Outstanding! How did I not know about emergency dentists? I just thought you had to suffer until a dentist could see you. Well, last night, I received a midnight root canal. There was an enormous infection I didn’t know about, behind a filling? I was utterly incapacitated with pain. 10/10. It sounds like a midnight root canal would be horrible. Like many people, I have had harrowing experiences in dentistry. But, really? The horrible part was BEFORE going in. No pain at all after. (How??) I couldn’t recommend more Dr. Nobles of Dental Emergency Care. I saw indications of the practice being Black-led; LGBTQ run & friendly, neurodivergent-friendly, welcoming, very gentle, never shaming, and… Do you ever talk to someone and get the overwhelming sense this person is a humble genius? That’s Dr. Nobles. I’m exhausted from being up all night, but I’m overjoyed by being out of pain and back on track. Lord! What a blessing. Oh, he is also ridiculously handsome and somehow chiseled-fit ripped, lol, which is neither here nor there? But it doesn’t take OFF a star from the experience. ? I’m so grateful. Feeling more than a bit healed, in my heart too, for having a safe and kind, professional, not-scary, big dental procedure. (Btw it doesn’t cost more than a regular dentist!)

This is going to be a really long and detailed review. Long story short, don't go here for anything! My husband went here Wednesday, May 29, 2024 because he had really bad tooth pain and couldn't find any other dentist office to get him in. I'm writing this review because he won't. Do not go here. He was charged $3,700 for a root canal and a crown and it was going to be around $5k to have the tooth pulled. My husband's phone was dead (the office was nice enough to charge his phone while he was getting the procedure) and he was in so much pain went with the root canal and crown option. His face is all swollen, his lip is split or cut open in 2 different places. The dentist that saw him didn't even to check to see if he was numb before starting to drill on his tooth and he wasn't numb at all yet. He's had a root canal before as well as 2 separate emergency extractions (unfortunately the place he went to had closed) and his face has NEVER been this swollen, bruised and beaten up looking. I should have taken pictures when he got home, but didnt get any until when he got home today. He never wants to go back to another dentist again now. He said it was so painful the entire time and made it known he wasn't comfortable. He was at their clinic from 5:30pm until around 10:15pm-10:20pm is when he finally called me on his was home and told me about everything and cost. I about had a heart attack when he told me the cost and that it would cost even more to have the tooth pulled because of a bone graft they wanted to do. His other extractions only cost around $900 (I'm sure it's gone up since his last one in 2015 but not $5k) and were done at a late night dentist's office in Fort Worth but we couldn't find it on a Google so I am guessing they closed. He's also never needed a bone graft for any extraction before. But wait! There's more! The clinic sent 2 prescriptions to a 24 CVS in Irving (we do not live in Irving) and printed out a prescription for a 3rd medication. My husband was too tired and in too much pain to go get the prescriptions after everything and working. It was too late for me to drive out there because I get up at 4:30am for work so he went to pick them up today after he got off work and gave them the paper one when he got there. He was waiting for his 3rd rx to be filled and the pharmacist came out and pulled him to the side and told him "your prescription is coming up as fraudulent and we can't get a hold of the dentist or anyone at the office. You better get someone to contact us or we're going to have to call the police". It ended up taking him 45 minutes at the CVS. I feel bad my husband has to go back to this place to get his crown put on, but unfortunately he will have to because we have no more credit left on our care credit card he had to put this on because we just don't have $3700 saved up. We will definitely NEVER use this clinic for any other dental services.

My kid had an accident which we had to go to this emergency dental and I must say my experience was great. The front desk were very nice and child friendly, Reyna was the one to help us in the front and she very nice and helped me understand everything perfectly as someone who has no clue about the dental field. Awesome experience. Needed a root canal done late at night and Dental Emergency Care saw and treated me even after they closed. I have been in so much pain to the point I hoped up to find a dentist due to me being new to Texas . I ran across Dental Emergency Care. I called Renya asked me a few questions and scheduled me right away.(Same Day) I get there staff was very welcoming. I go to the back I get some X-rays to see what’s really going on. I was upset because of my own personal reason when Renya told me the price but she had a resolution . Tanika and Dr Nobles made me so comfortable and preformed the procedure. They were gentle caring but quick all at the same time . When I say everyone was fantastic I MEAN EVERYONE. Thanks team you’re all amazing.

About 1.5 years ago I got a root canal done here with the lady dentist that used to work in the office. After it was done my tooth did not feel right, I went back multiple times to tell her something was off and every time she said my tooth bite was just too high. The left time I went to see her she even told me “ I hope I don’t see you again anytime soon and I fixed your issue” I even went on a day when she wasn’t working and the guy dentist refused to see me because it wasn’t his work Well that really rubbed me the wrong way so I didn’t go back even if I was in pain because she shamed me. I finally went back because the pain became unbearable. The guy dentist agreed to see me only because she no longer works there and turns out I had an infected root canal. He said u had to go to an Endodontics to get it fixed They ended up charging me $3,000 to fix their mistake because turned out the previous dentist MISSED a spot in my tooth and left a space for the infection to grow. I paid so much initial money, got shamed, and spent so much unnecessary extra money just because she didn’t care enough to listen. I attached a photo of the before and after you can clearly see the spots she missed.

First off they are open until midnight Tanika the fronf desk lady was so helpful nice and full of knowledge with helping me apply for care credit to take care of payment there was no way i could go another day with the pain I was experiencing. While in the back Dr. Kwon was very patient and quick when i say he removed my tooth with ease and it was PAINLESS. His assistant Lenora was compassionate and tended to my every need. Very satisfied with my visit on 4/15. Normally I get terrified with dentist, already got stressed out from being in so much pain. This time was different. Dr. Nobles was very thorough, kind and know what he was doing. I had a tooth extraction & bone graft done and I felt nothing. Prices were fair, considering I was uninsured. Tanika was super sweet made me feel easy on my side during the procedure. I would highly recommend this office for any dental work to my family and friends.

I was disappointed with my experience here. The staff was all kind which I appreciated. Price was good. I did have to wait for over an hour when I had an appointment to be seen which I do understand happens. I am unsure if maybe the dentist wasn’t feeling well? He seemed sniffly. The entire experience lacked professionalism. It took me awhile to even figure out who was the dentist and who was the assistant as there were no introductions. I had a cement blob dislodged from my built in retainer and the dentist was replacing the cement blob. Afterwards the assistant asked if everything was good and I told her there was residue on my tooth, she tried to scrape some of it off but told me if she scrapped anymore it would pop off my retainer. There is so much excessive cement on my teeth and I have two teeth glued together now that aren’t even attached by the retainer. I can’t floss at all between those teeth. I am now going to have to see my regular dentist tomorrow to get this situation fixed. I really truly hate leaving bad reviews because I know everyone has bad days and I try to be understanding, but this is so upsetting to me. Little chunks of cement keep falling off inside my mouth, it is awful. I do want to add that the owner did call me and try to rectify the situation which I did really appreciate. He refunded me and was very apologetic for the inadequate care I received. He offered to fix the physical mistake as well.

The staff was wonderful but there was a dentist there by the name of Dr. Kobe and is lazy, unprofessional and nonchalant. Patients are sitting for 3 hours before being seen. These health professionals wouldnot work in richer neighborhoods and treat them that way but neighborhoods with different ethnic backgrounds are mistreated and he is black.

WOST PLACE EVER! took my husband to Timewise Dental on Saturday he was pushed into a root canal and given antibiotics and painkillers… Sunday-still in pain, Monday-still in pain called Tuesday was sent to another office in Coppell on dental emergency care on belt line was put in a chair by the doctor he was told wait for 2 weeks the pain might go away. when he came back for the delivery of the crown they can make the decision then if the tooth needs to be pulled. Then the dentist goes on to say I might have cracked the tooth in the root area. Leaving with no real answer as to how to fix this the man at the front desk has a sign asking us to do a google review and please make it a nice one! Who does that when your patient is in pain? Oh and do not try to call either office no one answers they take your money and there is no after care. NEVER GOING BACK

My girlfriend found this location after many attempts from multiple dentist offices to get my tooth extracted (on a Sat) due to intense pain from a broken wisdom tooth. We found them on a Saturday at 4:30 pm and I am back on the road heading hm at 6:30 pm with no pain. They were a lifesaver! I came here for a root canal issue for my boyfriend. The wait was a little long at about an hour, however I appreciate that they were open so late. We ultimately ended up being referred to an endodontist, but Dr. Reeves did a good job keeping him calm and collected after they took x rays, and prescribed him some antibiotics and painkillers to help. There is also a 24/7 pharmacy nearby that we went to afterwards.

Very thankful I found this place one night. My 8yr old had an infection on her tooth abscesses formed and needed a root canal, crown on cavity. 4 dentist offices and children surgery center sent her away because of her sleep apnea they didn’t want to operate on her even tho she has been in a lot of pain, crying every night. This place took good care of my daughter. Of course she was crying because she was scared and never had an operation before. The minute we got home she said “mom I feel so much better” she’s back to herself again! I know tonight she is going to have a good nights sleep and pain free. I recommend this place I went in last night around 9 o’clock with a dry socket. The ladies in the front got me and was very understanding over the phone when trying to set my appointment the assistant that they have very sweet young lady. She took her time when explaining to her, how many times I’ve already went to go get this dry socket looked at the doctor came in looked at it told me what they’re gonna do. They got me all fixed up and I’m not talking about rinsing it out and that’s it like the other dentist. I went to two days ago I know where I would be going from now on and if you’re looking for a place that actually takes time and listens to you. This is the place for you. 10 out of 10 rating.

This has by far been the BEST dentist office I’ve ever been to! I had A really huge hole in my tooth that kept me up during the night from the excruciating pain so I called Dental Emergency Care at about 11pm. They made an appointment with me for the next day. Great staff, informative and experienced dentist, and great service! I was in town from Houston celebrating my birthday, but my failed root canal caused unbearable pain and I needed to find out what was going on ASAP! I was afraid I wouldn't find anyone to help me but i found this place!!!! I am so grateful for the services i received here! They took x-rays of my problem area and it revealed I had a bad infection and abscess. I was prescribed antibiotics and put on some pain medications and i was on my way to feeling better! The dentist was so helpful and took time to answer all my questions and explain my situation and reason for pain. The front staff and nurses were so nice and patient and even let me wait for my uber in office even after they closed. They stayed with me until i was picked up from the office. Thank you so much! Wow. I just had the craziest experience ever. The office staff and dental assistant’s were professional and pleasant. I had two focal X rays and a panoramic X-ray. The assistant came back in and announced the dentist wanted more X-rays and I as the patient and customer refused. All I can say about the demeanor of the dentist because of my choice was IKE TURNER. This guy was triggered and unleashed on me. If you want an angry dentist go to this place in an Emergency.

came in crying with an immense toothache because this place was the closest to me at the time. two stars for the staff because they were very kind, and they saw me in a timely manner. however, the dentist (hastily) gave me a false diagnosis that i paid almost $200 for and quoted me an insane amount for a procedure that i didn’t need. ended up going back to my primary dentist the next day for a second opinion, and i’m really glad i did because i was given the proper care i needed, all of my concerns were addressed, and most importantly my pain stopped. i definitely regret coming here. felt like i was robbed ??

Most of my dental experiences have been full of judgement, which for anyone having dental issues, the last thing you want to hear is a lecture from those who’re supposed to be helping you. Well, I was in so much pain Friday and needed help, and found that the office is open until midnight ! It’s basically an urgent care for dental emergencies. My experience was much better than I imagined and it was easily my best visit to the dentist. Starting with Dejne, the receptionist, she was polite, which is already so much better than many dentist offices, and her calm and friendly demeanor put me at ease before going to get X-rays and starting procedure. Then Adela, the hygienist, was also kind , I was worried she’d bring up the severity of my dental issues and she did not, she truly did not make me feel like I’m a lost cause , which I’ve felt at every dentist appointment ever, probably a large reason why i ended up in a dire dental situation. Lastly, but not least, Dr. Reeves was the best. Upbeat attitude, clearly very good at his job, knows within the first glance at an X-ray exactly what needs to be done, and he was kind, also not talking about the severity of my dental issues , just focused on the priorities and still informing me on what needs to be done in the future, completely non judgmental. If it wasn’t an emergency care, I’d go there for my regular appointments, which I’ll be doing soon just because of this good experience I had, it gives me hope . Thank y’all so much !

I have always been terrified of the dentist. I came in the office crying because i needed a root canal. But when I tell you I had the most amazing experience here, I felt absolutely no pain. I was sleepy so I actually almost fell asleep. He is the best dentist/oral surgeon & was very kind. HORRIBLE!! I drove 45 mins in the rain for them to tell me they couldn't help my daughter. After telling me over the phone that they could see her. The dentist didn't even look at my daughter she just determine she wasn't going to be able to help without looking at her. The lack of emathy for my daughter is what bothered me the most. The front desk lady was also rude and dismissive. I don't understand how they even have a 4.7 review!

I am one of the many who hate going to dentist, but my experience with this place was wonderful. The front office staff was nice and professional, they got me in within one hour and gave me relief from a painful tooth. Dr. Kwon was very patient with me and listened to my concerns. He did root canal and crown and I felt zero pain and I could tell he's vary meticulous and took his time to make sure everything goes smoothly. Now I feel great with the tooth. I Just left about two hours ago. I was googling online because I went to a dentist office last week and had two wisdom teeth removed and I’ve been in pain ever since. It was unbearable! So I came here and found out I had dry socket and the staff was friendly and very helpful and the doctor fixed me right up. #1 hands down and I’m not even from the Dallas/Irving area. Read the reviews please. I wasn't treated properly... I got some filings because I was feeling a mild pain in my tooth when I went to this office they made me pay a little less than $500 for the filings only for me to go home and have the whole left side of my head in unbearable pain. I don't know what they did but I have had filings before and never felt that pain after procedure. I called them after 2 days because I couldn't take it any longer and the pain wasn't going away so, we made an appointment and once we got there they started talking about doing more procedures. I told them that was enough and at this point, I wanted the tooth out because I couldn't take the pain any longer. After they took the tooth out, they said that I wouldn't be charged but my insurance was billed again. Mind you, if the filings were properly done in the first place, I wouldn't have gone back to have the tooth removed so why is my insurance billed a second time for your mistake?! I cannot recommend this place to anyone unfortunately!

Like all unexpected dental emergencies, found myself in unbearable pain and with no one to turn to. Found this amazing clinic by accident but so glad I did. Oscar at the front desk was hands down so courteous and professional when helping me get registered. And Dr. Sofia Kwak was calming and reassuring that the pain I felt (was at wits end) would subside not to mention explaining everything to me in simple terms. Her professionalism is unparalleled. The front desk people were great getting me in after calling close to closing time I made them aware of my condition and emergency tooth ache but making them known of my financial situation (no money) no insurance and they said yes head over we will work with you i come in get checked out sign up for carecredit which I was not approved so paid $130 upfront just to be seen and 1 x-ray but the technician was very sweet and kind i needed another one which would have been an additional $30 but I told her I dont have that money but she decided to do anyways after the doctor reviewed the x-rays he let me know it was an emergency and my tooth needed to be extracted so he proceeded to numb me up "thank you relief" then in comes one of the front desk assistant came in to let me know that was an additional $100 and another $1000 just to have my tooth pulled when I proceeded to remind her I do not have that money like I said before and that was that the dentist never came back to check on me nor try to help me in giving me further care nor options like prescribing pain meds at least or antibiotics absolutely left feeling even more terrible than I did arriving because I didn't have $ i was no longer a patient worth even continuing to help in the little things I ended up having to go to er hospital to at least get the bare minimum of a prescription to ease my pain. Edit: to reply to the comment the numbing agent that was given to me at no charge is a lie, i was being charged for it until you guys realized the very grave mistake you guys made of not following through with the simple medical care i needed to be offered legally! i was told to come back and pay it when i could afford to and also have my tooth pulled which was also able to be saved by another dentist. Your patients care is not a top priority and should be held liable for the mistreatment you guys gave that day. I'm assuming you guys do it alot!

I had a dental emergency this past Saturday and I was in SEVERE pain. I called several "emergency dentists" from Google and no one could get me in for several days. I called Dental Emergency Care, and they got me in within a few hours. From the time I showed up for my appointment in a puddle of tears from the pain and missing my only daughter's engagement party, I was treated with the utmost care and compassion. I ended up with a root canal which was no fun. But Dr. Kwak and her precious dental assistant (can't remember her name but she was amazing) worked hard and were able to console me, stop my pain, and save my tooth. I will always be grateful for their compassion and care!! I would recommend this dentist to all.

Having alot pain pay $90 for exam and xray they tell me they have to remove 2 tooth I tell them no don't have insurance to they give a $2100 bill for extract 2 tooth out I tell the I can't afford it she say we already send the prescriptions to the farmacy I call them I can't pick the prescriptions in to Monday waist my time and money to go there very disappointed for the way they do business
Thank you for your feedback Jose. Thank you for coming into the office. In order to diagnose and treat each patient the doctor has to see an x-ray and perform an exam. At this time they prescribe medication if it is medically necessary. Each patient is asked what pharmacy they would like their medication sent to. We do recommend that prescriptions are sent to a 24 hour pharmacy to prevent a situation where a patient can not get there medication. Our doctors confirm the pharmacy with the patient. Our doctors give our patients options, some times these treatment plans can be hard to interpret. However I would be happy to help clarify any questions you might have. It seems you did get treatment done here at our office for a lot less than what is stated in the review. Dentist was amazing! But I have serious gripes with their billing department. First, they never sent me a balance due since they said my insurance would cover it. This was years ago. Second, instead of informing me that insurance didn't cover everything, they left charges on my account for several YEARS and never told me, then passed on the balance to a collection agency. Third, the first and only statement I received from them was this year, and it stated $0 because they had already printed "Send to Collection". Why not first send a bill to the patient directly, giving them a chance to pay? Why threaten a patient's credit score when the billing department is at fault for not billing properly?

This is a great dental ER. Being a person with dental anxiety, the staff was caring and awesome. From Samantha in the front office, Miriam the dental assistant and Dr. Sophia my experience was easy and pain free! Made an appointment & received a call to delay my appointment an hour or so. I obliged & upon arrival I was still required to wait over an hour before being called back. I spent about 5 hours at the facility for 5 fillings & an extraction. The doctor’s chair side manners were good & the procedure was no more than 1 hour. My biggest problem is that today I went to pick up my antibiotics & pain meds and they were never put in to my pharmacy. Now, I am having to wait until 4p when they open which means that I am not properly caring for myself post op.

I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Reeves and his staff!! I booked a Sunday evening appointment out of desperation as I had severe pain on the left side of my face, and my dentist could not get me in sooner. Although the source of my pain was a hairline fracture on a molar, this was not showing up on the X-rays. Dr. Reeves prescribed a medication that helped calm the pain for a few days and helped with the teeth grinding in my sleep. By Friday evening, a piece of my molar broke off while eating dinner and I was a complete wreck. Again, I was able to schedule a same-day emergency appointment (within 20 minutes of it happening). Unfortunately for me, the crack was deep into the nerve so I needed a root canal. I was incredibly nervous and anxious but Dr. Reeves and his dental assistant made me feel completely comfortable throughout the duration of my procedure. Since then I’ve seen Dr. Reeves for my crown and he is as pleasant as always. Having a dental emergency can really suck but I thank Dr. Reeves and his entire staff for providing the best care! I highly recommend this establishment.

The two offices stated in this review are affiliated. This review has been submitted for both offices. The absolute worst experience I have had with a doctor or dental office. The office in north Fort worth is connected to a dentist at 2644 north beltline in Arlington. I scheduled an appointment the night before for 4:30. The 2644 office called me at 2 the day of Apple to say the Dr. Would not be at the office until 6pm. So, they need to push my appointment back. I was ok with that. When I arrive, the dentist called to say he would not arrive until 7PM. He called a second time to say he would not make it until 7:40, according to staff, if he came at all. There were at least 2 of us waiting. How does an emergency say he or she is not going to show up with patients scheduled, no notice that would allow patients to schedule an appointment elsewhere that day. The staff originally said they could not help me find another emergency dentist nearby. So, I waited. Rhen she called the other office, who could see me. That office was 30 mins away. I drove to the second location. At that site, staff could not find the patient registration that staff at first location swore would be in the system. After completing paperwork 3 times, they found it. While I was completing the paperwork, the staff .Over another person who arrived after me into the exam room. And I had to wait again. After an extraction and a bone graph which I was advised wasn't optional, prescriptions were to be sent to a local 24-hour pharmacy. It was to be sent immediately according to staff. I waited for an hour and a half for the prescription to be called in. I would give them 0 stars if that were an option.

Beware… this office is preys on people in a state of desperation. Thank god I came here preemptively and not because I was already in excruciating pain. They wanted me to pay $230 to just be seen. I knew I needed an extraction because I had been in a similar situation previously so when I asked how much additional that would cost, they refused to tell me. They take your money to do exams well covered under insurance only to force people into procedures that could be done at any other facility for 1/4 the price. Having FSA allows me to make comfortable medical decisions but my heart could not take allowing these people to scam me. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!
Good evening Mina thank you for your feedback. Insurance can be very confusing sometimes. Some insurances do require for you to pay the deductible before it will cover anything. For example if someone has a high deductible then you will have to pay it before insurance will start to pick up any portion of the cost. We do get our insurance verification directly from the insurance provider. This is the information we are able to use. We also do offer payment plan options to help our patients be able to take care of costs. Unfortunately the front staff can not quote an extraction, we do not have the necessary information to know what kind of extraction you will need, there are several different types of extractions. Until the Doctor is able to see an x-ray and perform an exam we do not know what kind of extraction it will be. It is our goal to get the patient taken care of and out of pain. We do provide same day service if that is what the patient wants. Of course being seen or doing treatment is always the patients choice. Wow! What an amazing place. Dr. Reeves and staff were absolutely awesome! My son needed a root canal but couldn’t get in with our dentist for several days. We were seen quickly and Dr. Reeves numbed him up before he had even decided if the procedure could be done today so he would have pain relief (at no extra charge I might add). Root canal and temporary crown done and my boy is no longer experiencing that horrible pain. It was higher than I would’ve had to pay at our regular dentist but that was to be expected as they were out of our network and an emergency facility. We feel extremely blessed to have found them today. Also Oscar at the front desk was phenomenal! I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Very friendly and professional staff. My dentist was exceptional in listening to my dental woe’s, then after his examination, took time to explain to my wife and myself what his conclusions were and his recommendations were … then came time to pay the “pied piper”… surprisingly, not bad at all.. pretty much in line with other dentist prices as far as I can tell. I was very satisfied with all facets of their operation… I would certainly recommend them to my friends and associates.

I was a patient there on 7/14. I have a healthcare background for 10 years and felt There were a few interactions that were unprofessional. The front desk woman asked me to open my mouth and show her where my pain was in order to order a X-ray, after I repeatedly communicated where my pain was located. I even told her no I am not comfortable doing that and she persisted because it was “normal” for her to ask patients. No means NO. I would never continue to ask one of my patients to do something they did not want to do. Then she tried to make small talk/probe, which I am not a chatty person nor was I able trying to engage in communication due to the pain I was experiencing. “What did you do today?” “What are you doing this weekend”. It’s too much. Too invasive, just being nosey. Then after the dentist came in she came back in to discuss prices of treatment with me. NOT ONCE did she mention this business is out of network with my insurance (in fact I didn’t find that out till a few days later when I called back to ask). The office quoted me $1700 for a crown and I expressed I’d like to get a second opinion elsewhere. After she told me the price, she asked me “where do I work and what do at my job?” I proceeded to tell her, “I am a nurse” then she proceeded to ask me, “ are you an lvn or rn” “I then stated I’m a registered nurse”LIKE WHY DOES THAT MATTER. Then she told me that they have options for payment plans. The interactions with her felt invasive and discriminatory. I would never go back to this business because of it. The lack of transparency regarding insurance, poor customer service and discrimination is just disrespectful. I’m thankful I received a better overall experience from another dentist office that was professional, in network and saved me $1000.

My 10 year old son started having tooth pain the day before and by the time I got home from work yesterday, the left side of his jaw had swollen to the size of a baseball. I knew that he couldn't wait till the next day to see a dentist during normal hours so I started calling around and finally got ahold of someone at Dental Emergency Care around 7pm last night. They got him in immediately and unfortunately had to extract two of his teeth. The staff was incredibly kind and went out of their way to encourage him through every minute of it. It goes without saying that no parent wants to see their child in that kind of pain, but I couldn't have found a better place to take my child to. Thank you all so much!

My husband found this place last night as I was dying need of emergency help with my root canal. I couldn't wait until January 12th with my original dentist. We drove over 45 minutes for treatment and it was well worth it. From the check in process, to the exam and x-rays to the actual treatment and extraction I was provided with A1 service. I came in with excruciating pain and left feeling an immediate sense of relief. I knew something was wrong when my face, neck, ear and arm began feeling numb to the touch and the pain was 100. The doctor knew exactly what needed to be done and he took care of me. Today as I write this review it will be my first day of recovery. And I'm doing so good. Thanks to the entire team on last night. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

When severe pain speaks, it usually screams. After 36 hours of my pain 'screaming,' I finally found Dental Emergency Care via Google. Though hours away from opening, my call was answered and an appointment was scheduled for me later the same day (Friday after Thanksgiving). The staff was professional and courteous. X-rays and intake info was obtained, the Dr. examined me (cracked molar into the pulp cavity, exposing the nerve), then discussed his diagnosis and 2 possible solutions with me. Staff presented costs of each intervention/therapy, and I made my decision: extraction + bone graft. I paid, and almost immediately, the dental assistant applied numbing gel. A short time later, Dr. Reeves began administering local anesthetic (what a relief). After that, I had absolutely NO pain whatsoever....really, NO discomfort at all - not even when Dr. Reeves had to work diligently to remove a portion of root that was part of the break, and was 'embedded.' All of this work being done while I was watching a great movie. Additionally, four (4) prescriptions were called into a nearby CVS, which were ready when I arrived - with discounts already applied. I worked in invasive cardiology and surgery for years at a 1000+ bed university teaching hospital, as well as 13 years in the medical device industry. Without hesitation, or equivocation, I say: Dr. Reeves is a phenomenal, exceptional dental interventionist; equal to the best physicians, dentists, and oral surgeons I have ever had the privilege of working with. He is also kind, empathetic, gentle, warm, and humorous. His dental assistants are wonderful as well. I cannot recommend Dr. Reeves and his staff highly enough.

We made an appointment because one of my son's was having a bad toothache. Our appointment time was 7:30. We arrived at 7:05. I wasn't clear how long the wait would be at first but we were told we could leave our phone number and they would call us. The waiting area only seats 4, and all the seats were taken, so we waited in our car. If we lived closer we could have gone home and they would have called, but Irving has a lot nearby so we were able to get food. We checked back in about an hour later and were told there were still 5 people ahead of us and it would be a while. We drove 45 minutes to get there and had already waited an hour so we stuck it out. We were finally called back at 11:15. The staff was incredibly nice and caring. They called the prescription in immediately and we were able to get it filled that night. I give it 3 stars because we made an appointment and still had to wait an extremely long time.

These people are crooks... Went in to have two teeth pulled with insurance. They told me $880 to remove them. Of course I walked out, way too high. Went to a regular dentist today and after my insurance it was only $103.00 out of my pocket. Even if it was cash pay, it was only $286.00. The ER dentist are out of network and charge you because you are in pain and they bet you will pay the higher rates. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy!!!

Went for emergency at 8:30 pm. Was asked to pay 69.00...I then asked if that was my copay with my insurance. I was told yes. So I paid it. I was then called back like at 10 pm. Dentist finally came in said what he needed to do. They called in prescriptions and then like 30 min later came in to tell me how much it was going to cost. I was surprised by the amount told to me and "that's" when they tell me I'm out of network. That is some SHADY STUFF...I wasted 2 hours of my time when they should have told me I was out of network when I asked about the co pay. They just want your money so disappointed by this place...they need to be more upfront with people so they are not overcharged. Would not recommend.

Unfortunately, sometimes this does cause a wait. When this happens, we do inform you that time there is a wait. When you came in it took some time to verify your insurance due to misinformation given to our front staff. Once your insurance was verified and all information was entered, we collected the fee for the exam and x-ray, this was the amount not covered by your insurance. When you asked if that was your portion, the amount your insurance was estimated to cover was given to you. At no time did our staff say we were in-network. It was not our intention to mislead you. As for our fee's we do go by UCR fees (usual customary and reasonable rates) which are calculated by how much a certain procedure costs in our geographic area. We always inform our patients their out-of-network benefits as we’re not in-network to any insurance companies. Then we disclose estimated out of pocket expense after estimated coverage on procedures before we start doing anything.As for the wait again, we give each patient our full attention and answer all their when we are with them sometimes this does cause a delay. I hate to go to dentist, but this place was simply the best dentist I ever been to. Dr. Kwak did exceptional job and got me out of pain, removed my two broken teeth so quick and painless. From the beginning of the consultation with the dental assistant to talking with the front office about my treatment plan to meeting the doctor that helped take out my tooth, this was all 5 star service. I felt so comfortable and welcoming and would HIGHLY recommend them!!!

They focus on money rather than treat the patients. My husband had severe toothache. He went there around 5 pm and they told him to pay right away for x ray procedure. Because of some reason I couldn’t go with him and he waited until I reach there to pay. It takes 1 hours to proceed. They need money before starting any procedure. We had to pay $3500 right away. They force us to apply for credit card with they offer for monthly payment. We are new to the city. That’s the only place open on Sunday, we want to treat him ASAP. Worst experience I had ever had .they asked us to pay the money for the procedure which haven’t done yet and were going to do it another day. We pay for that ?? I am regretting now being an international immigrant is not easy here. People took the benefit of innocence.

We feel so sorry our service didn’t satisfy your expectation especially after we tried our best to help you get diagnosed correctly and necessary treatment received at the same visit. Not to mention that all our staff members and dentist stayed late past office hours on Sunday night to help alleviate the pain you had.We would like to shed some light on what had happened as your review doesn’t depict exact situation.We believe in efficient communication and transparency to eliminate any misunderstanding or possible conflict like this case.We always present multiple treatment options to cater for everyone’s unique dental needs and financial situation, but it’s completely up to each patient on how they would like to proceed.When your husband initially called and asked for the price of the consultation, he was advised by our front office staff that payment is due at the time of service and the initial cost of the exam and x-ray would be collected before we take patient to an operatory room. This payment policy is also signed by your husband in a written form with online registration.When your husband arrived, he informed us that he did not have any form of payment. He was given the option for you to pay over the phone to avoid any wait, but your husband declined and wanted to wait on you to arrive.Your husband waited for an hour for you to arrive with payment at which time we had to wait for an operatory as there were other patients under procedures that made a little bit further delay.After our doctor explained the findings and recommended treatments, you were presented with multiple different treatment options. Unfortunately, treatment need to be changed due to invisible crack on the tooth found during initial procedure at which time the doctor stopped to explain why the change was necessary in treatment plan and showed you guys the crack on the tooth in person.The front staff then did go over the change in treatment options and pricing before proceeding so there were not any surprises in the bill. Note that your husband signed on consents for new treatment plan and our doctor answered all questions about the benefits and risks of all treatment options presented. We also presented all possible alternative options such as temporary treatment just to remove the pain.When it comes to a payment option, we never force our patients to apply for a specific third-party financing such as Care Credit. Instead, we offer all options we have at our office. Both you and your spouse were given an opportunity to ask questions and all questions were answered in-depth over a two-hour period about financing options we have. After you sign on the new treatment plan & consents, you also were given the option to just pay for treatment done that day and pay for the rest of the treatment at the next appointment when it was completed.You chose to pay for everything at one time with Care Credit, so you did not have to deal with multiple transaction processed. The initial follow-up appointment was canceled by you on the same day and the second follow appointment was not kept but no one called to cancel or reschedule. We have attempted to call you back to get him rescheduled to finish work, but it was not successful.We love to bring you back to finish the rest of treatment ASAP.If you have no intention of finishing treatment with us, please let us know so we can process the refund for any payment for treatment not completed yet as we do not want payment for something that is not done.Please call our office if you have any other questions or need further explanation at (972)455-8147 or reach us anytime at emergencydds2019@gmail.comWe would like the opportunity to investigate your feedback further so that we can deliver a better experience next time.Thank you!

This place is truly amazing. The entire staff has an amazing, caring attitude. After a mishap with another place, I called them and Samantha, the receptionist was so pleasant to speak with. They got me in right away. They have private rooms so you're not out in the open to others while being examined and getting your teeth worked on. The dental assistant Adalita was very kind. Dr. Billy and Miriam who worked on my cleaning were very informative and put my worries to rest with my gums. This place has financing options which helped me. I would definitely recommend going here. Will be returning for follow up and for more of my dental needs.

The staff and doctor were AMAZING! I called a long list of places, trying to get help for my son that got hit in the face with a ball and had both front teeth knocked out. The dentist was so kind and gentle to my 6 year old son. He explained every thing to the both of us and made sure my son was comfortable during his visit. Hands down the best dental experience ever! Not only were they there in my time of need but they nailed it! I had an dental emergency and googled a 24 hour dds and Dental Emergency Care popped up. I called and was answered by a professional and happy voiced woman who helped and took care of me. When I arrived, the environment was calming and the doctor and his staff was professional and kind. I am so thankful they were there available to take care of me. Their professionalism was on point. I am a forever patient! THIS IS THE BEST ORAL SURGEON/TEETH CARE FACILITY IN TEXAS PERIOD!!!!! THE STAFF FROM THE FRONT HOST ALL THE WAY TO THE BACK DOOR IS AWESOME!!!! Very family friendly environment and they roll out the RED CARPET TREATMENT FOR YOU! You can't go wrong here I promise. The make you feel soooooooooo comfortable and PAIN FREE. I can not state how pleased I am with Emergency Dental Care- Belt Line Rd, Irving TX. After i flew in from North Carolina for work. I started experiencing SEVERE tooth pain that radiated throughout the whole side of my face and neck. I NEEDED a dentist ASAP, but was very apprehensive to go to a dentist I was not familiar with. After reading reviews of emergency dentists, I selected Emergency Dental Care. The Dr. and Staff were absolutely amazing. Samantha (front desk) went above and beyond to get in touch with the insurance company and try to get an expedited crown. She called me when she said she would….the assistants Adelita & Tairia (sorry if i spelled the name wrong) were so super friendly and compassionate about my pain-they truly care about the patients. I ended up needing a root canal. Dr. Reeves is spectacular- I was so impressed with his attention to detail, he took the time and explained everything to me in detail. Dr. Reeves’s has a wonderful bedside manner-very professional, talks to you, so you really feel comfortable and in good hands. Overall- I HIGHLY recommend DR. Reeves at Emergency Dental Care. Him and his staff should be the template that all Doctor offices should thrive to be like. Thank all of you for caring and treating me very well. ??

All of the staff were super nice, welcoming and friendly. Despite the pain I was in because of my own fault with my tooth, the dentist worked quickly and efficiently to get me out of that pain, very reassuring as well. I even got to watch a movie during both of my visits, which helped keep me distracted from what was going on in my mouth. I can’t say enough kind things about these folks. Going to the dentist always makes me anxious, but like I said because of the welcoming environment I was in it helped alleviate that anxiety. I am grateful I was able to chose these guys and I’m sure my future visit will be the same. Lastly, customer service was amazing.

I had been in tooth pain since Thursday. I called my dentist and they was going to see me in a week. However, this Saturday night I was in so much pain from one of my teeth that had a temporary crown on it. I started to Google to see if any dentist office were open on Sunday. Then this dentist office came up. I literally was the first person on Sunday when they opened up at 9am. The dentist himself and his staff was great. Unfortunately I had to get my tooth pulled but they made me feel so comfortable and pain free. My prescriptions were ready when I had made it back to Grand Prairie. Thanks you guys for what you guys do for others such a blessing.

I definitely recommend this practice. The reviews do not exaggerate! The staff was very professional and courteous. I came in with extreme pain and before I knew it, I was having two of my wisdom teeth removed in under 30 minutes (honestly it felt like 20) Dr. Reeves made my experience painless and his humor is a delight! My husband, who watched the procedure, mentioned that Dr. Reeves handled the tools and my teeth with grace. If you’re worried about anything, don’t. You are in good hands.

I had a terrible toothache in the back of my mouth and figured it was my wisdom tooth which it was, I had a cavity that had gotten all the way down to the nerve...I just moved to Texas 2 weeks ago so I don’t have a primary physician or dentist yet, I came across this place in my google search and I’m so glad I decided to come here. The young lady at the front desk (Tee) was super sweet and helpful, she gave me a choice of same day appointment but I decided to come the next day because of transportation issues. I filled out paperwork online and got my X-rays done as soon as I arrived. The dental assistant was really sweet and nice (brown skin lady w/ curly hair) and kept me calm the whole time which is not easy because I am terrified of the dentist lol I was crying the whole time (yup that’s calm for me ?). The doctor (Dr. Reeves) was amazing, his sense of humor and energy was great. Both him and the assistant explained everything as they were going. I felt absolutely no pain during the whole process and not even 5 minutes after he started he was finished and the tooth was out. The pain I did feel afterwards was my fault because the assistant warned me to get my pain meds before the numbness wore off and I didn’t listen, once I got them though I was fine. I’ll definitely be going back for whatever I need done in the future.

I came in to originally see about getting a root canal, gone bad, from the Army pulled out once and for all. While I was given better options, they were a little out of my price range at the moment. I had a serious fear of the dentist. Having had nothing but bad experiences, I tend to avoid the dentist at all cost. Long story short, after my wife dragged me there, I sat down in the chair, Mel and Dr. Reeves coached me through the whole thing, and made it completely painless. After a bone graft and stitches, I don't even need the pain pills for anything other than anti-inflammatory. Quick, painless, and the only place I will EVER go. Even when I plan on moving back to CO, I'll fly here for Dr. Reeves and Mel every time. Thank You Guys!

I've had a few painful nights over the weekend due to a broken tooth and could not take the pain anymore. Of course, I am the biggest scaredy-cat when it comes to having dental work. I went in last night and got the bad boy out of my mouth. Thank god I found this place. First of all, the dentist(I think his name was Dr. Reeves) was honest, compassionate and straightforward. I did not feel rushed at all and got all of my questions answered. He extracted the tooth so quick and it was pain free. The lady at the front desk has a pleasant personality and very helpful breaking down my insurance. The assistant was holding my hand during the injection and assured that I have no pain during the procedure. I am a happy camper; I would highly recommend this office to my family and friends.

I have had a bad experience with two dentist office September 25&26, both dentist office told me they were unable to extract my tooth . They told me I would have to see an oral surgeon and sent me home in pain. I browse the Internet for other dentist office and I came across dental emergency care. I called them and asked them will they be available to extract my tooth , and that I already had two dentist office turn around. The young lady told me yes we can and we will not turn anyone around for nothing , we have the best doctors here that’s been in the field for 30+ years. It was 5:45pm she set my appointment for 6:30pm the same day September 26,2020, I was so excited ! Once I made it to the office the staff was very friendly and I felt like family and not only did the Doctor extract the tooth that both dentist turn me around for earlier that day, he also extract another tooth that was bothering me everything was a success and this is a wonderful dentist I have ever been to , if you have any dental problems I highly recommend this office . Thank you guys again!!!!!!

This place is beyond amazing!! I would recommend anyone here for exceptional, quick dental work! I went on thanksgiving eve and was so cared for by the front staff and Dr. Reeves helped relive my wisdom tooth pain so I could enjoy thanksgiving. Then 2 days later, Dr. Marcel pulled my wisdom tooth in about 5 minutes, no pain at all! I really appreciate everything he explained to me (I was very nervous) and I’m grateful of their late working hours.

Had excruciating pain in my crown where I had previously had a root canal. Dr. Reeves & staff called me back after 9pm that night (which was about an hour after I called seeking medical attention) & asked me could I make it in before 10pm & honey my fiancé & I was there in about 18 mins from Flower Mound!!!! They quickly got me assessed and Dr. Reeves administered some pain relief & when I tell you he was so light handed, I knew I was in good hands and would have some real relief soon! I was so happy!! He was simply amazing! The staff is kind and very attentive! The facility was super clean & sanitized! Staff followed COVID-19 precautions & went the extra mile to ensure everyone’s safety.

Omg Dr Marcel was amazing!!!! I decided to call a dental urgent care never new they existed well he num me very good made sure I was fully num before starting I closed my eyes n it was out in seconds I was amazed very much recommend this place he did not want to do no talking he just wanted to get straight to the point. I cannot even begin to tell you how grateful I was to find this dentist. I’ve spent two years with a bad tooth that started off as minor pain but in the past few months it was crippling! My regular dentist was shut down for covid and was booking appointments 3 months out. I didn’t feel like I could live through the night let alone wait months for this to be fixed. Everyone from the front desk to the nurses/dental assistants and even the dentist was absolutely amazing. I was very stressed and in a lot of pain. They stayed calm and nurturing. I am very thankful for their help. They had to help me calm down to get my blood pressure down to even begin to help me. They took the time to help me calm when I felt like dying from this tooth! It took all of about 5 minutes for the doctor to take it out with absolutely zero pain. They were reassuring, helpful, and very patient.(my husband says I’m a weenie with no pain tolerance and definitely a crier!) I would absolutely recommend them for dental care. I drove an hour to go back because I felt safer there. The office manager worked with my husband to figure out payments during a pandemic this was huge for us. I felt like if I didn’t have several grand in savings I would end up dying from this tooth infection. We got it figured out for a reasonable price especially considering it was emergency care. I will continue to call them for any emergencies in the future and can now cancel my appointment 3 months out with my dentist!

Great place! I got my wisdom tooth removed at 10pm Saturday night which is great in itself that they were able to accommodate me literally an hour after I made an appointment. The removal was quick and painless. It will be one week post removal tomorrow and I never even had a second of pain during the recovery! Thank you to all the staff and dentist, you guys are awesome!!

While eating supper I felt something that didn’t feel good run through my tooth. I discovered I broke the tooth in half. I called my daughter for advice and she posted on her Facebook group. Several people recommended this place. I called the phone number and I was pleasantly surprised by the voice I heard on the other end telling me they would take care of me. I thought maybe I could get in the next day but I was surprised she could get me in within the hour. I was majorly impressed at this point and when I arrived I was sitting in the chair within minutes and had my x-rays read within 30 minutes. We decided I needed to extract this tooth. What was more impressive was I felt no pain during the whole procedure. I sat there and waited for the pain about that time he turned off the light and said we got it pulled. I never write reviews but I thought I had to write this review. I’ve never experienced fantastic customer service at this level in my life. I would highly recommend. I had an abcessed right rear molar. I had lost the crown covering it two weeks before, but just hadn't been able to get to my dentist (Doh)! Lesson learned. Starting Friday the molar started hurting, and by Sunday the pain was incredible, so much so that it was unbearable! My wife found this clinic, and they took my insurance, so we went in a hurry! Within 30 minutes I was in the chair and PLENTY NUMB, so much so that I fell asleep during the procedure! My dentist was an older gentleman who really knew what he was doing! I had very little bleeding and he did very good stiching, so I healed very quickly. A very good experience! Dr Marcel was incredible and his assistants, too. The assistants prepped me, answered all my questions, and when I was sufficiently numb, Dr Marcel appeared and went to work! Thanks to EVERYONE!

I wasn’t told my insurance was NOT ACCEPTED until 2 days after I made a appointment. I wasted a half hour drive. I even called to verify the appointment the day of and wasn’t informed my insurance was not gonna be accepted. Got there in pain and left in pain. They seem to have Very poor communication.

All the assistants were really nice but the old doctor. Dr Marcel is very grumpy and mean and sounds like he doesn't want to be there and maybe ready to retire. He sends the assistants to talk to the patients. I don't recommend this place due to that but also once you get a procedure the doctors never want to see the patient again to see their progress or answer questions. They leave you on your own. Dr. Marcel insisted in getting a tooth pulled yet he doesn't want to deal with you after you leave the office. I had questions for him but was directed to staff which I was told different things. The doctor seemed to be hiding.

I broke a tooth on a Saturday night and called their office. They were able to get me in the same night. They did the root canal and crown buildup. I walked in with a broken tooth and walked out with a temporary crown. No pain at all. This was the easiest root canal I've ever had. All the staff was friendly and supportive. The dentist did a great job. Their price was no more expensive than what I've paid for a root canal and crown from dentists in the past. Totally satisfied.

I came here Friday to get one of my wisdom teeth removed. The nurse Eboni who held my hand was fanastic and comforting the whole time. My doctor, Dr. Reeves was amazing as well. I misunderstood soemthing he said and he actually ended up calling and apolgizing to me. It was comforting because he's a very nice guy and something he said, I completly misinterpted. Going to the dentist is never pleasant but I would say the people there made it not so bad. I would recommend this place to anyone!

This place is awesome! Dr. Reeves and his staff are amazing! I took my husband here on a Thursday evening. I called at 6:10pm he was having excruciating pain in his teeth and had been for days. We went to see two other Dentist prior to seeing Dr. Reeves and both of them were horrible he left in more pain with them then he did before he went. When I called this office they let me know that they could get him in at 6:45pm which was amazing considering it was so late. We got there around 6:45 pm waited for about 15 mins and they took him to the back. He needed a tooth extracted but the tooth was not numbing for some reason he could feel everything so we opted for Nitrous gas it was more expensive but totally worth it. The procedure took about 40 mins to complete which was nice I waited in the clean waiting room With a fresh coffee while he had work done. They were very communicative with me during the whole process. It was very smooth and he felt much better after wards. Still in pain of course but nothing like he had been in. The doctor even called to check on him the next day which was so nice of him. We will definitely only be seeing Dr. Reeves and his team from now on. Thank you for all the hard work!

I can't express my gratitude and appreciation for this place enough. I went in on Saturday with a toothache that had me in such excruciating pain, I couldn't even sleep. The staff was extremely helpful and such a pleasure to be around. I had literally forgotten that I was at the dentist. But when Dr. Reeves came in, it was like reuniting with a friend that I hadn't seen in years. THIS GUY WAS SIMPLY AMAZING. I was given two options that pertained to my particular situation and never pressured into anything. Dr. Reeves gave me my numbing medicine and said, "Now let me go watch YouTube to make sure I do this right." This place was amazing!!!! I absolutely love every member of this place! Hours before I went to Emergency Dental Care, I had just went in for a dentist appointment at a completely different dentist...and had the worst experience that I have ever had at Dentist. I had cracked my tooth open, which also had an infection beneath it, and was in tremendous pain. The previous dentist did not help me even the slightest bit, so I left there in tremendous pain and feeling so hopeless. It was already 7pm, and friend told me about Dental Emergency Care. I called, and they were extremely helpful and saw me as soon as I was able to come in that same day! I can not express how amazing every staff member, nurse, and doctor was to me! I just want to give them all such a big hug, because I felt so hopeless before and they honestly made me feel a million times better!!! They operated on my tooth that very same day, and seriously fixed all of the causes of my pain, while making sure I felt 100% comfortable. Wow. Amazing care by the staff here. Billy “Dr.Reeves” was great, saved my life. Got in and out in less than two hours. Had to have emergency molar extraction. I was suffering in excruciating pain for a week. Veronica his asst was great. And Marianne was sooo nice and helpful with my X-ray. They were so kind and nice and I never left a dentist office with no pain before. This is the day after and I am feeling great. Follow the docs instructions for after care pick up your prescriptions and you’ll be fine. I searched over three dentist office who refuse to pull my tooth after misleading me and taking my money for a X-ray and consultation. I was almost hopeless. It cost my whole stimulus check because I don’t have insurance so be prepared to get help. Have the money , credit , debit or cash. We have to take care of our health and dental health is one of them! Thanks team for helping me. ????

She attempted to pressure me into a more expensive surgery and when i declined she gave me a speech about “you shouldn’t relate money to survival” if money wasn’t an issue, she should have offered me surgery for free. Visited Saturday February 8, 2020 The dentist that night was very calm, professional, and knowledgeable. I felt at ease the entire time, and I like how the Dentist explained to me my options clearly and emphatically. I couldn't be happier with how the rest of the staff interacted around each other and other patients. The receptionist was meticulously organized, as she tended to other calls and she checked in on me frequently. The Dental assistant was very helpful and worked well together with the Dentist. My only complaint: I had an appointment for 4pm as a self pay, and I ended up waiting almost 3 hours for care. I was the only patient in the waiting area and 1 of only 3 patients in the entire office at my time of arrival. Once I was tended to, my service was completed within 30 min of getting my x rays. The cost was reasonable for emergency service, self paid.

I just got two of my wisdom teeth removed here earlier today. It was a pleasant and easy experience, considering how nervous I was. It was painless, the only thing that is not painless is now that im home the numbing has worn off. I am in the most pain i have ever felt. My only complaint is that all I was prescribed for pain is Ibuprofen 800. Idk about anyone else, but that does NOTHING for pain for myself. I am honestly a little aggravated that I have to spend my recovery in excruciating mouth pain because Ibuprofen does nothing for my pain at all. The dentist told me that i will be in so much pain afterwards, he was honest, so now I am wondering what am i supposed to do until I am not in pain anymore if what they gave me doesnt help my pain at all. I get stronger medicine prescribed to me for ear aches, so im just confused and in pain lol. Update; after seeing this review, Yesenia called me and asked me if there was anything she could do for me. The Dentist prescribed me pain medication that actually helped soothe my pain (ibuprofen def didn’t), and he even called the next day to make sure i was not in pain anymore. I will be bringing my husband here to get his teeth extracted as well, this office is amazing. I wish they could be my actual dentist lol.

Had an appointment at 4pm on New Years!! Had a broken filling removed and replaced. My bite is great. Probably one of the best numbing ive had done. I barley felt the first poke at all. Dentist was smooth and fast. Filling looks great too. First dental visit for me in Texas and id say if you have a job where you can't take off easily this is a good place for you! Bit of a drive for me but the office hours make it convienent for a lot of the standard workforce. Had free water and free coffee in the waiting room with Netflix.

Great place to go reason why gave 3 stars is because they need more peaple there instead 1 doctor at night and took to long on getting my tooth pull had give me 3 shots of num med all because there was 1 person there and he was doing everything and that was the doctor i geussing they dont do stiches cause he nevee gave me stiches unless all depend on the operation not for sure but i guve him a 5 star cause he work hard on getting my insurance information and he was doing alot that could make a mistake because so many peaple was there on christmas day it was expensive but heck who going to be open on christmas day dr kwon is great he explain the prices and explains what he is going go do and how to do it and explain what you needd to do in the healing process but agian it expensive but tell me who going to be open on christmas day at late at night and help with insurance and stuff in the dfw thanks

Last night at 1130pm I went into excruciating pain! So I called and the receptionist told me to head that way asap because they take last patient at 12am. I got there and I got in very quickly ! The doctor made me as comfortable as possible. I was pain free and had the tooth out that was causing pain. My only problem was the price. I payed 435 for one tooth extraction. But I guess when you really think about it had they not been open that late at night I would have had to suffer. So I'm ok with.

Very grateful for this place. I almost didn't go after going to numerous emergency dental places and being turned away because no one was able to pull my impacted wisdom tooth. Apparently it was that bad... However, I went and Dr. Marcel was wonderful. The team examined my x-ray and was completely confident and ready to remove. I was in excruciating pain so you can imagine the happiness i felt! Great customer service and the price wasn't bad at all! I decided to go ahead and let them do all four. There was a bit of pressure but no pain. I only knew when one was finished because he was moving on to the next. Highly recommend this place if you have any type of dental emergency!

My husband had an extraction and I beleive a crown or bridge? Cant remember which one but we still have to come back to finish. Anyway the dentist has great bed time manners, very soft spoken and kind so he doesn't adhance the anxiety you already feeln with the whole ordeal. I honestly give them 3 1/2 stars ONLY BECASE OF THE PRICE FOR MY EXPERIENCE The office visit alone is $90 without insurance. That’s just to much I paid almost $700 to remove a wisdom tooth! They’re going to base your total off of whatever condition your teeth is in. im guessing if it’s in a pretty decent condition they might charge you $200-$400 something dollars and mines was in pretty bad Condition I also did not have Dental insurance I was willing to pay out-of-pocket. Due to the amount of pain I was in the office visit alone is $90 and I just felt like that’s just too much my experience was okay the doctor numbed me pretty well. (But I had to keep asking for more) it’s alright I think this was a bad day for me but I will not let that $700 slide that was too much it’s just crazy.

Dr. Nguyen and the entire staff were excellent at taking care of me during a late night dental emergency. I expected to receive less than desirable service while paying twice the price as normal and let me tell you I was pleasantly surprised. The service was amazing at 24 Hour Dental Care. I made my appointment online and arrived as instructed. Upon my arrival, they were ready for me. The lobby was nice and comfortable and the front desk staff was so friendly. I was taken back right on time, and the treatment plan was clearly explained, xrays were taken and then I met the doctor. The entire treatment staff made sure that I was comfortable the entire time. Once Dr. Nguyen checked me out, the front office staff came in to discuss the fees for the procedure with me. I was prepared for the worst and was ready to sell my first born child. Needless to say, when she came in to discuss the price of the procedure I was left in disbelief! The price was less and half of what I expected it to be. Long story short, I would, without the slightest hesitation, return to this office for both emergency care but also preventative care. I cannot thank them enough for turning an uncomfortable night and making me feel better without sending me to the poor house.

I was in extreme pain with a bad tooth late at night and the staff was great getting me in and out quickly! Dr. Nugyen pulled my tooth in what seemed like minutes, and most importantly the super cute receptionist did a great job explaining my out of pocket expenses. I hope I never have to see them again, but if emergency dental services are needed again I know exactly where to go!!

Do not bring your children to this dentist. They were very friendly, but completely unorganized and not able to treat children. I called ahead and explained my 7 year old son had swelling and tooth pain. She was very friendly and said absolutely bring him in and they could help him. They took xrays and explained the problem, but said they could not treat him because they did not have laughing gas. I understand they say this because they want the child to be relaxed and comfortable, but this should have been told to us before we drove way out of our way and then paid for the visit and xrays. They may be great for adults but it was a complete waste of time and money. I am so incredibly disappointed.

Absolutely the Best Dental Care ! I made an appointment online and was seen 3 hours later. The staff and doctors are extremely professional. I can in with an infected impacted wisdom tooth and left 1 hour later with the tooth removed and a great treatment plan. Awesome experience!

I am terrified of the dentist, and had been putting off getting my tooth looked at for the last few weeks. The pain got to be too much at 5 this morning, and I panicked til I found out about the Irving location. Went in, met the friendliest staff I’ve ever met in a dental office and had my tooth pulled less than two hours later! I suffer from high anxiety and Dr. Nobles went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe the whole time- I didn’t even feel any pain when removed!!! Going on my 2nd night of no sleep with mind numbing pain from a bad tooth I sat down at my laptop at 4 in the morning on a Sunday and Veteran's day to boot to Google for an emergency dentist that would be open and there it was 24 Hour Dental Care it is a 45 minute drive from the house but it saved my life, I checked in online immediately got a confirmation to be there in 40 minutes, there was no wait the sweet young lady at the desk had my paperwork and check in done quickly and in no time at all I was taken back for x-rays by Randi who was so sweet and caring and just as fast my savior Dr Nobles entered and had my mouth all numbed up and I had no more pain. Randi and Dr Noble were so nice and patient while extracting two of my teeth, they even had a cute banter that caused me to giggle a couple times despite my mouth being propped open and them digging around in it. No pain what so ever and Dr Nobles even called my prescriptions in to the Pharmacy before he ever started my extractions so once I was done the CVS already had them filled once we pulled up to the drive thru. Every one in the office was so sweet, caring and nice and when you are in that much pain those things go a long way in making an Emergency Dental visit a pleasant experience. I will be back and I am telling everyone I know. They never close and you don't have to wait for regular business hours to be seen and you feel so much better so quickly...wished I had Googled for help 2 nights ago.

Saturday morning, a tooth I had been delaying getting pulled (didn’t want to ruin thanksgiving ?) started to hurt. I have had plenty of dental problems so I figured Tylenol would do until my dentist opened on Monday. Hour by hour my face began to swell. By nighttime I was vomiting. I found some place close by (the first one that came up obviously) and made an appointment for noon on Sunday when they opened. I drove there and waited outside calling until someone finally answered to say they were not seeing patients today. I didn’t know what to do. My husband started googling and we took turns calling places. My turn was this office. They were super pleasant even though I was miserable and grumpy on the phone and hung up without saying bye. They told me to come in as soon as I could and were incredibly nice when discussing everything with my husband and I. I was back in the room within 15 minutes of arriving. I am currently 16 weeks pregnant and they went above and beyond making sure I had extra coverage for my x-ray, that it came out right the first take so I didn’t have to be exposed to unnecessary radiation. They made sure I was numb enough so I couldn’t feel any pain and stopped immediately to give more when I did. Dr. Nobles and the assistant (I forget her name) were very friendly and funny. Almost made me forget my face hurt. The assistant was really amazing. I’m a smoker (trying to quit) and while she did politely reprimand me for smoking while pregnant, she gave me extra gauze and explained the best way to not get dry socket. Most places just tell you don’t smoke even though they know you’re going to. The price was actually cheaper than our regular dentist. I will definitely be going back there.

Staff were all very kind and helpful. Came in over night due to my son being in a lot of pain. We have dental insurance but were not able to use it at this location. So they were very helpful in advising us on what to do at their location(using their discount plan btw) and finish with our dentist with our benefits. Really felt as they were trying to help us out financially rather than take advantage as I've seen other dentists be very pushy. Highly recommend this place. =)

UPDATED: I was able to get the Rx filled however, I still feel there is a need for uptrianing with the staff on the information they provide patients, also expressing empathy and a willingness to help. The biggest room in the house will always be the Room for Improvement. I LOVE that they are available 24 hours a day as there is a need for clinics that handle dental emergencies as hospital will/can not, and the facility is beautiful. HOWEVER, the low rating is a result of the difficulty I experienced when trying to get the Rx filled. There was a discrepancy with the MD's information therefore the pharmacy was unable to process the Rx until that was clarified. When I called the clinic to verify the MD's information, I was advised that they could not legally provide the MD's information over the phone... THAT IS NOT TRUE AS THE MD'S INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE TO THE THE PUBLIC! So I'm sitting in line at CVS as I type this review IN PAIN and unable to process the Rx, because the clinic refuses to help until the MD who treated me returns this evening appropriately 7 to 8 HOURS from now... unreal. If you are in excruciating pain and need the matter addressed, by all means please get treated here, but outside of emergencies I would NOT recommend this clinic.

Can I just say how forever grateful I am a place like this exist!!! My partner and I visited another dentist office today for a tooth ach that had been bothering her over night the night before. The dentist office did not want to treat her because they stated her blood pressure was too high. After sitting in that office for 6 hours to see if her blood pressure would go down they sent her home with medication and did not do any treatment, and still with a tooth pain. We got home and I seen how much pain she was still in, opened my laptop and discovered this location on google this 24 hour dental care existed. I have never received this kind of service before kind of felt like we walked in to heaven. The check in process was fast and easy the agents at the front desk smiled and greeted us with a warm welcome. My husband came here to get his tooth pulled. The medical staff is who you are supposed to trust to tell you whether they can or cannot do the procedure before taking Payment. Well the staff here took his blood pressure, administered the anesthesia, took the Payment just to tell my husband they cannot take the tooth out and now are giving him the run around to give the Payment back for something they knew they were not going to be able to do.

My wisdom tooth was killing me, since I had procrastinated on making an appointed at my regular dentist. One night I was experiencing so much pain, that I googled 24 hour dentist and these guys came up, and I'm so glad they did. I called them late at night, the receptionist was super nice, friendly and helpful. I immediately came in, filled out maybe one or two forms, and was called to the back. Maria, who was also super nice and friendly, took some x rays of the ruptured tooth. You can tell she loves her job, because she was very informative and assuring. She went over pricing and wasn't at all pushy. Within a few minutes I was seeing the dentist. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and passionate about his job. Very good attitude considering it was already after midnight. He explained to me the exact procedure, and put me at ease. So he went to work, he was done in minutes. I didn't feel ANY pain during the extraction, just a little pressure, he did an amazing job of numbing the area. I was very surprised on how quickly and smoothly the entire process went. His team was the absolute epitome of professionalism. The equipment that they use and have access to is alot newer and more advanced than what my usual day time dentist has. Bottom line, I went from a pain level of a ten, to a zero in less than an hour after I googled 24 hour dentist. That includes travel time. They are pretty centrally located. I was in and out for less than three hundred bucks, money well spent, especially considering the condition that I was in, that late at night. Oh and the 24 hour CVS around the corner, where i got my prescription filled while I waited, was the cherry on top. I was very pleased, and happy with my overall experience here, to say the least. Hence the short story. ☺

Dont go here if you have medicaid my 9 year old son was experiencing severe toothache pain that had him crying all night found this place drove 25 mins for them to say they dont take medicaid. So my child will have to suffer until dentist open in morning. How convenient.

I waited a long time for my first appt. I was confused about the online scheduling request, and it was a very busy day for the weekend staff. Mari took care of the exam xrays, and Dr Wong was very personable and professional. I just finished my follow up for cleaning and filling repair. Dr Wong and Jamie completed both procedures in about an hour. I ended up paying exactly what was quoted. No last-minute cost surprise . Dr Wong did not recommend unnecessary work. The hours are perfect for busy people who cannot set up appointments during typical day job hours. I’ve already arranged for my next appointment.

Was told by the receptionist that they only have 3 operating rooms....Appointment was scheduled for 2pm and ended up waiting 2 hrs before I decided to leave and cancel the appt. The waiting room is no bigger than my bedroom which was accompanied by a heater, other tired/stressed people which made my over all first time experience terrible. One star rating due to what felt like a 24 hr wait time!

The staff is soo nice & professional, the office is very clean and modern, the price was excellent and even accepted my health insurance and the procedure is beautiful!! I had 4 wisdom teeth pulled out a week prior to coming to Same Day Dental . With my dentist being unavailable on the weekend and a piece of bone still protruding out from my gums, I looked online and booked an appointment, as I could not wait another day because of the pain...Literally in tears, I was able to see Dr Patel within 2 hrs from my first initial call, and was done within an hour. I can not Thank Dr Patel and her staff for Correcting the problem and RELIEVING me from the PAIN , on A Sunday . Same Day Dental also has a very nice, and clean office

The first time I went was great but this time was terrible. I just wanted a check up and cleaning. 3 hours after i arrived i was still there waiting for the cleaning. I had a 6:30pm appt too. At 10pm I finally just had to get up and walk out. Such a waste of my time tonight, three snd a half hours of waiting there and left with dirty teeth and and still one aching tooth (the man from San Fransisco couldn't find any problem with it, just said to keep an eye on it.

I have not gone into this place as of yet. I called to acsertain if my insurance would be accepted I was told I must come into the office while in pain to waste my time to see if this place accepts my insurance as I muat present an ID that seems very unusual. Most doctor offices ask for the ID card over the phone before the patient comes into the office. Wondering why an ID is needed before checking my insurance coverages. Dont like wasting my time especially at a time in which I feel is urgent.

I went online and called Same Day 24/7 Dental at 9 PM on Saturday.I was concerned about the Dentist and care i would receive but when I walked into the office and saw how clean it was that made me feel good about the care i would receive. The bill was a lot less than anticipated and my medications were ready in 30 minutes at the CVS near the office.

Look they are badass... Johnny the dentist was also Johnny cash with the guitar, he got down on those 12 bar blues. I brought my guitars in with me. Homegirl at the front had my back and was looking out for them while I was getting my chompers knocked off at 3 in the morning. Homegirl in thetback was completely professional with a sense of humor and she even held my hand when I started crying from the pain lmao. I never been as blessed to be in the presence of such finely tuned, professionally gifted and talented dentists and dental assistants as I was at 24 hour dental and I would gladly give them my money just to tip them for being so fresh and clean. Not to mention the services provided. I would have to rate them 6 out of 5 stars. My blood pressure was so high he himself took it several times. Then politely and very calmly told me it was to high and that an emergency visit to the ER would be highly recommended. I refused he was still so sweet. Genuinely concerned for me. I'm definitely recommending him to all my friends and family. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and very professional.

My son had a tooth bracket that held his teeth in the back together after having them surgically removed and it had broken apart, and it was a piece stuck in his gum and we were trying too take it out and couldn’t. So we ended up taking him to the hospital and they said they couldn’t do anything about it!? So my husband was like it’s a 24 hour dental over by my job.. so long story short they got it out and everything was back to normal! You guys ARE AWESOME ? Staff was incredibly friendly, and answered all my questions as I waited on my mother. They even called in her prescription to a 24 hour CVS around the corner early on in the procedure so I could go ahead and pick it up while I waited for my mom to get out. Afterward, my mother gushed about how kind they were. Between one lady holding her hand and holding her cheek when the pain was bad, they weren't shy with the numbing, gave her breaks when the pain got too much, and the dentist communicated effectively throughout constantly reassuring her. Prices may be a little high, but the care was well worth it. The last time my mother had a tooth pulled she cried on the way home, and all through the next day because the other dentist hadn't removed all the nerves. Last night she was all smiles and talking the whole way home. 10/10 would reccommend.

I had been to another dentist 5 times in the last 3 months and was only lied to about cost and expectations every time. The tooth I originally went in for they told me not to worry about, it would just fall out, then they pulled one that I thought could be crowned, then filled one, then it was time for my deep cleaning and crown, well that didn't happen either!! They gave me a bunch of specialists cards and told me to go see them to get them cleaned??!! After I had paid them nearly 2k plus my insurance. WELL today I couldn't take the pain anymore for the tooth I originally went in for, THIS dentist, Dr. Nguyen, said they should have pulled this one first, crowned the other they pulled (Because, he said any original tooth that's not dead is better than an implant if you can save it) and done a bridge on the one he pulled today. As far as needing a specialist to clean my teeth, he said that was a load of bull! Actually my teeth are in pretty good shape AND, he gave me a card to a colleague of his that's way closer to my house to finish me up, he didn't have to do that,... his staff and assistants were sweethearts and he went the extra mile to get me out of pain. When my regular dentist could not work me in for an emergency I searched Google for an Emergency Dentist and found Same Day Dental 24 hour Center. I was in pain and was so happy that they could get me in immediately! The staff was so friendly and helpful and Dr Harvey was personable and explained my options. This is honestly the best dental office I've ever been to. After checking in online, I arrived in excruciating pain. The nurses and office staff were fast, attentive, and caring. I was seen by the dentist within 15 minutes of my arrival. It took maybe 20 minutes to pull the tooth. The dentist and tech put me at ease with light conversation throughout the procedure, and didn't have to leave my side to attend to other patients, like my former dentist. They also have a discount program if you're self pay. I didn't even have to use any painkillers whatsoever afterwards... Super smooth procedure. I've been pain-free ever since.

My husband had horrible tooth pain and we called in and were able to get an appointment within a few hours at 8pm. Krystle, Gilbert, and Wilfred were all helpful and amazing in the process and managed to get everything taken care of within two hours.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I have been here to same day dental twice and the care and service is top notch. They have set the bar very high. I had a cracked tooth. My regular dentist that I see would not extract it. He referred me to his usual oral surgeon referral. They wanted to charge me 181$ for the consult and about 800$+ for the extraction. Didn’t seem right. So I came to same day dental and that cracked tooth came out with out any trouble and it was only about 7-10 minutes and I have to really commend dr coco and his staff, overnight staff I should say. I hate going to the dentist but I have found my go to place for all my dental needs in the future and I would gladly recommend same day dental to you all. Just a great friendly experience overall. Awesome job from start to finish. And it’s very affordable and have a good payment plan if you need it.

Hands down best dentist I’ve ever been to!!!!!!!! I always hated the dentist from past childhood experiences, couldn’t stand coming.... Dr. Coco, Mrs. Maria, & Mrs. Krystal made my visit extremely pleasant! They were very patient with me as they saw I was uncomfortable from the procedure. Came in because my molar was killing me. They gave me antibiotics which helped out a lot. A week later, (today) they finished the root canal. Dr. Coco was gentle in applying the anesthesia shot, which honestly, I barely felt. The second shot I didn’t even know he had done it until after the fact he said he was done with it LOL. Whole procedure went smoothly, thanks to the team here I am out of pain!!!! If I could give a 10/10 I would!!!!!!

Great place to go, especially if needing work done quickly and 24 hours! Never thought I’d get a root canal done at 7pm on a Saturday! I am 7 months pregnant & I was in very bad pain with a toothache, come to find out I needed a root canal & a crown on top!! Ouch! When I tell you this was the most comfortable, reasonable experience. I did need a clearance from my doctors since I was pregnant, but I was able to get it fax over with no problem. Dr. Coco did my operation with the help of Lilly. I appreciate them both, the only pain I felt during the operation was the pain I came inside with, as he was working on my mouth, I felt comfortable & absolutely no pain, Lilly is such a sweetheart, she made me very comfortable and continue to check on me through out the operation. Make a long story short..... Best experience I ever had at the dentist office! Oh yea my whole operation cost me a total of 235.00!!!! Can’t beat that!!! ????? Thank you to all the staff! Very welcoming & informative ???????

I give this dental office one star because they don't know how to handle business. I scheduled an appointment the week of the 4th of July for today the 14th. Once I made it there, I was told they couldn't assist me before assisting other clients who had came in as a walk-in before me. Had I known a walk- in over power an appointment, I would of gone in as a walk-in without scheduling an appointment. They need to evaluate their appointment policy or simply take walk- ins only. I will NEVER attempt to go here again!

I had an overall good experience here. The staff were incredibly kind and I was seen in a timely matter. The doctor freaked me out a bit though and made it seem like my broken tooth was a bigger deal than it turned out to be. I don't think that was his intention by any means but it still freaked me out. They were very patient with me though, making sure I didn't have any questions before I left. They also referred me to an oral surgeon instead of doing the procedure themselves. I was a bit annoyed and really nervous at first but in retrospect I think it's a good thing that they knew they weren't comfortable with doing my procedure and referred me to someone who was. Definitely a good place to go for your dental needs.

The team was very good. I was not thinking very clearly and the reception team was so understanding when I didn't complete the paperwork the first time around. Maria then took over and put me so at ease. I have issues with going to the dentist. My blood pressure usually jumps up and I have to relax before proceeding. Because Maria was so gentle and soft spoken, I was at ease. She kept me informed step by step so that when the dentist started with the procedure, I could continue. I was so pleased with the visit.

I cannot begin to describe how happy and satisfied I am with this place and how they helped me extract both of my wisdom teeth, which were giving me major irritations all week. I called other dental offices and and the earliest they could of gotten me in was next week. I gave Same Day Dental a call and they got me in within the same hour and I was out of there within 2 hours with my wisdom teeth out. Also, they did what the other dental offices would of done at a fraction of the price. Quick and painless. I will be coming back if I have other dental issues. Thank you!
