As much as I do not enjoy writing negative reviews, I feel compelled to share my nightmare at this dental office. Without going into every detail, I had a bridge/implant done 2 years ago. After the poorly executed procedure performed by Dr. Emadi, my bridge has caused me significant discomfort and pain ever since. I was and still am biting my tongue (which is very painful) and am unable to eat properly due to the poor alignment of the new bridge. When I attempted to address the issue w/ the owner, Dr. Elmasri, he and his staff were unable to help remedy the situation. I ultimately lost faith in their ability to correct the issue in their office, and have been trying to receive fair and partial compensation for months on end, so that I could get this fixed by another dental practice. The minimal compensation they proposed was disrespectful and nowhere near the $11.5k I paid this practice for a poor outcome. Furthermore, in attempts to remedy the situation, I was treated unprofessionally by multiple staff members. Needless to say, I’m giving this place the lowest rating possible.

The complete staff at Fast New Smile are ever so professional, and truly caring in all aspects. If you are considering implants of course do your research but after you do RUN to the office of Fast New Smile they will exceed your expectations! I was one of those people so scared of needles and dentist. Genetically I just had bad teeth & each pregnancy weakened what I had. I tried desperately to take care of my teeth to no avail. At the age of 30 went full mouth of dentures for 25 yrs. but my jaw bones had disappeared to practically nothing. I didn’t give this office much to work with, even said they’d not seen a case as bad as mine - they worked miracles! AND I had absolutely NO pain from the surgery. I waited a very long time for this review. I wanted to be sure that I could give a fair and sound review - I found it very important with such a life changing decision. I started 2 years ago with them, came to them with 2 issues, I was born without many permanent teeth, I had a flipper for some of my top teeth by the time I was 14. At 16 I was in a car accident that eliminated the permanent front bottoms. I had a bridge put in with span that all dentists I would see after could not believe. It was built on a few baby teeth and molars (my whole mouth). 31 years later finally failed due to a cavity/infection in one tooth underneath. Tried a year in a lower dent. I really doubted I would have enough bone to get implants, searched EVERY OPTION, overseas etc. Chose them after researching the background, pulled up old videos. Decided on them after exhaustive research. I WAS RIGHT!!! They are amazing, not a flaw in any way that I can find. I am eternally grateful for how they have changed my life. I can eat! I have gone from like 90 lbs to 120 (my goal weight!). They truly care and are super kind. In my humble opinion, they saved my life. I've had implants from Fast New Smile for about 2 years. My enjoyment and decision to complete this process keeps giving a stronger and stronger appreciation for for having done so. The cost is very expensive but the struggle and sacrifice it takes to make the payment every month has been worth it. My bottom teeth were really bad. I had several broken molars that were previously extracted. When I went to the office, everyone was so kind. After a consultation, and the many, many questions I had..I decided on a whole set of bottom denture implants. I had 9 teeth pulled and went home with temporary teeth. The swelling wasn't bad at all. I kept ice on my jaw and I would say it was about 4 days recovery for me. The entire process was well worth it! Way better than having to worry with dental bridges that came loose, or worrying that if I bit down on a carrot, would that be the one that breaks my teeth. It was nerve-wracking! The implant teeth are so beautiful and strong..its amazing! Each time I go for cleaning, I'm welcomed with a smile and friendly staff. They make me feel so comfortable! I've always hated my smile. When my permanent teeth came in, I had a large gap between my two front upper teeth that I despised. Then a combination of poor genetics, neglect, and abuse led me to be mortified by my teeth. I never smiled showing them or would hide them behind my hand. After several bad experiences, I was terrified of dentists and only associated them with great expense and immense pain, and would become anxious even talking about them. All of the above created the perfect storm that led me to have frequent infections, missing teeth, bad breath, and pain. It affected my day to day life with what I could eat, my comfort, and my self esteem. It's hard to look professional with bad teeth. I had been putting it off for years but knew that I reached the point that something had to be done. I started researching options. I consulted a traditional dentist who was very frank with both the condition of my teeth as well as my options. If anything could be salvaged, it would be time consuming, painful, and expensive. I looked into travel dentistry but that added additional concerns. At this point I knew that I wanted to pursue implants so I started researching local dentists and quickly found FastNewSmile. I watched the videos and read the testimonials. I read every review on every site I could find. My partner even checked the state licensing boards. Everything checked out and it still took me months to actually call and make an appointment for a consultation. The catalyst was pain that just would not go away, an exposed nerve from what I later learned. My consultation appointment was scheduled on a day that snowed and the roads were not in the best condition. It took me awhile to reach the Dallas office but I knew that if I didn't keep that appointment that I might not reschedule it. The front office staff reached out asking if I was going to be able to make it and when I explained they were understanding and sympathetic and assured me that they would still be open. Once my partner and I arrived, we met with Alexis and had my consultation and CT scan. Dr. Emadi met with us to review our options and we elected to move forward with the full dental implants procedure. Everyone that we met with was kind, gentle, and understanding of my anxiety and embarrassment. No one made me feel ashamed of the state of my teeth. We worked out a financing plan that best suited our needs and scheduled the procedure. The morning of my procedure, we arrived at the office and were escorted to a private room that would be ours for the day. The staff were professional, reassuring, and overall outstanding. Dr. Yang did my extractions and implants. He is phenomenal. He listened to my fears and concerns and was compassionate and caring. When I explained that I always have nausea and vomiting with any type of anesthesia, he listened to me and made sure to treat the nausea and ensure that I did not vomit. If I felt any discomfort, it was addressed. I left the office with my temporary implants in and ice packs in place, nausea free and only mild discomfort. During the next few months I reached out the office a few times, Dr. Yang and staff were available for any issues or concerns that I needed to address, from issues with the bite of the temporary implants to an "Is this normal?" question. Any time I was in the office, the staff were exceptional at explaining what they were doing, what I should expect, and answering any questions that I had. This helped my anxiety immensely and no one was ever annoyed or irritated with me. I received my permanent implants almost 2 weeks ago and I am so happy. I am smiling every day now, no longer hiding or embarrassed. I laugh without covering my mouth. I no longer have any pain. I can eat anything I want again; I missed raw carrots so much. My partner summed it up best when he said that I should have done this years ago.

After having had an upper right partial from my dentist in Hawaii, I found that I was having a very hard time talking (being understood) and an even harder time eating. I Just had my surgery yesterday and I must say Dr.Emadi and his team have the BEST bedside manner from my consultation to surgery day he made me feel special and answered every question I had including some personal reasons with different things and he assured me of everything! My story: I have been on biologic medicines for the last ten years which cause havoc on your teeth; and, on top of that had some very bad dentists. My teeth were a wreck. I work in division management and with younger individuals and I don't care how you look at it...bad teeth age you. My results: I had both the top and bottom done at the same time and I'm very glad I did it. I am totally happy with the outcome. Take the leap. The results are fabulous. And, look very natural. I recently had 3 implants placed at the top front of my mouth from my former dentist. The process began October 2018 and painfully went through December 2020. The process was supposed to have been 6-9 months. The implants did not look good at all. He placed them at an angle that made me look buck toothed. I have never been buck toothed in my life. Ok so I had major issues with my teeth. I lost a bunch of molars and had failing crowns that I did my whole top arch with. I spent 14k and they didn’t last long at all. I had reached the point where I had to replace my dentures with implants. I had very little bone left and a couple of dental implant places I visited in the area told me that it would be a long and expensive procedure with bone grafting etc. and the results were not guaranteed. He looked at the CT Scans and told me that I had lost a lot of bone but that would be no problem. Let me tell you my experience, I went there for my front tooth in which I have a flipper and requested them to get a permanent tooth. The Dr told me that all my teeth needed to be extracted and that I need all new teeth top and bottom. This is insane. Really a great big THANK YOU to Dr. Almasri. I lost a tooth 12 years ago and tried to get an implant from another doctor. That Implant failed so I thought I wasn't a candidate but decided to give it another try last year. Dr. Almasri told me the original implant failed because I had a pocket of infection next to it. He took out one extra tooth, cleaned out the infection and put in two new implants. The process took 6 months but his surgery went flawlessly and I am so happy and thankful to have all my teeth again.

The experience has been amazing from start to finish. My biggest fear going into surgery was that it would be painful and honestly it was not at all painful. Any discomfort is addressed immediately and you leave the same day with a beautiful new smile. I was very close to scheduling surgery with the doctors in Chicago when I started to feel uneasy about their suggestions and decided to do a little more research and consult yet ANOTHER doctor. I was told multiple times by many specialists that due to my lack of jaw bone I would need bone grafting, a sinus lift and zygomatic implants (implants that go in your cheekbone) because my jaw bone thickness wasn’t sufficient enough for regular implants to be successful. The thought of undergoing those surgeries was terrifying, expensive and very time consuming. My husband and I decided to do some research to find another dentist capable of zygomatic implants to see if their recommendation matched Chicago’s. This is what lead me to FastNewSmile and Dr. Almasri. We traveled to Dallas (6 hrs away) and met with their patient coordinator, Kelly and Dr. Almasri. After reviewing my 3D scan, Dr. A was confident that I was a candidate for regular implants without needing additional grating or sinus surgeries. His knowledge and passion were very obvious at my initial consult. I immediately felt like I’d be in good hands here. I was scheduled for my full mouth restoration a few months before my 33rd birthday. Dr. Almasri and Dr. Caffroni are truly a dream team. I ended up with 10 total implants, 6 upper and 4 lower and my temporary teeth were absolutely beautiful. Everyone at FastNewSmile from the front desk staff, to Kelly the patient coordinator, to the surgery assistants have been nothing short of amazing. Dr A personally called the evening of surgery and has been available for questions ever since! The in house lab at Fast New Smile and the fact that Dr. A is the one doing your surgery and working with Dr. C on designing your new teeth is a huge perk of the office. They aren’t working with outside labs that require a lot more rework and of course much more wait time, it’s all done right there in house! Every visit since surgery has been wonderful, the entire staff is thorough and caring. Dr. A is meticulous and you can see that in every detail from the office design to how well his staff is trained. They are truly top notch! The results of my final teeth exceeded my expectations and I’m just thrilled to have “permanent” adult teeth after being told that would never be an option for me. This has been a wonderful experience and I can’t help but smile at everyone I see because I’m so confident with my new smile. My teeth have been needing attention for many years, they got so bad in the past few weeks I had to do something. I started going to implant places for the consultation to get an idea of what I was getting into. I can’t say enough good things about Fast New Smile and Dr. Almasri. I have had terrible teeth all my life and hated going to the dentist since I knew I would get an “F” on my report card. I have had so many filings, root canals and crowns I can’t count them all. Fast forward to 2007, age 50, time to check into having dentures done or maybe some implants. I decide on implants and visit Nova Dental, a top dental school in Fort Lauderdale. They do a work up on me and set me up for some extensive work, extractions, implants etcetera. The work took place over three years’ time and was progressing with several different prosthodontists doing the work. I was still not a fan! Then late in the process I met Dr. Almasri, he was finishing up his residency, he took over my case. What a change! Someone that seemed to understand my fear and was able to put me at ease. His work was nearly painless. The last few implants and extractions were a breeze. Now I really didn’t mind sitting in the chair, for hours on end. Finally, the work was completed. I was very happy with my new teeth and smile. Forward to 2017, my check up showed that due to my smoking I had major bone loss around the implants that had been done years before. Dr. Almasri was concerned and had me come in to Nova Dental on one of his visits back. The diagnosis was not good, most of the implants had significant bone loss and were loosening up and that the teeth I had remaining were not in good shape either. He told me that he had a new process, “Fast New Smile”, that was much better than what I had been through before and that the complete surgery could be done in one day with minimal pain and discomfort. I was not ready to go through another 3 years of visits at Nova and knowing the level of care I would receive from the doctor I agreed to have the surgery at his office in Dallas. What I didn’t know is how well he had trained his staff. Each and every one of them was as good at their job as Dr. Almasri himself is at his. I fly out to Dallas for the surgery. Now as much as I trust Dr. Almasri I am still a little apprehensive as I am about to have all remaining teeth removed along with all the previous implant work. I sit down with the doctor and let him know I am concerned. He assures me that everything will be fine and shows me on the CT scan exactly what he is planning to do. The day of surgery! I arrive at about 6:30 am still half asleep. The staff at Fast New Smile are zipping around like they have been awake for hours. They sit me in the chair, run through a few questions and answer mine, check my blood pressure, double check to make sure everything is correct, insert the IV and gone!!! I wake up just after noon and they set me up in the recovery room to let the anesthetic ware off. A couple of hours and teeth are ready. They put them in and hand me a mirror. Even though they are only temporary, they look great!!! The final teeth will take about 8 weeks since the implants and gums have to heal. The staff fills me in on the post-surgery information. The first couple of weeks pretty much a liquid diet, soups, etc. After that very soft foods potatoes, etc. progressing to soft foods, nothing crunchy. Steaks and Peanut M&M’s will have to wait until the permanent ones are in. Return trip to Dallas for my new set of teeth. They remove the temporaries and do some impressions so they can make the final set to match the new profile of my mouth. They send the impressions to their inhouse lab to make the final set. They call the next afternoon to say my new teeth are ready. I am seated in the chair, temps removed, and my brand new great big smile is fitted in. The bite is tested and minor adjustments made so the fit is absolutely perfect! All I can say at this point is “WOW”. I love my new smile. This place has truly wowed me! I did lots of research before choosing this place. I chose to drive 35 miles one way, when there were several implant surgeons closer.
