Everyone in this office is great, Dr.Lu is really good on explaining the situation very knowledgeable, gentle and caring same goes to all the employee from the front and back that assist you except of the lady that she claimed she's the "manager" very unprofessional, twice already that she tells me our appointment was canceled when im checking in and that she tried calling to re schedule but she gets a disconnected line and when I asked her to read the number that's calling its the right one and when I showed her their text 2 hours before the appointment confirming the schedule she says " oh that's a glitches in the system". We hate to switch dentist but this employee doesn't value people's time and appreciate patient, we took days off for this matter and for that same employee to treat you like that 2 times already its very unprofessional.

Cleanliness, elegance, order, calm atmosphere, attention, follow-up, and reminders of appointments by the medical assistants with all love and respect. While Dr. Lu is very competent in his field, he explains in detail to his patient his condition and the method of treatment. As for Dr. Lu’s assistants, they possess the literature, listening, and interaction with the patient. They make you feel psychologically comfortable, as if you are in a psychiatric clinic. Consider it. I feel lucky with all of you.

Well I came on time. They make me to wait about an hour. Then when they finilly pass me. They just made half of the deep cleaning!! Because the Lady said that they give her just half of an hour to doit. I am so disapointed. It never pass me before. I just waiting finish my treatment to never come back. I wish I can change right now.

I was recently referred to this place about a month of taking antibiotics from an infection In my 18yr old implant. My original Dr. Said I need to send you to a specialist to also see if it's recoverable. That made me sink to my stomach, seen how its my my teeth in front #7. After meeting the specialist, he made me feel comfortable with hope since day 1. It's been 2weeks since my surgery and it's looking flawless. 18yrs ago the gum was not as pink with life as it looks like now. Beyond please with the work. The only thing I did not like is the scheduling, time is not valued. 30mins-1hr wait times. Overall couldn't be happier it's worth the wait!

All the employees are so kind and friendly. Every time representatives tried to help me when i want something. so helpful^^ Call back would be so fast. They sent me txt messages for all the appointments. Dr. Lu explained me carefully for the details what i needed to get germ treatment. I could feel warm here.

It was my first time coming to Dr. Lu's office. Everything was clean and orderly. The receptionist was kind. However, I had to wait at least fifteen extra minutes for my appointment to start. The x-ray tech was a bit unprofessional. Overall, the doctor who checked my teeth was very careful as well as professional. Thank you for a wonderful visit. Saw Dr Terry for my 6 month cleaning yesterday, & was in no way looking forward to it since I have been immobile the last 6 months & sadly skipping entire days of brushing! I've been through those kinds of cleanings before & they aren't any fun! (Although one must realize what's going to happen if you aren't brushing & flossing--knowing it's your own fault!) I also have 3 broken veneers that have gone unfixed while I heal from bone, muscle & other biome problems that must heal before addressing my other dental procedures. Dr Terry was so gentle & carefull & my thorough but gentle cleaning was also absent of the high-pitched scream of that ultrasonic tool usually used that often sends me home with a headache! There were no schrill screaming tools & not the slightest bit of discomfort. My spirits were lifted as I realized that I was leaving with the same pain & discomfort I arrived in and had nothing else to contend with at all--that was a huge plus for me & most welcome. I feel blessed to be with doctors who are passionate about their profession & demonstrate many ways in which they show me that they really care about ME & my individual needs and options. Thank you Terry & Dr Lu & the entire staff too!

Took my daughter to get a root canal and she wasn't in pain. When she got out it was numb because of the anesthesia but she also said that while they were doing the procedure she didn't feel any sort of pain.

Amazing I admit I am terrified of going to the dentist it Dr. Lu made me feel comfortable and relaxed took his time to sit and talk to me about what he would need to do. He cares how his patients feel and is very compassionate and caring.

11/01/2019 dental visit. I loved the visit. I was given information to help me understand the dentistry of my gums and teeth better by the dentist who treated me. I was also given possible dental limitations because of how my jaw and teeth are situated in my mouth as well as possible dental treatment options. The dentist was thorough and he took a lot of time with me that no other dentist ever did, to help me know and understand my dental limitations, needs & problems better. This was by far (so far) the best dentist place I have ever been to and I am almost 65 years old ! Thank you Iconic Dentistry (Tustin, CA) for your help and time.

Dr. Lu looks out for your best interest and not the money itself. He rebuilt the 80% of my front teeth bone and gum lost that caused by another dentist. He is very gentle so that help lower my dental anxiety. Dr Lu has a caring heart. I would recommend him to anyone!

The worst front office employees ever, they don't know what they are doing at all. They sent my wife's insurance a claim on a tooth that they never did which caused the insurance to deny the treatment leaving my wife with pain during pregnancy.
