When I learned I had to have my tooth pulled, I broke down—not just a few tears, but full-on sobbing. The team showed so much empathy, even hugging me and comforting me in a way I’ve never experienced at any dental office. Thankfully, I was referred to Dr. Green in Flower Mound by a colleague. Tonya at the front desk was incredible—she quickly figured out the financial details and got me scheduled for the same day! She was courteous, professional, and so helpful. When I arrived at the office, my experience continued to be excellent. Tonya was welcoming, and Dr. Green, along with Michelle, were fantastic. Dr. Green was extremely polite and professional, and they had me in the chair and getting treated within minutes of my arrival. Everyone dreads root canals, but I am now pain-free and feeling great! Can't recommend this place enough!!! They got me in very quickly after my dentist recommended them. 5 days after evaluation had surgery on half my mouth, stitches out 2 weeks later. A few weeks later other side of mouth was done. The doctors, nurses and front staff were wonderful! All my questions were thoroughly answered. Stitches will be taken out in 2 weeks and then a deep clean 6 weeks later! They will be my go to from now on!!!

Come here for your root canal! Twice I have had to get a root canal done and twice the doctors and staff have been amazing. Lily and Dr. He took such great care of me. They explained everything and were so kind and gentle. I was on a road trip couldn’t get back to DFW for two days - so when I called about severe pain and told them I was worried about a dangerous infection, the front desk gave me suggestions that kept me from getting into a very bad situation, and moved my root canal up as soon as possible. Everyone was so kind - I am so grateful for this group of doctors & their amazing, kind, gentle staff.

I went to Dr. Green to have a root canal done, and it was about the best experience someone could have at a dental office. The ladies in the front office were very friendly and made the check in/check out and payment process very simple. In the dental chair, Michelle and Lily made sure that I was well taken care of, and felt at ease. Dr Green has a very gentle hand, and an attitude that makes him a great dentist. I would definitely go back to his office, and I would highly recommend him.

They were very thorough with my consultation, and only gave advice on what was necessary to maintain dental longevity. Like anything it’s expensive , one necessary extraction, bone graft and implant for one of my back molars is around $6-$7k, I’m on teacher dental insurance which of course does not cover this and will have to save for it, but I appreciated the honesty and only necessary procedure advice.

I had an emergency root canal. The office got me in immediately since I was in immense pain. Dr. Bruce performed the procedure. She was compassionate and checked in with me frequently to see how I was doing during the procedure. I felt well informed and well cared for the whole time. I would recommend Associates in PIE.

Mrs. Terrie, the PIE Director of Operations, is unprofessional and rude. She started expressing frustration and raising her voice before I could explain why I missed my appointment. While I understand the importance of upholding company policies, I feel that Mrs. Terrie's tone and attitude during our phone call were unprofessional and could be improved. As a representative of the company, it's crucial to maintain a cordial and respectful demeanor towards customers. All the excellent service and work that doctors and other medical staff offer to clients is overshadowed by her inappropriate attitude.

Dr Bruce did a terrible job on my root canal. She put too much calcium hydroxide which is causing numbness to my right chin that I have to live with daily. PLEASE STAY AWAY. She lied that it will get absorbed eventually and 3.5 years later it is still there and will be there forever. Nothing can be done to undo what she has done and I have to live with my disfiguration .

I had to get an emergency root canal after two sleepless nights of nonstop pain, managing to get a sitting after a unexpected cancelled treatment the professionals here had no problem preforming the operation smoothly and efficiently, which itself took around a hour and a half; I am posting the day after this operation and feel little to no pain whatsoever. “BORDERLINE 11”- I had the best root canal experience EVER! I was referred to them by my Dentist Dr Choi to see Dr Chad Green about some sensitivity or infection. Dr Green and his assistant Lily saw me on the same day and diagnosed that a root canal was needed. Sooo they worked me in and scheduled my root canal work a day later. I must say I’ve had plenty of dental work over the years and this visit was the best experience I’ve had. I got root canal done almost 3 years ago by Dr. Bruce. Right away I noticed the right side of my face 'drooping'. I went back several times and she assured me that in time it will get back to normal because the anesthesia will eventually dissolve. Well, it's been almost three years and I think I am permanently disfigured. Please stay away.

Went for a root canal, discovered the tooth next to it needed it too. Despite the surprise extra, she fit in doing both for my appointment. Both doctor and assistant were very attentive making sure I wasn't in too much pain and were very kind. No judgement on my, quite honestly, poorly taken care of teeth. I didn't take it, but they even offered medicine to calm you if you have anxiety. Would highly recommend. Very thankful for them.

I just had a root canal done here. Everything was great until the anesthesia wore off and the severe pain started. I will not recommend a place where doctors are not willing to prescribe pain killers for severe pain. Pain is severe, cant barely think, throbbing and excruciating pain even after 1200mgs ibuprofen in 6 hours. No, this is unacceptable. use common judgement. After such an intense procedure help and understand your patients. I am not asking for drugs to resell or overdose. This is absurd. Thank you for your lack of judgment and for letting your patients suffer so much pain. And maybe coach your receptionist about her attitude. I don’t understand why she acted like I was inconveniencing her with my pain or questions. Sorry to bother. For others, think twice. There are some many options. Dont make my mistake, you will be left to suffer. Thank you. You. have lost a good loyal and smart patient.

My wife was extremely nervous when she discovered she likely needed dental surgery, and even balked about setting up an appointment to have it done. Dr. Goodwin and his associate Dr. Green quelled her fears with their awesome bed side manners, and when all was said and done; her surgery and recovery went really smooth. Her follow up visits were reassuring that all went well. Even the care of their hygienist was superb. If you're fearful of having dental work done, don't be with this team.

I contacted them as a cash pay potential client to find out the cost of a service. Destiny said I'd have to make an appointment. As someone paying cash, I need to know an average idea of the cost. I don't want to pay $135 for a consult that will be no help in the end if the service I'm seeking is out of my range. A dentist (or periodontist) will know the rough estimate of their services even if it's a large scale of minimum to maximum (all medical offices have a fee schedule). They declined unless I made an appointment & paid for an evaluation. UPDATE: I appreciate the owner's response. It's still frustrating to not be able to get a ballpark figure (there must be a top & bottom range for any procedure). But I do appreciate the reply & understand most periodontics offices would respond as they did. Review changed from 2/5 to 4/5.

I'm sharing my experience with the office manager Terry and the billing part of things. On November 11, I called and cancelled our November 19 appointment with Dr Goodwin. I was told that my $250 reservation hold would be refunded. I called today and am told by Terry that I will not receive the full $250 because of an "exam fee" from Nov 3 (which was the consult). I was never told that there would be a charge placed to my insurance company for the Nov 3rd visit. No healthcare office in our family's experience has ever been retro-actively charged a referral consult by labeling it as an "exam fee". I have not even mentioned the rudeness of the staff after I called to cancel on last month, too. Clearly, they were upset in losing our business. I am still owed my full $250 and will follow up.

Everyone here has the perfect Happy Attitude from the person answering the phones to the Doctors themselves. I am always greeted with a Hello accompanied by a nice friendly smile whenever I have an appointment. Not only is the service first class here at PIE, but the staff is light hearted and always quick to make you feel comfortable while bringing both a smile and laughter during your visit. Dr.Duong is an amazing periodontist! She listens well and has the best bedside manner, and still provides amazing treatment. Hali the hygienist is very thorough and very gentle and friendly. The best cleaning I have ever had!

Informative friendly staff .

Dr. Bruce and her staff were very attentive and engaging. They took extra effort to ensure comfort and confidence through their "chair-side" manner. The hygienist was very friendly and informative. Overall a very pleasant experience, even though it was for such a traumatic procedure as a root canal. I highly recommend this office (Denton) and Dr. Bruce.

Just like everyone that goes to the dentist, I was pretty nervous but the staff was so friendly and helpful. That they made my visit great. Chad was awesome! He explained everything perfectly and made sure that I was as comfortable as possible. And his sidekick Lilly was very cool. Great personality and very friendly. If you are looking for a dentist that will go above and beyond, Chad and Lilly are the ones to go to.

Dr. Green had me worked in quickly for an emergency issue. Excellent work and such a soothing bedside manner!

I had voluntary gum surgery to undo a lot of hard brushing, before we all realized that we should use soft bristles brushes. Dr. Goodwin and his staff did an excellent job. They let me elect to use local rather than general anesthesia, gave me clear post-op instructions, and monitored me closely. All that resulted in an outstanding outcome. Bethly's follow-up cleanings really wrapped things up nicely. The office staff handled the charge details, insurance filings, and explanation of services with timeliness and accuracy. Overall, HIGHLY recommend.

Dr Green was great!

My first impression of the office was very nice. The staff are super nice and work well with each other. I had a tooth extraction, implant, and deep cleaning. This is my best experience so far and I've been to many dentists. They did a great job!

This was the best dental office!!!! I was extremely anxious about having a root canal and I had even postponed the procedure several times at other offices. I went to see Dr. Green because I knew I needed to have it done and he and his team put me totally at ease. They helped me through the anxiety with some sedation options and the procedure could not have gone better. I highly recommend this office to anyone needing a root canal.

One of the worst place where I have been to. Because of their mistake I ended up paying money which I did not expect. The manager over there so freaking rude and makes myself do not want to go over there. They will just do anything in their way rather than helping others. Whoever choose to go over there, I suggest think twice. I would put negative stars on this review if I could.

The doctors are Great! Dr. Goodwin and Dr. Green plus their Dental assistance! The front staff is a joke. I put a deposit for holding an appointment in November. I am still trying to get my refund back and its February. They keep avoiding me, I have spoke to Rose and Kristen about this, I had to wait 3 week for even someone to call me back. And, then finally the last straw was Debra she said she is the Director of operations in this location. She was so rude and disrespectful. She constantly yelled at me over the phone and was not letting me speak. I don't mind seeing the doctors but avoid the front STAFF!

Six Stars! Painless! I'm amazed at how well the doctors and staff LISTENED and address all my concerns. Skilled professionals are one thing. Talented professionals are a whole other level. And there you are.

Emergency Root Canal. I wanted to say a big thank you to the team at Associates In Periodontics and especially to Dr Bruce. She is just amazing. I was in an excruciating pain and needed a root canal; and I did not have much time since I was leaving town the following 2 days. She fit me in her schedule and performed the operation that same day. She was very sympathetic of my pain and was always attentive to my comfort. She is very experienced and knows her job very well; you can tell she can takes pride and love in what she does. Again a big thank you. I usually never make any review but I wanted to take the time to make this recommendation.

Everyone was wonderful here! A root canal was actually an enjoyable experience no kidding! Professional staff. Dr Green explained everything he was doing step by step. Lilly was so kind and caring. They were the best!

Dr Susana Bruce is amazing! My first initial consultation was an experience that I needed. After visiting several dentists in the past I was left with major fears. Dr Susana removed that dread just by her compassionate spirit and gentleness. Today, I get my root canal done and I believe it will be a pleasant experience. ****Dr Susana takes all stress & worry out of this procedure. She is unbelievably gentle and kind. Another visit today, not because of anything she has/hasn't done but just because the tooth itself. She intervened in a blotched root canal from a previous dentist out of state. I cannot say enough about Dr Bruce. She is AMAZING and so is her staff!!!

This has been one of the best experiences I've had at any endodontist office! I had a root canal done yesterday and I'm very anxious when it comes to any dental work. The dental hygienist (Wes) was superb at making me feel calm by reassuring me things would be fine and making sure I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure. His reminding me to breathe worked wonders with my anxiety level. Dr Green was gentle and quick! I would recommend this practice because they did a superb job on my tooth and all of the staff members were friendly and caring!

Had a root canal on one tooth, removal of another. In both cases, the dentists did the minimum necessary--no pushing of extra services. To handle the pain, while they prescribed something stronger if I needed it, they gave me a schedule of over-the-counter painkillers to use, which I really appreciated. And the over-the-counter solution worked.

I have been going to Associates in Periodontics for several years. They have always been exceedingly friendly, helpful, professional, timely, and have given me excellent results with any periodontal needs. I would highly recommend them.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Bruce and the staff at this Flower Mound location. My son was hit in the mouth with a wiffle ball bat and it cracked his front permanent tooth. His dentist recommended seeing an endodontist and by the grace of God, I found Dr. Bruce. I was able to get my son in to see her within a few days and she sealed his front tooth until we could come back for a root canal. Dr. Bruce and her staff were so caring and sympathetic and they turned an absolutely terrifying and horrible accident into an experience in which we actually came out smiling. They bent over backwards to help my son and they treated me and my husband with respect and compassion. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this office and especially Dr. Bruce; she is a miracle worker!

Had a root canal with Dr. Green & Wes. Spectacular service. I was very surprised. They clearly communicated everything they were going to do, took time to make sure I was comfortable no matter how many times they had to adjust something or stop the procedure. Consistently check to make sure I was comfortable. Great to visit with while waiting and I was able to listen to some great tunes during the procedures. Every person I interacted with was polite, professional and friendly. I would return for future services, not that I want to have another root canal.

I have had excruciating tooth pain for a week. I went to my regular dentist and we couldn't find the cause in an xray. He gave me an antibiotic for 10 days and said if the pain does not subside in 72 hours to go see a endodontis for a root canal. I have major anxiety, and tried to put this off as long as possible. I was miserable for a week living on Tylenol, Orajel and ice packs. The pain was far worse than my anxiety and I called them this morning and they got me right in. I was horrified. However, I can NOT sing the praises of Dr. He enough!!!!! That woman is an angel and her talent is out of this world. She calmed my fears and ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Her assistant Veronica was amazing as well. She was efficient and before I knew it, it was done. I couldn't believe it. If you are anxious, or apprehensive, please don't be. This was the EASIEST thing I have ever done. She is extrmely skilled. p.s. oh..if you do have anxiety, ask them to put the xray apron on you. it mimicks a weighted anxiety blanket. :)

Dr. Green and Wes were absolutely incredible! I had a wonderful experience getting a root canal! (Who says that?!?) I seriously felt NO pain or discomfort. Wes was very attentive and professional. Dr. Green was the most gentle and patient Doctor to ever touch my mouth. I have avoided getting much needed work done but I'm so happy my dentist referred me to them. I HIGHLY recommend them!

I went to Dr. Krish for my TMJ pains I have been dealing with for 20 years. I was greeted with a warm and welcoming staff. After a few test I had molds taken of my upper and lower teeth for appliances to wear. One during the day and one at night. I started wearing the appliances over a week ago and I haven't had any real pain since. I no longer wake with headaches, I sleep through the night, and actually wake up refreshed. I wish I would have found her sooner!!
