I was recently referred to this place about a month of taking antibiotics from an infection In my 18yr old implant. My original Dr. Said I need to send you to a specialist to also see if it's recoverable. That made me sink to my stomach, seen how its my my teeth in front #7. After meeting the specialist, he made me feel comfortable with hope since day 1. It's been 2weeks since my surgery and it's looking flawless. 18yrs ago the gum was not as pink with life as it looks like now. Beyond please with the work. The only thing I did not like is the scheduling, time is not valued. 30mins-1hr wait times. Overall couldn't be happier it's worth the wait!

All the employees are so kind and friendly. Every time representatives tried to help me when i want something. so helpful^^ Call back would be so fast. They sent me txt messages for all the appointments. Dr. Lu explained me carefully for the details what i needed to get germ treatment. I could feel warm here.

Dr Lu is an excellent periodontist. He doesn’t believe in giving a patient too many medications when they are not necessary. He really cares about his patients. He makes sure to keep the patient’s teeth and gums clean to prevent any serious gum disease. I am one of his patients and highly recommend him. The members of his office staff and assistants are very professional.

They work with some of the most cutting edge material and use the BEST Lab for crown & denture creation (LDL in Orange) -hands down! The staff are friendly & polite, the office always clean, & (yes the follow mask protocol, for any1 with those concerns. Iconic offers many options to choose from & they don't pressure you! (Hopefully stem cell and laser filling are next on their horizon!) Dr. Lu's shots don't even hurt (which is a plus)- & his soft spoken, easy going manner is just what the Dr. ordered for nervous patients! As a patient with multiple sensitivities, my journey to upper functional "teeth" was arduous and complicated, which is why I'm grateful this team goes the extra mile for their patients! ? They also accept some insurance plans that help low income patients other offices may force amalgam on. If you have any sensitivity to food or jewelry, I cannot urge you strongly enough to independently get a compatibility test done by Melissa labs before proceeding with implants/cow bone build-up of any form, as a small percentage of patients react to zirconia rather than ceramic. He is a very patient, kind and informative doctor. He gives good, thorough sound advice w your dental care and future. Calms your fears if you are scared of dental work. Love love him. Office folk are kind and patient also. There are big TVs w fishies on them also. My future dentist for sure! I'd like to add: 7/2021: after all of the care and work we've done my gum measurements are so much better than when I first came here 2019!. gums are not supposed to grow but mine literally have! I am 58 and my gums were a mess, keeping your cleaning appts and rinsing w salt water w a smidge of peroxide makes this happen!. I've been w them throughout the whole pandemic and they are diligent w hygiene, safety, kindness and professionalism. every person there is compassionate and patient. really relaxes your fears. 7☆ rating!

Dr. Lu did an amazing job for me. He took my dental case which was complicated and did an outstanding performance. He did a thorough job regardless of the time spent. I don't have enough word to say how good Dr. Lu is.

I highly recommend Dr. Lou he is gentle and very good at what he does. I have high anxiety and am really afraid of the dentist . He has now done an extraction on me as well as a deep cleaning. I will suggest going to him for any and every one of your dental needs that he provides . I’m so thankful to have had great experiences with him because now I will have wonderful healthy teeth with no worry!!!!

Everyone is very friendly and understanding! I got my wisdom teeth removed from this location and I wasn’t feeling too good after and they helped watch over me and next thing you know I’m feeling way better after a few minutes of their help!:) I come back in for my checkup appointment and they were super helpful with any questions I had and the healing process went smoothly!

Hello guys I love the treatment there the Dr was so gentle with my teeth treatment but last time when I get my tooth extraction they didn’t prescribe me a pain killer which I was badly need I’ll work with them on this

Saw Dr Terry for my 6 month cleaning yesterday, & was in no way looking forward to it since I have been immobile the last 6 months & sadly skipping entire days of brushing! I've been through those kinds of cleanings before & they aren't any fun! (Although one must realize what's going to happen if you aren't brushing & flossing--knowing it's your own fault!) I also have 3 broken veneers that have gone unfixed while I heal from bone, muscle & other biome problems that must heal before addressing my other dental procedures. Dr Terry was so gentle & carefull & my thorough but gentle cleaning was also absent of the high-pitched scream of that ultrasonic tool usually used that often sends me home with a headache! There were no schrill screaming tools & not the slightest bit of discomfort. My spirits were lifted as I realized that I was leaving with the same pain & discomfort I arrived in and had nothing else to contend with at all--that was a huge plus for me & most welcome. I feel blessed to be with doctors who are passionate about their profession & demonstrate many ways in which they show me that they really care about ME & my individual needs and options. Thank you Terry & Dr Lu & the entire staff too!

Took my daughter to get a root canal and she wasn't in pain. When she got out it was numb because of the anesthesia but she also said that while they were doing the procedure she didn't feel any sort of pain.

11/01/2019 dental visit. I loved the visit. I was given information to help me understand the dentistry of my gums and teeth better by the dentist who treated me. I was also given possible dental limitations because of how my jaw and teeth are situated in my mouth as well as possible dental treatment options. The dentist was thorough and he took a lot of time with me that no other dentist ever did, to help me know and understand my dental limitations, needs & problems better. This was by far (so far) the best dentist place I have ever been to and I am almost 65 years old ! Thank you Iconic Dentistry (Tustin, CA) for your help and time.

It was my first time coming to Dr. Lu's office. Everything was clean and orderly. The receptionist was kind. However, I had to wait at least fifteen extra minutes for my appointment to start. The x-ray tech was a bit unprofessional. Overall, the doctor who checked my teeth was very careful as well as professional. Thank you for a wonderful visit. The worst front office employees ever, they don't know what they are doing at all. They sent my wife's insurance a claim on a tooth that they never did which caused the insurance to deny the treatment leaving my wife with pain during pregnancy.
