having a rough morning i also added to it by leaving my wallet behind but Carolina called me back and let me know and im now here picking it up from them the next day. Do not ever go to this dental group for orthodontic services. Unless you call on the day that the ortho department is there? They cannot answer any questions about any orthodontic work. They just seem like they do not care and they would not even offer me any phone number are way to get in touch with the orthodontic department. I was told that they can email the lady that takes care of the orthodontic appointments, but she doubts that she will contact me. The absolute rudest and worse service I have ever had at a dentist.

Very clean and welcoming. There are bright colored murals on all the walls and disney movies playing on loop. The dentist was great and got my baby to smile big and laugh. The nurses were very nice. They brushed her teeth with fluoride and gave her a balloon and toothbrush to take home. She was smiling the whole time. It was a great first visit with not a single tear. Definitely recommended for babys first visit.

This was my sons first ever dental appointment ever because he has sensitivity towards his mouth and the staff was so kind and gentle to him. They made it comfortable for him and they explained all the options to us very clearly and didnt just push us to one option. When talking about how much our insurance would cover they made it very easy to understand how the prices would change depending on the options. Overall all we feel very comfortable with taking our son there and will recommend it to our other parent friends.

If I could give them a 0 stars I would I was happy when I saw a ne kids dentist I brought my 3 kids to them yesterday and after spending about 30 min on their questioner I just ended up giving up it wouldn't let me pass to the consent part so they told me to refresh the page and guess what all the info got deleted so I just end up living with my 3 kids, horrible service they should go back to the old stile forms pen and paper their online system sucks and when I approached them for help they reply ohh your phone is android so now what I have to get and apple phone just to fill out there forms , if you end up going to this dentist place you will regret it.
