Alex, our dentist, took the time to explain and show my 16-month-old son all the instruments and procedures beforehand. This thoughtful approach made the entire process stress-free and fun for him. Alex and his assistant, a wonderful dental student whose name I unfortunately didn't catch, were brilliant and kind. They even gave my son a balloon, cheering him on for his bravery and good behavior, which made him feel comfortable and made the visit enjoyable. At the end of the appointment, my son received a certificate to join a cavity-free team, which we absolutely loved! Ashley sweetly helped us join the team, explaining everything in detail. Dr Dorothy Pang and Serena are great. However when it comes to customer service on the front desk they are relentless when it comes to refunds. A deposit is placed for holding appointment times. A 48hr cancellation is required or the deposit is taken. I had appointment cancelled at the 49hr mark and I kindly asked for a refund- however the front staff became rude and impersonal. It is frustrating when policies aren’t applied despite being outside the cancellation window.

I love Dr. Pang and her staff. The entire office is professional, warm and kind. They honestly care about their patients and parents . The environment of the office is relaxing and playful. They have TVs for the kids to watch during their exams. The staff and Dr Pang do a great job of keeping the little ones calm. My son broke his tooth when he was in elementary school. Dr Pang worked her magic by making a partial "fake" tooth. She is so skilled as a dentist . You can't tell it's fake. He hasn't had any issues 6 years later. Her work was and is phenomenal . She is the best pediatric dentist ever. The office sends Bday wishes every year. They check in via email with important happenings. They truly care about your children.

It was my sons first visit for a follow up appointment after his dental procedure so he was on edge when he arrived to his appointment, not willing to sit in the chair. Mei was very patient and gentle with my son who was giving us both a hard time. She gave him a token earlier for a prize. Annie and Lauren are both helpful at the front desk when it comes to my questions for billing and insurance. Dr. Chen ended up being my sons dental surgeon for his procedure and her warm demeanor, answer to all my questions through out the entire process (pre op, day of op and post of) and follow up care made this stressful parent moment that much better. It's a nice office with nice dentist But be prepared to pay a lot. After insurance still $350 per child for simple routine cleaning & check up. $350 is a lot for a simple child cleaning right. Quick, easy polish, check and fluoride runs $700 for 2 kids. Painful Cavity fillings run very high price. After $350 for a filling you may get an additional $100 bill in mail insurance didn't cover. Only decent dental clinic I know of in the city. Prefer paying for preventative care and maintenance at these prices than going to a dirty office. I am paranoid with infection control and cross contamination exposure in dental care. It's still painful to pay these prices

Going to OPDSF and Dr. Mo are by far the best decision I've made thus far for my kiddo. Parenting is hard AF and we have so many decisions to make. I agonized over where to have my toddler go for her first dental appointment. Since COVID has been a topic in our house, my child is super anxious with doctors and dentists and anything related to healthcare. She certainly was anxious about her past 2 dental visits, but OPDSF staff and doctors provide such a wonderful experience for both me and my child. I HIGHLY recommend!

I took my child to OPDSF and had a great experience. They staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The set up is great for children. Mei was the assistant that helped my child and she is wonderful at her job. They make it a fun experience for the kids with a prize at the end of the visit and if your child has no cavities, they are entered into a monthly drawing where they can win a game or toy. Dr. Chen was extremely kind and you can tell she really enjoys what she does. They all made my child and me feel comfortable and welcomed. If you are looking for a pediatric dentist, this is the place to come to. My child is already asking when is her next visit.

I could not have asked for a better experience for my son's first dentist appointment! Everyone in the front office (shout out Annie and Lauren) were nice and patient while checking us in and out. Mei, the dental assistant, explained everything that was going on during the visit and Dr. Chen was icing on the cake with her kind demeanor and practice. They worked so well with my son, who started crying during the cleaning, and somehow managed to do an assessment, cleaning and flossing ? They even offered him a stuffed animal to hold and there's a tv to distract. Excellent experience and will definitely return in six months.

I must admit that I do feel awkward being the sole negative review here but let me just say that I am not a fan of their billing practices. They really need to work on being more upfront and fair with how they deal with your insurance. They are very shady. I will not be coming back. Update: in addition to their shady business practices they are often unavailable for entire days when I attempt to call them on the phone. I mean how can a dental office be closed on weekdays? What happens if our kids have a dental emergency?

The solution was diagnosed right away and they were able to fix the problem right away without needing to come back for a second appointment. Everyone who works in this dentist office is incredibly friendly and professional. My daughter, who was a little nervous, felt at ease once she laid back in the chair and saw a screen in the ceiling playing her favorite Netflix show. Joan, the dental assistant, walked Lucy through every step and gave her a lot of positive reinforcement for following instructions. So glad we found OPDSF. Dr. Mo and dental assistant Joan feel like a part of our team. They are so patient and gentle with our 4yo who is very afraid of the dentist. We have been able to take things at his pace, with lots of visits to socialize and gradually get more comfortable. Updating as of August 2023: We are still taking my daughter here. The dentists are all really great with her and the front office staff are very helpful, too. She loves going (including of course the goodby bags) but they do a great job of listening and supporting her, even when she's scared or nervous. I have been taking my kids here since they first started getting teeth. The kids have always had a great experience. From the receptionist to the dentist they are all so kind and patient. Our recent visit just reminds me how much we love this place. Dakota my 5 year old was a bit nervous because she hasnt been in a little while. Serena was so great she laughed joked talked to dakota about her favorite cartoons all while keeping her calm and cleaning her teeth. She also in a fun positive way encouraged her to clean her teeth and talked to her about how to keep her teeth nice and healthy. The Dentist came checked the kiddos teeth gave her goodies and talked to Dakota and she even walked her out which was so cute. One of Dakotas favorite parts was the ladies at the front Annie and Anna gave her a ticket tobput in a box for the cavity free club. Seriously she wod not stop talking about that lol. Dr Amy Chen is my 11 years old girl’s dentist since toddler. She is a wonderful and sweet dentist always providing outstanding service. Super kid friendly! A few months ago, my girl had an accident in school and broke some incisors badly. Dr Amy immediately arranged us an emergency appointment and spent the whole afternoon helping my girl to fix her teeth and remove all fragments inside her gum and mouth. My girl recovered really quick and well. And she also has good teammates working in the office. On Monday, we went to the office for regular cleaning. Her assistant Mei was very patient and spent an hour to clean up my girl’s yellow teeth. They are all white now ?! Moreover, she showed my kid how to brush and floss the teeth correctly. Phenomenal Team!

We love OPDSF! My daughter had some serious dental issues, so she has severe anxiety going to the dentist. She had a number of visits that required intense and deep dental work (which, because of the nature of having to spend so much time at the dentist dealing with pain and issues, evidently leads the patient to fear going to the dentist more and more), but OPDSF was able to resolve it and my child's teeth are perfect now! At her last check-up, there were no issues/cavities at all! Both my daughter and I were so happy about this, that due to this positive interaction, I know her anxiety will decrease each time she goes to the dentist now! The knowledge, expertise, and professionalism of these dentists are OUT OF THIS WORLD. They are seriously probably the best dentists in the city, if not the whole Bay Area! Additionally, the dentists (Dr. Pang, Dr. Mo) and dental assistants (Mei and Rita) who work here are incredibly patient with my child. I feel terrible about how long it took them to clean her teeth due to her anxiety, but they've never conveyed impatience or annoyance with us. Their admin staff are really great as well. They are responsive, do a great job of providing details for upcoming appointments, and abide by COVID protocols (while still remaining flexible depending on the situation). Though I moved out of the city and are even out of network with my dental insurance now, we still come here because of the high quality of service, care, and comfort my daughter experiences at OPDSF!

The moment we learned that our almost 4-year old son’s tooth had to be extracted, we were sad, nervous, and very hesitant. Upon visiting OPDSF, Dr. Chen and her assistant Rita walked us very clearly what needs to be done, why, and how they are going to perform the extraction. It was so convincing and we became very comfortable, especially how they communicated with our little one that we decided to go ahead with the extraction immediately! Less than half an hour later, the extraction was completed and we were so happy that our little one remained brave and everything went very smoothly. We were given clear guidance for post-extraction care and Dr. Chen followed up with a phone call the next day. We just came back from our first dentist appointment ever and I could not be happier with our experience from beginning to end. I have my own dental anxiety and fears to work through and I’m trying not to pass them on to my children so this appointment was more nerve wracking for me than for Ronan. The staff was incredibly kind to both of us. They went over estimated charges ahead of time which I appreciated since it was our first time using this insurance for him and I wasn’t sure how that would all work out. There was another child there who was leaving who seemed to be really happy with the experience which is always nice to see. Once in the exam room they asked if we were allowing screen time before turning on the TV on the ceiling as a distraction. They also had bubbles to use as distraction between brushings and a board book for us to take home. Throughout her time with us, the assistant asked if I had questions which was nice since small things kept popping up. Ronan actually allowed her to brush his teeth and do the cleaning with only a bit of crying which I was shocked by. When Dr. Mo came in we talked through my concerns and she gave me some great tips in addition to doing a fluoride treatment. While he was laying down for the treatment and crying she asked me if I was alright which was a really kind touch. On our way out all of the staff congratulated Ronan on being such a brave patient. He was all smiles by the time we were leaving! 10/10 I would highly recommend this office and will be back in 6 months!

Our kids love going to the dentist, they even look forward to it, and I don’t think most people can say that. The entire team seems to understand kids will have healthier teeth if they have a good experience at the dentist. They are kind and patient with each kid. Plus the office is basically a day spa for kids - there are movies, shows, prizes, etc. Serena was great with our three year old, and Lauren and Martha took good care of us out front. They are no longer in network with Delta Dental, which stinks. For now, we’re still ok paying more to keep going there, but we’re going to keep an eye on the cost.

They have really got the COVID safety practices down! I took my 5 year old daughter, to OPD for her 3-month check up and cleaning today. I always appreciate the kindness of the staff, the excellent COVID protocols, and the ways the assistants go above and beyond to make each visit special. Stella (the dental assistant) went above and beyond to help her feel comfortable and safe. My daughter has been a bit trepidatious about the dentist lately, but between watching PJ Masks on the ceiling tv, and being able to use a weighted blanket to help calm nerves, she was able to relax a little more. I really appreciate Dr. Pang as she made sure to explain each part of the check up, which really helped my daughter to know what was happening every step of the way. When we were finished, Annie was so helpful in scheduling our next check up. I definitely recommend OPD for all of your children's dental needs.

I’ve been going there since I was kid along with my older sister. The staff are always nice, understanding, and welcoming. Not only that but I get reminders for when my appointments are through text, so I never forget. Their Covid precautions are done well and organized. During my most recent visit Annie helped check me in, took my temperature, and gave me a rundown on what was going to happen during my appointment. I didn’t have to wait long at all when I was called in. The dental assistant that operated on me was Serena, she was very gentle and would ask me if I had any questions about anything she was doing. Later on Dr.Pang came by to check up on me, and she’s one of the reasons OPDSF is so amazing. She’s very professional when it comes to her practice, but also friendly. Afterwards Lauren at the front desk assisted me in making another appointment, then gave me a run down of that day’s bill. I strongly recommend coming here for anyone that needs a dentist for their child. There are a lot of fond and funny memories I had as a kid going there, I’m sure I wouldn’t have had if I’d gone somewhere else had my mom not taken me here.

Have you ever had your child walk willingly into the Dentist and then turn around and come out relaxed and happy? Well I have and it is each time we walk into OPDSF the kids are relaxed and go about business as thought they go into the office more than 2x/year. Dr. Chen and Anna are amazing, my son, even with two tiny cavities that we are watching left feeling proud. Dr. Chen easily explains what is happening and what the plan is if needed. Anna is so gentle, my son told me that she cleans is teeth nicer than I do :) Annie at the front desk was easy to work with to schedule the next appointments, ask questions about any changes or figure out a plan. Going to OPDSF is definitely not a stress in our lives, it is something we "get" to do not something we "have" to do!

Our first experience with OPDSF was pleasant. Ryan at the front desk was very kind and helpful on the phone when scheduling my children’s appointments. They follow strict safety protocols from the moment you walk in— COVID screening questions, temp check, hand hygiene, distancing patients in the waiting areas, and dental staff were fully gowned and doubly masked. The hygienist put my son at ease during his first visit to a new dentist office. The dentist we saw was also kind and answered my questions. My son enjoyed watching one of his favorite shows while he head his teeth cleaned and examined. He was happy with his goodie bag and was excited to be entered in the no cavity club prize drawing.

Today I went with my daughter to her semi-annual dental check up. We were running 5 minutes late, and received the friendliest check-in call from Ryan, who also collected all of the consent for treatment information on the spot. I was rapidly met at the door with a mask and temperature check. Incidentally, earlier in the day, I had called with a retainer issue for myself, for which I’d gotten an appointment next week with Dr. Lee. While I waited for my daughter, I learned that Dr. Lee was in, although it is his day off/usually at UCSF. Ryan had checked with him, and he saw me immediately! At check out, Ryan again gave exceptional service in setting up a 6-month appointment, and reviewed the invoice in case we had questions. Dr. Pang warmly said hello, and checked in with how our family is doing. I love this practice and highly recommend them. They truly care about their patients and families?

We had a great first experience at OPDSF. We saw Dr. Mo, who was patient and gentle with my kid who has communication delays and is resistant to cleaning or exams. Rather than pushing that we do a cleaning (which happened at the last dentist) she reassured him that she wouldn’t even touch him, and engaged with him via play to get to look inside his mouth. We will be going back again soon to build the relationship. I really appreciated the time and understanding that she gave us, and am happy to build up to when my kid feels comfortable with a full cleaning and exam. (And the TVs on the ceiling with Netflix will definitely play a part when that day comes)

Fantastic experience, start to finish. Staff makes every effort to accommodate schedule requests, present billing clearly, maintain accounts cleanly, and are very responsive. The facilities are top notch and technology available is great. My 3 kids have had a variety of procedures there and I trust them entirely. Our latest appointments were with Dr. Mo, whom impressed us with her skill and competence - one child had a deep hidden problem in a molar and she was able to identify repair this without causing him fear or pain. Another child had a superficial cavity that she also repaired without needing anesthesia due to the latest laser technology being available on site (no drilling!). In the past we enjoyed their games and diversions for kids, which are unfortunately not currently available due to COVID-safe practices implemented in the office, but the kids still get to enjoy movies while in the chair (their precious rare screen time indulgence!) and a fun toy to take home. We observed a younger immunocompromised patient arrive during our visit and the staff did everything possible to make that family feel safe. Overall very impressed how they have adapted the practice to keep taking care of patients during the pandemic. Thank you!

The people at OPDSF are just lovely. From the people at reception who greet you with a smile, to the hygienists who treat your child with such care, to the dentists who are professional, kind, and willing to answer all of your questions. My only complaint is that they will no longer be "in-network" with Delta Dental. This came as a shock at our appointment today.

The dentists at OPDSF are very nice and care about its patients. My daughter just did her first two teeth fillings yesterday. Originally she needed to comeback next Friday for the second visit, but the dentist helped my daughter to fix all the teeth problem so that she doesn’t need to come back next week. I am very glad to bring my daughter to come to OPDSF.

This is my fourth time coming to OPDSF for cleaning and preventive care. I’m very impressed with the staff and facilities and have made OPDSF are “go-to” place for the kids dental care. Originally discovered OPDSF when I was looking for a dentist for my son & daughter. The staff are all friendly and professional. They answer all my questions and do excellent work. The kid-friendly environment and warm colorful decor definitely help calm my daughter who can be a “nervous nelly”. The TV on the ceiling during exams is a great touch to keep kids calm and distracted. My daughter liked the dental goodie bag at the end of the exam. An excellent blending of function, style and care. I am very satisfied.

OPDSF is such a warm and caring place. I was so impressed with their Covid precautions, it felt very safe and well thought out. My 2.5 year old son was very cooperative at his first pediatric dentist visit compared to visiting a general dentist. He felt comfortable after the TV was on and playing with a toy car given to him. He allowed the dentist assistance to brush his teeth and filed his chipped tooth. Then Dr. Pang took a good review of all his teeth without any X-ray and remarked that he has a couple cavities which can be resolved using silver diamine flouride. Overall, I have to say this is a great improvement from crying and wanting to leave to sitting and allowing the dentist to touch his teeth. Wonderful experience and thank you for making him comfortable!

The office experience was very well organized so that social distancing was strictly enforced. The staff were well protected and I felt safe in the office environment. For the past (about) 20 years, my siblings and I have been going to OPDSF Pediatrics with Dr. Lee and Dr. Pang. As a kid, I remember enjoying my dentist/orthodontist visits. I loved the toys, the magazines, the video games, and movies. The staff and dentists were all extremely friendly. (Many of them spoke Cantonese as well - good practice for my non-existent Canto speaking/listening abilities.) Even when I grew older and matured, those things didn't change. I grew out of the toys, but I enjoyed chatting and talking with the staff/dentists (at least when they weren't cleaning my teeth). Throughout my time with them, I went through two phases of braces to correct my under-bite and then to straighten my teeth. These happened when I was in elementary and then middle school. It was painful wearing going through those (and I'm sure painful on my parent's wallet), but I appreciate that they suggested those and that I went through with them. When I visited a new dental hygienist (after moving away from the Bay Area), the hygienist was impressed by the near-perfection of my bite and teeth. I remember him saying to me, "Whoever took care of your teeth did a really good job." I am thankful for the work they did. I no longer visit there as I have moved away from the Bay Area, but I will always remember the welcoming staff and the great dental care they provided!

The OPDSF dentists are top notch. My child had broken off big parts of his two permanent front teeth when he fell and his face hit the cement ground. He managed to find the broken pieces. This accident happened after office hours, so I called OPDSF’s emergency number. I spoke to Dr. Pang who put me in touch with Dr. Chen. I texted Dr. Chen photos of the injured teeth and she told me to meet her at the office right away so that she could add sealant protection to the exposed nerves. Dr. Chen had a very delightful and calming demeanor that put us at ease at a stressful time. Dr. Pang arrived soon after to also work on my child. I was worried that my child’s teeth would die, but with the expertise of both Drs. Chen and Pang, they were able to save the remaining exposed teeth. Dr. Pang made several follow up calls to me to check in on my child and she patiently answered all my questions. When it was time to attach the broken parts to the existing broken teeth, Dr. Lam skillfully reattached my child’s teeth together. She was very patient and efficient. It has now been over a year since the injury and my child’s teeth are still holding together. When you look at my child now, you can’t see any obvious seams and you can’t tell that he ever broke his teeth. OPDSF did a wonderful job!

My daughter has been going to this place for about three years. She has seen different dentists and each one gave me a good impression. Today she met Dr. Chen again, who spoke gently as always. My daughter had the same treatment last year, so I knew it would not be easy today. As expected, she started crying when the anesthetic was injected. During that time, I felt that Dr. Chen and the assistant did not coordinate well. I don’t know if I was overthinking or for other reasons. After the injection, another assistant came in. The second assistant was nice. But she also made a huge mistake, which I still can’t let go of. With her help, my daughter’s mood also improved a little, and then she started her work. I don’t know how to say it because I am not a professional. She told me that she was going to put something in her tooth. When she started, my daughter started crying, and I thought it was normal. After the she finished, my daughter cried even harder and kept saying it hurts!!! Then the assistant called Dr. Chen and said that it might be because the anesthetic was not enough. Then she took out the thing, and Dr. Chen came back to check on my daughter. Dr. Chen checked many areas, but my daughter said it didn't hurt. Then Dr. Chen put the thing into her tooth again. Finally I understood what happened. To make it simple, they tried to put a very thin iron frame into the tooth that she needed to treat. My daughter was given anesthesia and the tooth to be treated was on the left side, but the assistant just did it on the right side without anesthesia. Oh my God, Am I right? How could that happen??? She didn't even know which tooth the patient was treating. How did they communicate? Are they supposed professional? I was really angry at that time, but I kept controlling my emotions because the whole treatment was not over yet. I don't know if it was because of this, my daughter cried from the beginning to the end. After the whole treatment, the assistant came in and apologized to us, would that help? Not at all! I can't imagine how painful it was for a six-year-old, and I don't know what kind of impact it will have on my daughter's teeth. This experience made me feel very guilty, sad, speechless and disappointed. The pediatric dentistry didn't say anything. It was a painful experience!

We were referred here by our beloved dentist because Dr. Pang’s office specializes in pediatric dentistry. I didn’t realize that there were actually two separate offices: the dentist and the orthodontics. Both were aesthetically pleasing and inviting. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the friendly receptionist. She quickly realized that we were in the incorrect office so she took it upon herself to personally walk us over to the dentist’s office and also made sure that someone else was assisting us prior to leaving. (We had to exit this office and enter another office two doors down.) My daughter loved it here! She was ready to enroll herself as a new patient here. The office had video games, tv screens in the lobby and offices, activity tables and toys/ books for patients of all ages. It certainly distracted my daughter and I can see how most kids would want to go to the dentist- talk about having all the bells and whistles!! The staff was warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. Shirley, our dental hygienist was superb. She was great with my kid and thoughtfully prepared us for our consultation with Dr. Pang. Dr. Pang was knowledgeable and experienced. She carefully assessed our daughter’s teeth. She then explained in detail what each procedure our daughter needs would entail. After this experience, I have no doubt that my 5 year old will be in good hands.

This was our first time here and my son's first time at a dentist. He was very nervous to go. The facility is great with lots of toys, games, and fun decor for the kids. The staff was excellent. I thought my son would not participate at all but the staff was able to get him through an hour of exams, cleaning, and x-rays without issue. They have TVs in the ceiling where he could watch a cartoon while they cleaned. I'm glad we found this place and we will be returning for my daughter's first visit soon!

I wish I had this type of dentistry setting when I was a kid! My kids are usually anxious about going to the dentist, but they felt immediately at ease there - the people there are so friendly, lots of kid-friendly things around - stuffed animals, games, and even screens on the cealing for when they're laying down on the chair getting their little teeth cleaned!

This was my three-year-old's 1st trip to the dentist and it went so well. The dental hygienist and doctor were so friendly and gentle. It was very clean. The receptionist showed us around and my little one got to play in a great area while I filled out all the paperwork. It was a great experience for the first time.

Our 2 kids have been seen in this office for over 6 years now. We love the staff from the front office (like Mini, Joann and Ryan) to Dr Chen and Dr Fujino. They are always welcoming and keep us well informed on the status of our children’s teeth. The office is modern and clean. The waiting area even has items to keep the children entertained. The complimentary single pod coffee is a plus for the adults... although one that offers mocha or lattes would even be better. ?

Dr Pang and her associates are excellent! The office is very kid friendly with videos to watch when they are being worked on and lots of games to play with when they are waiting. Everything is geared towards kids which makes it a lot less scary than going to a regular dental office. The dentists and the assistants always put the patient needs first. They perform only the necessary procedures so you don't pay for things that are not needed. The one thing I really appreciate about Dr Pang is that she is gentle and patient but she is also firm. She will tell you and your child when he is doing well but will not hesitate to tell him (an older child) when he needs to improve and how to do it.

Love love love Dr. Mo, Dr. Pang Dr. Chen and all of the staff there. I cannot recommend them enough. My son is now 12 and we've been going here for his dental care since he was 5. He used to be very nervous about going to the dentist but very quickly acclimated in the new office and hasn't been worried since his 2nd or 3 rd visit all those years ago.

Our experience with Dr. Lamb and her hygienist Linda could not have been better!!!Our son was petrified of doctors and we didn’t know if we were even going to be able to complete any sort of exam. Dr. Lamb’s bedside manner was professional and so child friendly. Dr. Lamb also stayed at for the entire appointment when she realized How s ares my son was. She didn’t rush at all. She even spoke to my son in Spanish because he has more comfortable in that language. They really went the extra hundred miles to make everything go smoothly! If there was a sixth we would be giving it! I should Also mention that Dora and all of the receptionists were extremely helpful and kind as well!

We are new patients and had an overall positive first visit. Office staff was friendly and helpful. Kids were entertained by video games and Legos while waiting. Our dental assistant, Linda, was friendly, patient, and experienced. She did a superb job of removing tartar from my son's teeth and showing us correct brushing techniques. I also enjoyed our visit with Dr. Amy Chen. She is gentle with her exam and very skilled in explaining all procedures and tips for preventive care. Update on 11/2019: I have really enjoyed my children being seen here. Dental hygienists are kind and thorough. Special thanks to Shimei and Serena. We have seen Dr. Chen, Dr. Fujino, Dr. Pang and Dr. Lam. I appreciated each of them for their different styles. All were very skilled. I noticed that some had slightly different approaches about use of pain medications. I really appreciated when Dr. Fujino took extra time to talk to my daughter about her filling throughout the procedure and used a minimal amount of pain medication.

Everything was explained before or as it was being done. My son was very comfortable with a movie and headphones in the dental chair as his teeth were being assessed. My son has been going here for the last few years and it’s always been a pleasant experience. The reasons why I think this is a great dentist: * always on time for appointments * very friendly and the whole staff are excellent with the kids. * my son’s had a couple cavaties and they did a great job in filling them. They especially made him feel comfortable when he had to get them filled. * they have TVs above the dentist chairs to keep the kids distracted. This is great for the younger kids. * free coffee and WiFi for the adults.

Thanks Dr Pang plus Jenny and Josephine. Dr Pang is very passion and knowledge. I had a bad experience in general office when the DDS gave me the local anesthetic. I felt like the needle poke through my cheek. Today, I didn't feel anything while Dr Pang gave me the local, but just the numbness made me feel weird. Moreover, I really likes how she talks and explains things to me. Her voice makes me calm. I fully trusted her whatever suggestion she gave to me. During the procedure, I heard the other staffs were very nice to welcome the patients in. The front desk were vey polite as well. Good Dentist , good staffs. Highly recommend this office!!!!

Just wonderful, always had a impossible time trying to get my son to the dentist. Before coming to OPDSF I had tried numerous dentist and always had a terrible time getting my son to relax and get a exam. But since coming to OPDSF my son has done just fine, he actually tells me to just wait in the waiting area. And I just love their office, it so high tech,clean and comfortable. The staff are all so caring and considerate.

I have been to quite a few dental offices for my children but i must say the service that OPDSF pediatric dental has provided is the best by far. The environment is comforting, providing coffee to the parents amd entertainment for the kids, and the staff provides such great customer service, from the front with the receptionist to the back with all the staff involved. Not only do they help explain and allow me feel comfortable about leaving my children in their hands, but they also help my children feel happy with being there. This is the first dental office where my daughter actually stated that she liked being there. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a dental office for their children.

My son happily watched Zootopia, enjoying the buzz of the nitrous, while four teeth were professionally and painlessly removed. He said he didn't feel a thing. Service was kind, fast, and efficient. And Dr. Pang called at the end of the day to make sure my kiddo was doing okay. Excellent experience for multiple extractions, as has been the case for all our routine visits with Dr. Pang.

Ok. Here goes. I wish I was 6 years old so that I could go to OPDSF for my dental care....Rarely seen a pediatric care service where so much thought went into designing the place and the processes to make the experience as pleasant as possible for little ones. Everything is perfect. From the lovely decoration to the thoughtful approach of the dentists and their teams...I dont want to spoil it by telling you how they do it, you really should bring your kids there and experience it yourself! it is just great. Henry had a ball and actually has asked us when we would go back....That says it all, doesn't it?

Wonderful service! ! Friendly staff, they take great care of all 4 of my kids. They have a great office for kids with videos during procedures, headphones, individual rooms for some procedures. There are 3 seating waiting areas with movies playing. A section for little ones to play with toys and another with video games.
