I am writing to expose the arrogance, non-caring, lazy and racist attitude of your receptionist. When I arrived I was told to sign in by the employee who obviously did not want to be at work. The tone of her voice and miserable look on her face made me want to immediately walk out the door. I took my seat and waited to be called for my procedure. As I watched her deal with customers I noticed a disturbing pattern. Her attitude and demeanor changed according to the skin color of the customer. Black customers were greeted with smiles and happy professionalism. The white customers were handled with impatience and fake smiles. When my name was called (I was second on the list) I told her I did not have the money to pay for the balance of procedure. She said she would speak to a manager. Twenty five minutes later, after clearing out the entire lobby of customers, typing on her computer and fussing with her clipboards , she then got on her cellphone. I got up and told her to call me when she had an answer for me. Dismissively , she told me that management had approved the procedure and we could move forward. It was obvious she knew this before handling all her customers and consciously decided to leave me waiting. I declined and told her to call me. I never received a call. Dental customers are typically suffering and in pain. Maybe consider getting a more sympathetic and non entitled employee. Earle Pace

I was sent here as part of a pre-deployment by a hiring company. Ace couldn't figure out how to charge that company. I offered to pay out of pocket for the exam and cleaning. And I would turn the receipt into my insurance. I was told since my Texas Drivers License didn't match my Cigna insurance, I wouldn't be able to be seen? That they were worried about fraud? And Ace said I couldn't do 1 visit, I would have to have more than one visit. This was all from the receptionist, not the Dentist, who was too busy to talk to me. To me, all Ace is concerned about is money. I do not recommend Ace and I let Occu-Med know how difficult this location is.

So I’ve been to this dentist three times, and the first time I went they said everything was fine. But turns out I actually had a incipient cavity and they didn’t tell me at all. The dentist himself didn’t speak to me after doing my X-rays,cleaning on my teeth etc. He didn’t have a conversation with me what’s going on or anything he just said it was fine. But it was 6 months later I come back and need to get a cavity filling and I had no idea about it.. Then I get my other cleaning done, and same thing dentist didn’t discuss anything with me after said everything looked fine. I then asked the dental hygienist if everything was okay and she had to check my dental records and let me know of another incipient cavity I have that the doctor himself didn’t tell me about… And another thing, when I got my filling done the doctor who did it didn’t leave enough space between my teeth where I had to come back and get it fixed.. I honestly feel like the doctors here don’t really care about your dental health as much as you would want them to. They seem really just to be doing it for the money in my opinion. So if you want someone who seems like they care to talk to you about your dental problems and what’s going on with your teeth then I would not come here. I feel very rushed in and out whenever I come here. And I specifically came here because I saw all the good reviews, but I came here to find out and be disappointed. Also it’s been really hard to reach them through the phone for anything like making appointments etc. Please take your money elsewhere. I do NOT recommend this place.

I accompanied my son Daniel to his first visit at this dental clinic. I noticed that the waiting room was clean and decorated for the Holidays! The entire staff was friendly and welcoming! The dentist sat down with us and explained the treatment plan to my son and I using x-rays and pointing out the first steps that needed to be addressed! I was so impressed! Definitely will recommend this dental clinic!

Today, they had me sign it with zero dollars, but later the administrative lady told me there was a mistake and that I actually owed an additional $230 because of the error she made. After many years I had to overcome my fear and panic attacks, in the hope do slow down CKD. On my first visit I had total melt down . With the staff patients and understand and so so caring., reassurance and talking to me step by step . I had several appointments and excessive work done . ( Only one more appointment and then from now on just regular check ups ). Dr Paul is wonderful and so is all the staff .. I truly can say , this was the best dental experience I ever had in my life and I’m 60 something. Some of my nightmares I had over the years was splinter and debris left behind after an extraction which became a huge infection, being worked on while the injection hit my eye nerve , passing out on the chair and so on . So this may give you an understanding about my fear ?. I recommend Ace Dental in Copperas Cove to anybody young ,old or just in between. If you fearful and worried go to ACE Dental in Copperas Cove. Promise you will not regret.

I called Ace Dental on a Saturday morning with a really bad toothache. They got me an appt. same day and quickly diagnosed an extraction was needed. I went in for a dental emergency that led me to getting a tooth extraction and a bone graft. Although they got me in quickly, my experience was not pleasant. The extraction for one tooth almost took about 2 hours. The whole time, the dentist was complaining about the flimsy (cheap) tools hence why it took sooooo long to pull ONE tooth. After tooth extraction while receiving sutures for the bone graft, the dental hygienist clipped my lip with scissors in an attempt to clip the string that was in my mouth. Once everything was done, I did not receive after care instructions AT ALL. The dentist rushed out. I had to walk back in and ask them about after care. Then I received a text message with general/generic after care instructions that was not specific to what I actually received. So I had to Google it.

So I broke my tooth, went to a dentist and was told I needed a root canal/extraction and had an abscess. While waiting on the referral from said dentist. The pain became too much. After looking up Ace dental did same day emergency care, I made an appointment. At my appointment on Tuesday, I was told yet again I needed a root canal/extraction. (I stated that on my paperwork before the visit). They did not do same day care, had another appointment for Thursday. I pain the for treatment on Tuesday. Today, Wednesday, I woke up from the pain early in the morning. I took Ibuprofen and Tylenol that did not help. I called and told them the pain was too much, unbearable, from my neck to head was pressure and throbbing to which I was told by the doctor, take ibuprofen. After stating I had already taking it and it was not phasing it. I needed an emergency same day appointment like they said they did. To which I did not get, I had to go to another dentist and have them treat me.

Staff was friendly but went in for teeth extractions found out my gums were still infected after finishing antibiotics they were still infected instead of her prescribing more antibiotics to get rid of the infection she went ahead and pulled 2 teeth out and prescribed pain killers and sent me out the door knowing I have and infection already on my gums 4 days later I end in the hospital er mouth throbbing in pain head pounding chest hurting from all this and they prescribed me antibiotics to get rid of the infection that should've been taken care of in the first place. This is why I don't trust dentist offices I have enough health issues going on I don't need to add to it. I'm not recommending this place to anyone.

It was a pleasurable experience from beginning to end. The plan that was offered to me was affordable with my insurance and it was explained in a way that I understood. I'm excited to see my new smile. I haven't had all of the work done yet but my confidence was boosted before I was out of the chair. I recommend highly. We need more professionals who don't shame you for falling behind or neglecting yourself just a little because life gets busy. So when you finally take a minute or pain forces you to take a minute to check on yourself, it helps that the staff doesn't focus on why but focus on getting you caught up and finding a solution to any problems you are having. The staff here was nothing but supportive in providing my treatment plan and i look forward to my next visit.

The entire staff are all very sweet. I was not an easy patient at all but they handled the situation with great care and patience. They even chuckled with me a bit and it lightened up my anxiety and helped me not focus on my pain. The dentist was also very careful and considerate not rough or in a rush to get out of the room. People are great, the dentist I saw was great and really nice. The only bad thing was I have multiple medical conditions, the worst one is Dystonia. Because of having Dystonia in my eyes, face, neck and throat, I cannot sit in the chair waiting forever because it really aggrivates my neck, face and jaw if he is working on my teeth. I have to have my appointments to be quick, to avoid having a really bad neckache, and jawache by the time I leave thete. I get very, very uncomfortable after about 30 to 45 minutes, sometimes sooner. I just need to get in there and have whatever he's going to do, done so I can get out of there before I just feel really sore and uncomfortable. I wonder if they even know what Dystonia is and what all it involves as far as pain and what it does to my muscles in the areas I listed. But I am hoping the next appointment isn't no where as long as this first one.

The dentist assistant was amazing with my daughter ,I couldn't have asked for better , my daughter has PTSD , she's 13 . The dentist though I wish would have been better in some ways , maybe had a better bed side manner , I get shea busy but when you know a child has difficulty with things ,like being touched and stuff ,take time with them . Also when you refer a patient ,don't say it's because the patient has PTSD and wasn't cooperative, my daughter was being very , cooperative, I was trying to explain things to her ,but she didn't seem to grasp the point .

First visit was great other than their computer systems messing up, and having to sit for over a hour. Since then though has been a horrible experience! I have a very bad infected tooth. Ive been trying to contact them for 2 days on having it extracted and nobody ever calls back, and doesn’t answer when the scheduling people call them. It’s extremely frustrating!

Took my mother in law for an emergency since her tooth filling fell out and she was here visiting from another country. I told them we needed the papers to file a claim with her travel insurance and explained the situation and they said they could do what we needed. On the day of the appointment people were very nice, the dentist was good and did a decent job. But we’ve been asking since that day to receive the receipt, report and x rays to send to the travel Insurance, and they simply say they will do and never send. I’ve received over 5 emails asking for reviews and none with the papers I need, so it’s not to say they have my wrong email address or anything like that. Hope I can have what we requested sent to us now that I wrote a review.

Dentist offices give me severe anxiety...that being said, the staff did everything they could to make me comfortable. The doctor (dentist) gave the most gentle numbing shots I've ever had in my life. Usually needles in the mouth are awful..I barely noticed. The dentist also urges you to do what is best for your mouth, not whats best for monetary gains. The other staff are knowledgeable, super friendly, and very good at they're jobs respectively. I would recommend giving Ace Dental a try.

I had scheduled an appointment for 9 AM right when they opened I got in got my console got everything took the pictures did all the works everything I didn’t leave their establishment until 12 o’clock. I spent four hours in the place. I had four different nurses I have never had a worse experience at the dentist than I did coming here today, they were all very nice but their customer service and how they planned accordingly and booked. Their clients was all over the place they overbooked they had too many people booked one slot. They had two doctors. It was just crazy to me that like yeah I get that people need procedures people we need dental work done but don’t schedule something you can’t handle. I was told that my procedure would take 30 minutes to an hour. It took 2 1/2 hours for them to finish my face and on top of that they cannot make any accommodations as I have a gluten allergy I kept having to tell them over and over again that no I don’t want the certain things they were trying to give me because they were bouncing from patient to patient not paying attention over my experience today to write it from a 1 05 I give it one. It was very very unacceptable. They could’ve prepared a lot better and definitely should not take more patients than you can I get it may be a money thing but that’s ridiculous. You should be able to tend to the patients that you can , my kids been in there since 9 o’clock she just numbed his mouth at 1:30. People have lives people have places to go people can’t just sit at the damn dentist all day waiting. I’ve never been to a place in the service nor have I had multiple people having to work on me .

I almost lost both of my parents and was just worried about them and one of my molars rotted. I suffer from massive anxiety and PTSD and add that to stresses....I was a mess. They let my husband stay with me. Dentist was so patient with me. I was in a lot of pain and it was all bad. But he was kind, patient and understanding. That was exactly what I needed to get through yet another very stressful situation. The tooth had to come out. But he set me up to get an implant later. I am so grateful to this dentist. He had every reason to be i.patient and angry with me but he wasn't. I will go back to him when my gum heals for the implant and likely will keep going to him going forward.

While I really thought the dentist at this location was fantastic, I simply cannot recommend this office. I asked that the office submit a Pretreatment Estimate of Benefits as they were "out of network". I was assured they would submit the pretreatment to my insurance company. After calling my insurance company a week later, they informed me that it was never submitted. I called the office back and the person I spoke with said that after speaking with her lead, they don't typically submit a pretreatment estimate. And therefore she didn't submit it... even after I specifically asked her to and she said she would. I've been told on multiple occasions that someone would call me back, but never receive a phone call. I've received a phone call from someone in billing or accounts receivable who wasn't any help... she said she would just have to transfer me to the office because she only "gets involved" when there is a payment due. I don't understand why it's so hard to submit a pretreament estimate so that I, as the patient, am financially aware if there would be an out of pocket expense for me so that I can make an informed decision about continuing care at this facility. By not doing so, you have made the choice very easy.

Just an overall poor experience. Inconsistency with billing, poor bedside manner, everything felt very scammy. If you’re young, shy, or nervous about the dentist they aren’t very kind, and will try to take advantage of you. Refused me service after charging me and then continued to try to charge me thousands of dollars for a procedure I didn't need. You’re better off going anywhere else in the Cove/Killeen area.

I had a very bad experience with dentist in the past and the teeth I have left are doing me good. So I broke down yesterday when he said let’s save it. Due to the traumatic experience I had in the past I was absolutely terrified. But this Dr has restored my faith and I love how he was very tentative towards me. His sensitivity is on point. Now he’s a raw fog kind of Dr. so he not going to lie to you to make you feel better about your messed up mouth lol. I love how he’s not the same as others. My tooth feels so much better and I can still eat steak in my life to come. Thank you ace dental. Also the lady up front is amazing. She got me in and took care of me as well. Thank you guys so damn much.

The female dentist is super duper rude. I came into get my tooth pull @115pm it is now 3:05pm first she refused to pull the tooth I came in for so she acted like a child for over an hr telling me don’t come at her…..her reason was I needed two and a bone something or another. I said okay can you pull this tooth and I can come back for the other work on Monday. I’m in pain from this tooth RIGHT NOW. Finally she agreed at 4 but made me wait forever to get the service done because she upset I didn’t do what she wanted. Will never ever come back I suggest you not waste your time with this location either. At the end I asked her was she having a bad day she said yes she’s having a bad day because I’m here confusing her when I’m not A dentist…. And I don’t come with you don’t see my record I was literally writing this in her chair Friday 12/1/23 missed my moms birthday lunch thanks to your nonprofessional dentist. Definitely calling Texas State Board of Dental Examiners!

The service, time getting in, the communication and concern for what I needed was wonderful. I’m a little worried that I wasn’t checked thoroughly enough, for teeth sensitivity, there was no plaque cleaning, and Fluoride that was applied was all over and not where was needed. But I got what needed to be done and I was pleased with the outcome.

Worst dental clinic I’ve ever been to. They are so disrespectful and awful to work with if you are military. They scheduled an appointment for me without my permission (I had already got a new dentist because they were so rude when I had my first appointment), and when I tried to cancel it, they were super snarky and hung up on me. If you are considering this, I highly recommend looking elsewhere—especially if you are military.

I have taken my grandsons to this office multiple times. The front office staff are always friendly and professional. I also love that the staff remembers use. The dentist has always been both friendly and professional. He also explains everything in detail and answers every question. On our last visit, the tech seemed to be less experienced than past techs. She went to receive an item for the dentist in another room. She brought it back in an ungloved hand but had also retrieved the wrong item. While suctioning, she sucked my grandsons tongue or jaw and sometimes the dentist tool many times.

This office told me I had three cavities and needed fillings. Thank goodness it was out of network for my new insurance because when I went to a different office they told me that I didn't have a single cavity and didn't need them! ACE Dental wanted to give me three fillings for absolutely no reason. I'm very happy I didn't listen to them and do it that day.

I had an apt for a regular cleaning and to check on a tooth that might need fixed. I saw the dentist but I sat there for an hour and a half still never got my cleaning, so I just left. This always happens here. Come here if you don't mind sitting here half a day. It's also happened twice I day and waited but they were behind and never got to me before closing.. I'm not coming back to this place, my time is more valuable to me.

Finding a good dentist is very hard to do nowadays. So when I found Dr. Aunkur Desai I knew I hit the Jackpot. He’s very knowledgeable and talks you through everything he’s doing. He even answered all of my questions. Dr.Desai really cares for his patients and it shows. I needed a wisdom tooth pulled and he couldn’t do it but he was able to call another office and get me in the next day. Most dentists would have you do that yourself. If I could take you to Saudi I would lol hopefully there are dentists who are just like you….AMAZING

Was terrible, sat it the waiting room for 45 minutes, because they “forgot” (lost the sign in sheet). Then when taking x-rays their system crashed, I had to wait for it to reboot, and take the x-rays again. With my cleaning the dentist (woman dentist, can’t recall her name), did my cleaning and rushed through it. I did not feel like it was a thorough cleaning (would have been nice to have been see by a dental hygienist). When she did my cleaning (and first time checkup), she did NOT do Perio charting, did NOT do an oral cancer screening (mouth screening), and when scaling using the Cavitron, she only used it in a few areas not the whole mouth. I thought she would use the hand scalars to maybe clean the rest but DID NOT. Also, when calling in to speak with a ACE Dental representative in the Copperas Cove,, TX location, the phone number was routed to a different location, so I had to wait for long periods of time, and explain myself twice (explain to the first person that answered, then she routed my calls, and I had to explain again) ?. Just overall ridiculous!!!! I worked in a dental office as dental assistant in my past careers, and know this could be streamlined much better, customer service could be improved on and honestly NEEDS it badly at this place. Anyway, that’s my experience, go at your own risk

I had to find a new dentist that accepts my insurance. It was a daunting task and I must admit, I was a little skeptical of going with a 'big box' business. I was so pleasantly surprised and encouraged from the moment I walked in the door! The staff was friendly yet professional. The facility was very clean. I no sooner sat down when my name was called. Dr. Desai was thorough (and handsome! Ha! Am I allowed to say that?) and made sure all of my questions were answered. I liked that he didn't press me to have things done that didn't necessarily have to be done right away. The Dental Assistant even recommended a restaurant to go to for lunch when I asked, I don't live in Copperas Cove so I really don't know my way around the city. It was a great experience and I highly recommend Dr. Desai (and his staff) for your dental needs.

Finally have found the dental practice I was looking for. Dr. Palyekar and her staff were wonderful. She took care of my immediate need and set up a reasonable treatment plan to take care of some other tooth issues. So happy I found them for my dental care.

Ace dental is so great with my kids. I have two boys and one is good with the dentist and the other is scared and doesn’t like now textures in his mouth. They are always so sweet and never make him feel bad for needing a break or crying. The dental hygienist even taught him how to breathe to calm down. Without insurance a filling is about $130 each. If you sign up for their 60% off service $40 a month for at least 3 months they cover $43 off your bill at the end. Pretty decent deal and they accept dental through Medicaid. My daughter goes here to get her dental work done and it's free with Medicaid.

My 3 year old daughter can be extremely difficult sometimes when it comes to doctors (or anyone in scrubs) but Doctor Desai and his whole team were AMAZING! They were all so patient with her and let her be in control instead of having me hold her down, etc. She started in the back corner of the room and didn’t want to move, to giving all of the staff high fives and socializing! So very happy to go back and will tell everyone we know how great they are! Thank you all so much for being so patient with my girl!!

Spent thousands of dollars to have my husband's teeth fixed, he needs a root canal and a bridge and crown, I also had a few filings for me. Staff is nice but that's not enough. The quality of work done was not good. At the time, his temporary crown didn't make it even a full 24 hours and we had to arrange coming back. Then my husband's bridge didn't even make it 13 months before ultimately falling out. The aching from his crowded tooth never went away. Now we will have to find somewhere else to repair all of the work we paid Ace to botch. Then they have the nerve to send my husband, my mother in law and myself all bills for $75 over a year after services rendered. What's the chances we all had outstanding $75 charges. I would not recommend.

Hello I just want to say that this score is solely based off of both assistants (I believe one name is Judy and the second I can’t remember but she had on really nice green shoes) and the doctor Ankur. I arrived yesterday for my appointment at 11:30 and did not leave until between 4:15 and 4:30. We did some exams and went over a few things and I landed on just extracting my tooth due to the pain I was in. So the other doctor I would say started around 12:45 or 12:50. She was having a lot of trouble trying to get my tooth out. She was working on it for about 2 and half hours maybe a little longer. I can tell her assistant Judy was really feeling sorry for me and she was really trying to help me but the doctor was in so many words not so good. Even after working for so long I was in so much pain she then tried to blame me for it and say oh do you want me to refer you out. And I could do was just look at her So since you are not that good you want to blame me for that okay. Again Judy the assistant was there helping me trying to comfort me. So then doctor Ankur came in I’m not sure if he came into the room because he was told she was having trouble or he could hear it for his self. So he came in a started helping the other doctor. He tried to give it back over to her she said naw that’s okay you continue. And I’m I so glad he did. At this time he asked for his assistant. And I believe Judy was going to lunch. So the doctor and his assistant took over. He worked for maybe about 30 mins and said hey let me go ahead and get my own X-rays. I know they have some but let me see what we are dealing with now. So his assistant took some X-rays. He came back and said okay I can see everything let’s get started. He checked to see if I was numb he could tell I wasn’t as numb as I was supposed to be. He even coached me threw it and gave me examples of pain and pressure. He then applied more numbing agent. After doing that he let it sit for a little bit and came back and worked his magic and got it right out. When I say doctor Ankur and his assistant (sorry I can not remember her name) are so amazing it’s crazy. I definitely told them both they must be the Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen of the facility. And that’s the 1995-1996 bulls team that had the best record in nba history for years and won the title that year. Again Judy was amazing. I would consider her as the Toni Kukoč because she was amazing and really helpful as well. It was just the first doctor was not at all. Not even a little bit. Which is why I said in the beginning this survey is based off all both assistants and doctor Ankur.

My 9 year old daughter has autism, and they were patient with her, even when she would stand up and try to walk around. The dental assistants were so kind. My 6 year old also seemed to be at ease in the office. They took the time to explain to her what they were doing, and did not rush the process. My children had not seen a dentist in a few years, and definitely needed the gentle encouragement from the doctor in order to recognize how to properly care for their teeth. I did not feel demeaned or looked down on despite the cavities my children have. I would recommend this office for anyone. They handled everything both kindly and efficiently.

I am beyond happy I switched to ACE Dental. About a year ago they helped me out as an emergency and now I went back for my regular check ups. Super friendly staff and the dentist was super gentle! First time ever I did NOT feel the needle going in my gums. And that for front teeth treatment! This says a lot to me. I am very sensitive. Negative starts... I waited 2 hours to see the dentist and when I did she hit my teeth with the dental tool three times while looking in my mouth didn't apologize. Luckily she didn't chip anything. Also, Ace dental refused to refund me for fillings they never even did. This place is AWFUL! Don't go here!

It's almost impossible to find an affordable dentist that makes you comfortable as well as listens to you. Ace dental is that place. They had to cancel my first appointment due to weather but got me in the day they opened back up and in addition to my initial exam they fixed several teeth and filled holes in 2 teeth in one sitting, no spread out visits with one tooth at a time like other places. They are also very affordable unlike privately run offices that have sketchy pricing and uncertain billing. I recommend ace dental all the way!

Been going here for three years, twice in the last 6 weeks. Today, after reoccurring pain from cavity fills, I was treated like a drug seeker. After continually insisting something was wrong, they finally found an issue in a root. This was after being told a couple of times that nothing appeared wrong and there shouldn't be pain. Then, they informed me that I had to be referred out but were quick to give me a several hundred dollar treatment plan for after a specialized root canal. This secondary treatment would be from them. We have dental insurance. It is cheaper, by a lot, to just pull the toooth. They caused pain to the offending tooth, ignored the other tooth and sent me home, in throbbing pain, saying all they could give me was ibuprofen for the pain. Great idea, because that obviously worked before. So did Tylenol (Neither works.) Dr. Kim was condescending and unhelpful overall but was quick to present me with an expensive treatment plan for after the root canal. It's a shame because the dentist I had seen the last couple of times there was absolutely wonderful and the office staff was great and made you feel welcome. The office staff today was very muted and serious without any of the lighthearted, fun, professionalism of before. I learned today that this is actually Dr. Kim's office. We will be seeking a new family dentist and a second opinion.

I called Friday morning to ask for an appointment for a tooth extraction and I was shocked to be offered a same day appointment and the person I spoke to was INCREDIBLY nice. I read that they did payment plans and they had great reviews so I figured, well I’m desperate so I’ll give it a try. The clinic was only a short drive for me and when I got there I didn’t know what to expect. The lobby was nice and the staff were welcoming. The online registration was easy and when I got lead back to meet the dentist I was really appreciative of how incredibly kind and sweet she was. I explained to her my history and I was treated with the utmost respect and understanding. I didn’t feel judged at all. For patients without insurance in the aftermath of a pandemic and job losses and insurance cancellations; it meant the world to me to not feel shamed. This was the absolute best experience I’ve ever had and I will be back and will definitely highly recommend them. Thank you Ace for the compassion!!

I had tooth pain after biting down on something hard. It last for days. I called for an appt. They were able to get me in the same day. I got xrays and a cleaning by the DDS. No cavity and pain resolved after cleaning. Walked away 90 minutes later with a $20 fee for a fluoride treatment. Happy day & great customer service!!

This is a very good dentist's office. If you don't have insurance, their prices are reasonable. The entire staff is good at their job. Dr. Alapati is especially good. I didn't feel a thing and the crown was done well. Good place if you need a dentist.

My daughter was lied to by Alisa so that Ace Dental could get their referral fee from a lending company, then I was lied to by Sean when I called to pay off her account. I was refused the opportunity to speak with someone else to have my concerns addressed after asking more than once for contact information. SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES. This was my first visit there, the service was great and they were very thorough, in all honesty I just didn't expect to do so much waiting in between x-rays and cleanings, I had a 2:00 appt and didn't leave until after 3:30. Again, I do praise the good service, maybe I just happened to be there on a busy afternoon.

I came into the office for some preventative care over two weeks ago, which included small fillings. I went into the office with very minimal discomfort and left not being able to chew on the right side of my mouth. I went back 3 times in attempts to have this fixed when the dentist became extremely short with me stating she sees nothing wrong with my teeth. Despite my pain/discomfort I’m being told my teeth are fine. I am now having to see a separate dentist in hopes to save my teeth. Not to mention during the fillings they held my tongue making it to where I could not breathe on several instance, then was told to relax....when it was difficult to breathe. My only compliment I can give is that the girl at the front desk is extremely kind, understanding and welcoming. Too bad the rest of the staff/dentist did not give the same courtesy and professionalism.

For a while i was very pleased with my experience at Ace Dental in Cove but then they switched my dentist on me i had a dentist who knew how to handle my mouth but they switched me to my mom's dentist who during one visit didn't numb the correct spot then waited till i was no longer numb to fill my teeth then worked on teeth that weren't anywhere near where she numbed

Of course, I neglected a painful tooth for about 2 weeks. I called for a routine appointment on Wednesday morning and was able to get seen at 4pm. I ended up needing a root canal.The team worked on me for about 2 hrs and stayed well past closing time with a smile. I appreciate the immediate care and going the extra mile to help me out of a bad situation. I felt so much better! Never needed pain medication either. Awesome teamwork!!

Longest waits ever experienced from a dentist. Every time we go we are there for minimum 1+ hr a person for a cleaning. Made a mistake of scheduling all 5 of us the first initial cleaning. They can’t handle that volume so I scheduled 2 at a time, still hour plus per person. Scheduled a filling that took 2 hours+. We will be finding a new dentist. Nice but not worth the time

Went in for a cleaning after 2 hours all they had done was x-rays. I couldn't wait any longer. The front desk rolled their eyes at the dentist when she asked her to do something. Dentist is very nice but not worth my time.

I went to Ace Dental in Copperas Cove so that my son (who just got his first teeth!) could be seen. It was a very simple quick appointment, the hardest part was all the paperwork Medicare requires. Everyone was excited to work with the baby and Dr. Lakshmi Alapita (sorry if I got the name wrong) was very friendly and gentle with my son. All in all it was stressful, but it went very smoothly and I'm sure our next appointment will be even better. ??

This establishment is new so it was at least clean and nice inside. The techs where great but Horrible dentist! The dentist had no reguard for my beathing as she cleaned my teeth with her water jet cleaner. She soaked me over flowing my mouth causing me to leave with a wet shirt. Then quoted me on dental work I needed done and I the price was a lil high. It was hard to understand what the dentist was wanting to do and I had the whole office clearly explain the procedures and the cost....day of the procedure I was told good news, so I thought. First they tell me it was going to be less then originally quoted. Five min later it was 400$ over the original price quoted. I am extremely unhappy with ACE DENTAL
