Went for annual cleaning, Dentist Dr. Radhika Sri is highly experienced and assistant Cindy is fantastic and skilled. Informed me about the process .Front desk (Michelle l) staff is very polite and understanding. I opted later for teeth whitening as well. Staff (Cindy) took impressions of teeth for custom made trays. Betty explained the process in detail. Thank you. Highly recommended.

I have to give a bad review for this place. I have been to this place 3 times and every time they put $200 extra in the bill. They will tell insurance didn't cover this and that. If I ask why you didn't tell upfront they will tell computer guessed it low, blame the insurance and after doing the treatment they will send messages every few days and charge daily interest if not pwid with in 30 days. Better take care of your dental health elsewhere

We do not like doing that too .At Dental Artistry we constantly strive to give exceptional care for our patients.We always make sure to call the patient’s insurance on their behalf and get estimates of breakdown from the insurances so we can give the most accurate estimate to our patients based on what the insurance tells us. We give the treatment plans to the patients and go through it in detail. We do not overcharge or charge interest . We reach out to the patients if there is a difference in the balance once the insurance has paid us and they tell us what the patient’s portion is that we have to collect, as we are in network we have to follow those rules.We will be happy to go over your billing questions in more detail and answer any concerns. Service was wonderful and dentist is knowledgeable and personable. I am mostly frustrated by the insurance process. Most of my providers from the past have been amazing at telling me when changes happen in regards to insurance, however when this provider went out of network, I wasn't given a notice and so what should have been $100-200 went above $500 for a visit. Even when I checked in and they charged me for the visit, I said the price seems excessive for being an in network provider and there was no correction from the staff about the change or status of my insurance. I am aware the responsibility is also on the patient, but I do appreciate when offices go out of their way to acknowledge changes in insurance/pricing as it comes across as transparent.

At Dental Artistry we always call the insurance and verify the benefits before hand as a courtesy to our patients and let the patient know what to expect based on what the insurance tells us . To say I was impressed by the extremely thoughtful and professional service is an understatement. I have been to various dentist throughout my life and the women at Dental Artistry surpassed my expectations. If you are looking for a new dentist and you are not a fan of going to one in the first place, look no further. You will feel like you are at home and you will feel that you are cared for--because you are! They even have Netflix to watch on noise-cancelling headphones while you are getting your treatment (in case you don't like the sound of the tools on your teeth). Although I am moving soon, I will be flying back to DFW every six months solely to go to Dental Artistry for my check ups. Thank you ladies; you are amazing!

OMG. Words cannot express how I feel about my visit to this practice. I have a fear of dentist and had a bad experience a few days before with another practice. I found Dental Artistry after a very unpleasant experience with another dentist. I was very nervous and fearful of going to see any dentist after my last nightmare. From the moment I called the office I was greeted with a pleasant voice. The appointment process was easy and I felt like the voice on the other end truly cared. At my visit it was comforting from the moment I entered the door. The staff was constantly asking if I was feeling okay and if I needed a pillow or to watch Netflix. I noticed their attention to detail with every thing that was done. When Dr. Sri entered the room she was so warm and friendly. Her approach was so different from any dentist that I had ever been to. Dr. Sri wanted to know about me first! She listened to all of my concerns and she educated me on all of my options.
