If you are worried/have anxiety/any hesitations regarding dental surgery, GO HERE. I was 12/10 anxious and I can honestly say from the consultation to the actual wisdom teeth removal, Dr Pace made me feel extremely at ease. I got IV sedation and don’t remember a thing during the procedure (thank goodness)! Dr Pace and his staff are extremely friendly, caring and want to help in every way they can. Very glad not to have wisdom teeth grow back but if they ever did I would only come here.

Has to this point been a great experience, took their time explained it went over the treatment plan very cordial and responsible. I had came in about an implant issue and bone loss between my dentist and the oral surgeon we came up with the treatment plan. Today was the first step at the procedure we removed. The three existing implants took care of some work that needed to be done and set two new implants.

I wish I was joking but unfortunately this company is illegally overcharging patients with in-network insurance. I was overcharged by over $1200 for a tooth extraction and bone graft. They partially refunded me but so far have refused to refund the full amount they overcharged by. They are illegally charging for parts of the procedure by excluding them from insurance. This is called balance billing and is against the law for in-network patients because in-network providers agree to accept the insurance payment as full payment. I’ve lost count with how many times I’ve called the office for help with my situation, they just tell you to get in contact with the billing department which when you call goes straight to to voicemail. They also won’t respond to my emails. My insurance company has had the same experience and as a result is currently investigating NTFOS. In a last ditch effort to get the money refunded properly I’ve tried getting in contact with the office manager Monique but so far no luck. Will probably file a complaint with Texas state board. Bottom line is they are happy to take your money for a service, but they don’t actually care about you as a human being. I wouldn’t recommend using their services unless you enjoy fraudulent billing practices.

Dr. Pace and his team were fantastic. My Daughter had double jaw surgery with ginoplastie and they did a wonderful job with minimal scaring. They followed up daily with us after surgery and have been on-point with all after care. She is terrified of needles and they were so thoughtful and careful with her due to this. Before surgery they throughly explained the diagnosis and the treatment even going as far to help explain with the use of a model skull of the face and jaw showing us how and what he would be doing during the surgery. The staff are super awesome, friendly and thoughtful as well working with us on scheduling and appointments as we live 4 hours away. They where great with follow-up calls and appointment reminders. Dr.Paces office in Flower Mound is very easy to locate, very clean and modern and he has the best tools and equipment there in the office, so no need to go to a hospital to get the CT scans as he can do it all right there in his office. As for the hospital, prysbatrain hospital in Flower Mound is the one he works with and is super clean and were very caring with her. They updated us hourly throughout the surgery which was 6 hrs long. Then Dr. Pace was right there to let us know how everything went. The nursing staff were excellent even going as far to bring me a warmed blanket and cover me up when I fell asleep at her bedside. Over all the care given by Dr. Pace and his staff and by the hospital and their staff was super fantastic. I highly recommend Dr. Pace for all oral surgery needs.

I had the unfortunate situation of finding myself with a broken tooth and PLENTY of pain. Dentists have never bothered me or anything like that but when I got to NTFOS everything went better than I could have ever imagined. Fast in, paperwork managed, paid, got Xrayed, seen and procedure done in less than 2 hours…as a patient that had never been treated there before, color me impressed. The staff from the front desk all the way through to Dr. Pace. Clean, professional, friendly, caring…you won’t find a better oral surgery experience is my bet. 5 stars all day long…left feeling better than I did when I got there! (At least until the meds wear off lol)

WARNING DO NOT GO HERE!! Charged me 145 to tell me exactly what I told them when I went in that I needed a tooth extraction and tried to get me to take multiple other scans unnecessarily when I already had those done and showed them the copies and PDF files and then tried to tell me that I didn't have a plan under my Blue Cross and Blue shield to cover dental which I do these people are liars cheats and absolute frauds nothing but conartists and I will be seeking legal actions

I saw dr. Pace to evaluate a possible clogged saliva gland. He was able to remove and I have a minimal amount of discomfort. Very capable staff and office staff were easy to work with. Will continue with dr. Pace if needed for future issues. Thanks dr. Pace and staff.

Dr pace overcharged us about $1300. Had to call several times. Insurance had to fix several mistakes, duplicate billing, errors, etc. Asked to bill insurance for each charge but they wouldn’t. Several items ended up covered by insurance that were not initially. Tried multiple times to resolve. Will probably file complaint with Texas state board. Still haven’t refunded overpayment. The bill they sent us isn’t broken out by each line item by each payment, they are grouped and hide the additional charges. Good surgeon, terrible financial ethics. After 10 hours of work, one of the managers fixed everything. So that is good, though I’m still out 10 hours.

So disappointed. I had my wisdom tooth (2) extraction today at 8 AM. It did not go as I expected. Very clean and modern office so I felt safe about that. I originally felt very comfortable and confident in Dr. Pace’s plan of care. He reassured me that I would have minimal discomfort if I chose to pay out of pocket for the exparel and the plasma rich plugs. Trusting his judgment, I did so what he suggested. When I arrived, I felt so rushed like cattle. I sat down, and people started grabbing up my arm to check my BP and pulling my top up to placed EKG leads without saying any words. Very odd. I work in the medical field and you should explain to your patients what’s going on. Dr. Pace just grabbed my arm put a tourniquet around and didn’t say a word and started numbing the area. Are we starting an IV or drawing blood?!? Say something to me. Again weird. When I woke up, I was in excruciating pain on the lower side of where one of my wisdom teeth was extracted. I voiced my concern about this large amount of pain. They did not care. They put me in a wheelchair immediately, rushed me out, got me in the car and said just go pick up your pain medication so you can take it. Seriously?!? I don’t wanna have to take pain medication less than an hour post procedure. That defeats the purpose of paying out of pocket for the exparel. I wanted to have a long acting, non-opioid analgesic. I don’t want to just take a bunch of pain meds. I only have a few tablets to ration anyways. So either I didn’t actually get the exparel, not enough exparel, or it doesn’t really work as well for this particular procedure as he described. I was in tears, the entire drive home. I just think it’s very unfortunate that they are miss educating patients and encouraging them to spend more money out of pocket for some thing that does not help. I had known I would not have spent hundreds of dollars on these meds. So definitely disappointment in this encounter and I’m fearful for the next few days and the increase in pain since it’s already off to a bad start only an hour post-op. I have a decent pain tolerance and never take pain meds so I know I am not being unreasonable. I took over the counter liquid Tylenol & IBU and no relief. I tried to call the office twice and left voice mails to discuss the pain and exparel but no one has returned my phone calls. I wanted the non opioid option, which I paid for so I am not wanting or seeking a narcotic prescription. I do not expect to be completely pain free, I am in healthcare and am realistic about pain control but this is beyond that. Very sad how you’re treating after people get your money. Feel so let down and naive. I just encourage you to think about the provider you choose, and consider your options. I can’t go back now and pick another provider or office but I would if I could. Hope this helps!

My mom cracked a tooth that her regular dentist could not extract for her. They recommended NTFOS. We needed to have it done quickly as my mom had a cruise planned in 9 days. The Grapevine office had no appointments available and said we might call Dr pace in Flower Mound. Becky answered the phone and had us in for a consult the next morning. We saw Dr Pace, he went over everything with my mom and I, and rearranged his schedule the following morning to take care of her. My mom was nervous at 82 but everyone from the front desk to the doctor made sure she was comfortable and at ease. The surgery went well and my mom could not have been happier with everyone there. The office did not have to do what they did to make accommodations for my mom. Mom has terminal cancer that cannot be treated and this last cruise was very important to her. Doctor Pace and his team understood this and stepped up to make it happen. Evidence that there are good people still in this world. Thank you again Dr Pace and your entire team!

I had broken a tooth and the pain flared up Tuesday night. I had secured an appointment with another dentist office for Wednesday morning, long story short I didn’t get the extraction. I felt like it was a sales pitch. I went to another dentist closer and they referred me to NTFOS for the extraction, thank you Dr Taylor! I went in, the appointment started on time and within the hour I was setup for the extraction. I decided to go back in with an implant and since it would take a little time and the doctor had other patients they said they would do it during their lunch.
