At my first visit, I was impressed with the dentist's thorough exam of my teeth and listing out all the recommendations, as well as acknowledging my cost concerns and etc. I ended up getting my root cabal done here and it was great. However, he doesn't have the greatest bedside manners and left me with a scar on the side of my mouth due to how aggressively he was pulling my lip. I also have had a few times where there were more than 2 equipment malfunctions and had to have my treatment delayed (moving rooms due to broken chair, delayed treatment due to malfuntioning drill) and I would prefer to go somewhere else. Still a great qualified dentist, but not completely satisfied with my visit.

Then when I said I would be going to a different dental office advised me that another location was available. Dr. Naren Mikkilineni is wonderful and so is his staff. Dr Mikkilineni explains everything, is not in a hurry and makes you feel comfortable. They are very organized (last dentist I went to in Flower Mound asked for something and his assistants had to go look/find whatever was needed for a crown in another room, MULTIPLE times. It also took 3 visits.) The office staff is very helpful, pleasant and always greeted me with a smile. I also did NOT have to wait a long time!

I feel like communication needs to improve here. The front desk had no idea that I had called back yesterday and spoken with someone about my insurance to confirm that as well as how insurance was processed. I’ve never had an issue with verifying my coverage and I’ve been to a few dentists. I always call to confirm they take my insurance and give all my information. I was informed I would have to pay out of pocket after driving 30 minutes here when yesterday, the lady on the phone said I would pay the difference of what is owed after insurance. I’ve never had to do that with an in network provider, it’s always been after insurance coverage is confirmed and coverage amount is shown. If my insurance didn’t cover it then yes I pay out of pocket and that makes sense but I know my coverage and have reviewed what is covered recently in the last week (up to 80% on this procedure that was needed). I feel like they didn’t care about my emergency and rather cared about their profit from the exchange. She was upset they wouldn’t get paid from insurance due to me getting X-rays done recently so wanted to charge me for them individually when I told her I didn’t need them. Front desk was also condescending, I will be taking my money and teeth elsewhere.

The staff at Signature Smiles is one of the best. I had a chipped tooth and needed it badly fixed. They were able to get me in as a new patient and work on me all in the same day quickly and efficiently. Listen to meeee! Best dentist I've been to yet. I found this place via zocdoc and schedule my appointment for literally 20 later. Went in, and only paid 170 w/ insurance for my 2 top wisdom teeth to be pulled. The night before I was quoted $100 just for an consultation w/ insurance. Another place quoted me 4k w/ insurance plus 350 to use the surgery center. This place was sweet, welcoming, clean and listened when I said I was in pain. They numbed me tf up! I didn't feel a thing. I'm 2 days post op and I promise I coming back for all my dental needs. S/N : bomb music over the intercoms

While the office staff was nice, and the hygienist, I would not recommend this overall. I went in as a new patient specifically due to issues with a tooth that had a prior root canal . The dentist was hyper focused on telling me I need braces, even after confirming there is something wrong with the tooth and I need to see an endodontist, they still sent me out with a referral for an orthodontist only.

Sowjanya Gunukula, DDS - is who worked on me. All I can say is BEWARE, absolute worst dental experience ever. My initial appointment was for routine teeth cleaning. At the appointment they first couldn’t confirm my insurance until the second I was called back. They took pictures and X-rays and then the doctor (named above) came in and said that I had 2 old fillers that she thought I should replace to AVOID developing a cavity. Then said “I have an appointment at 6 so schedule the cleaning for another day.” Unprofessional, but I made no fuss just rescheduled. Second appointment. I came in and they asked if I was there for the cleaning and 4 fillers.. I’m here for a cleaning. Was pulled back and the dentist starts drilling holes in my top and bottom tooth. The bottom was not an area she previously showed. I stopped her and asked what she was doing. She said she was doing 4 fillers because I have multiple cavities. I asked her to show me because this is different than what I was told prior. She tried going back and forth with me and said she didn’t even have the pictures right now but that she can show me the spots on my teeth. I reminded her that last appointment she said I only had 2 old fillers and no cavities and that she showed me the two areas of concern. I then asked “cavities can form in a couple of days?” She replied yes. What a joke. I told her to stop and just do the cleaning because now I see they were just trying to add on services to be able to charge my insurance more. I had great insurance. I’ve also had 2 cavities in my whole life when I was a child. So she was definitely lying. She got an attitude with me about it and left the room for 30 minutes without saying anything. I had to go to the front and ask if they were still going to do the cleaning. The front desk lady said “I’m not sure.” Well can you ask like ? The dentist then stormed in the room and raised my chair. STOOD OVER ME to start and starts stabbing my gums with the little cleaning scraper tool; clearly trying to just rush through the service because of her attitude. After being stabbed twice, I just said never mind and left. I got a call later that night from the owner who said he’s the head dentist and the others were still in training and offered to fix it. He also asked if I could provide feedback to them over the phone at their next training. I appreciated the attempt for the actual dentist to fix it and agreed. A mistake. When Monday came; which was the day he said they would call to reschedule and get feedback… no call. For two days. I had to then text him myself and tell them to not charge my insurance, because no work was done and they also never called as they said they would and let him know I no longer want to return. EVER. Then he repeatedly blew up my phone over numerous days but of course the damage was done. I had no more trust in the facility as a whole. Stay away. These dentist aren’t trained and I’d be shocked if they even went to dental school. Terrible.

He is an amazing guy, with a great team. I would strongly encourage anyone to pay them a visit. I once again returned to my least favorite place on the planet (A dentists office) and once again was reminded why I need to change my attitude when it comes to going to the dentist. I've been a patient of Dr. Mikkilineni since 2017. He is a phenomenal dentist and caring human being. I needed implants and he did a phenomenal job!! I'm so happy with them. It's been 3 years since they were done and even, I have trouble distinguishing between the implants and my own teeth. I receive compliments all the time and Dr Mikkilineni ensures that I make my appointments as needed faithfully!! I have referred family and friends for implants as well and they were ecstatic with the results. He is very thorough and transparent regarding treatment and maintenance care. The only professional member of staff I encountered here was the lovely lady who took my x-rays. The dentist was convinced I needed 5 fillings, a crown, had bone loss, peritonitis, needed ortho consult, ENT consult, mouth guard despite having Invisalign retainers, lip incompetence, and needed a deep cleaning, plus cleanings every 3 months. They changed the fees after I told them again I had dental insurance. I knew I would need one or two fillings but that that was all. I hadn’t been to the dentist in years but take great care of my oral health by myself. I went to a nice area and got a second opinion where newer technology (old but newer than Signatures) was implemented; a 3D model of my teeth rendered in minutes. Both the dentist and hygienist said I have no bone loss, great gum health and healthy teeth. Some of the molars were “groovy” which can look like a carie. I needed two fillings and no deep cleaning. Don’t have lip incompetence either. Another thing the dentist at signature did wrong was he berated his staff in front of me and berated me for not visiting the dentist in a timely manner. He also inferred that my prior Invisalign treatment didn’t leave me with a pretty smile. “Are you happy with how they look? Hmm well beauty is in the eye of the beholder”. He called me after 6 in the evening stating “I seemed upset”. Nope. I was polite. It’s fine to take your x-rays and go for a second opinion. Clean up your act Signature and remove the damaged lead jacket. It belongs in the trash.

I have only seen few dentists in my life, so it is not right to generalize the entire specialty with the experiences I had. However, my experiences with them was never pleasant. The doctors I had, never said hello to me, just walked into the room and start working on my teeth. Never have explained any process to me, never told me what I need to watch for, etc. When my husband told how pleased he was with his visit at Dr. Nareins office, I was waiting to change my insurance. And I m not disappointed at all. Dr. Narein was very patience with me and explained everything I need to know. I didn’t feel like he was rushing to finish with me so he can move on to next patient. He also told me what can I do to prevent further issues with my dental care, which none of my previous doctors never told me. He genuinely cares for his pts. I m glad I changed my dentist to dr. Narein. I would recommend him to anyone who’s looking for a dentist. And his team is very nice and caring too. Taking their time to take care of the patients and explaining things in detail.

I do not usually give online review but I have had one of the worst experience here. The staffs are A+ but the dentist is 0. Dr Naren Mikkilineni might be knowledgeable but thats definitely not enough as highly educated public professional doctor. I found him more of businessman than good dentist. He is there to run his clinic and will try to outsmart you in best way possible to add as many dental issue as possible to fill his pocket. He do not care about you at all. He knows how to take advantage of situation to make best out of it for himself. There are definitely many other dental offices that are way better than this one. Would not recommend to anybody. Never going there again.

I’ve had the absolute BEST experience coming here. I used to have a really big fear of drills and dentist shoving their hands in my mouth with no care, since coming here that fear is gone! Dr. Naren has a soft hand and he always informs me of what’s going on and what I actually need. I don’t have to worry about being over charged or getting unnecessary procedures as other dentist have done in the past. His office staff is great, I’m always greeted by name and the next day someone gives me a call to check on how I’m doing. Big shout out to Breanna, Christine and Claudia who have great energy and provide such amazing customer service. I recommend them to anyone looking for great service, great prices, various pay plans for service and just a great practice who cares for providing top tier experiences for their patients. Dr. Mikkilineni is very professional. When I had a question about the pricing, he pulled me aside and explained everything to me even drawing a picture. He said if I don’t make my patients happy, they won’t come back. I appreciated him doing this. He truly cares about his patients. The staff is very friendly and helpful, every time I’ve gone in. Because I get nervous at the dentist, one of the nurses, Jessica, knew I was having a little difficulty and grabbed my hand and held it while he was preparing for a permanent implant. Not many nurses do this but it helped me to relax. I would highly recommend Signature Smiles on Beltline Rd.

The Dr was excellent from the one visit I had and very knowledgeable and very good with customers. On the other hand the staff fell short. They were welcoming but not oraganized as one would have liked them to be. They did not have available info sheets for customer for specialist referral and said they would email/text info when they get it (meaning: when they found it) - they never did. I did recv a phone call asking had I reached out to the specialist and I was like no, I was still waiting on info. She apologize that they never provided it to me and said she would send immediately after our call ed ended nothing and now several days later, still nothing. I don't think the staff is very competent. I also waiting for quite awhile and had to asked how much longer. I wanted to make this my new Dental office but don't feel confident enough to do so

I have never been reviewed anywhere/any place before but I want to review this Dentist's place for everyone to read and an update. I would say the word “AMAZING” to this place. This Dentist’s place would be “affordable” compared to Wisdom Teeth Guys or somewhere else. If you might know somewhere else more affordable compared to this place, let everyone know too, because this is the only place I find the best affordable. The staffs are friendly and kindly help you or guide you. I got my wisdom teeth out on Thursday and there is no pain. After I took the medications, I sleep well and eat well. I also got a message from this place asking me if I’m doing well. I’m surprised when I got a message from them because I wouldn’t think any place will send a message to a patient and check on them like this.

I needed two root canals and searched for months trying to find a dentist that would accommodate my anxiety without passing judgement. I found this dental office and was impressed by the reviews so I gave it a chance. From the first appointment I knew this was the best place for me. I chose to come here once I saw great reviews on Google and due to I’m new to the state. I went there for veneers and on the website they showed a offer for 6 veneers $1,600. My first visit the staff wasn’t very welcoming, everyone seemed distracted and uninterested. After 35 minutes of waiting in the chair, I finally saw the dentist. He seemed nice but started talking in circles. It was very hard to understand what he was trying to convey. He asked me if I wanted to get impressions for my veneers that day. I said yes. I then waited another 30 minutes or so. I asked what the next steps were and once again talked in circles. Then an aid comes in and tells me it will be $400. I was never told that while I was waiting but I really wanted to start the process so I paid it. They did the impressions and said they would call once they came in. I was called 4 days later to set a time. I get there and there was still a vibe that the staff really didn’t want to help me. Very little eye contact or conversation. He put the impressions on and took pictures. I liked them, asked more questions, and asked for the pictures to be sent to me. The dentist answered my questions to the best of his abilities. Then I was told to go to the front desk to go over cost. This is where it went completely left. $1,600 for 6 veneers jumped to over $5,000. Now I knew it wasn’t going to be that cheap due to everyone’s situation is different. But the problem started when I was given 1 invoice for 1 price and then 10 minutes later given one for an higher price. No one could explain to me where the extra $260 came from. As we starred at the invoices and I started doing basic math, they looked confused. All they kept saying was there was a billing error on the first one and they fixed it adding an extra $260 for the computer error. I was given some lame excuse and offered a payment plan. They said they will follow up in a week. I took the invoice and left. I never heard from them again and that was back in November 2020. I was aware that veneers were going to cost me over $5,000 but if I’m spending that type of money I want to be treated well, not as if I’m bothering anyone. I took my $5,000 (cash, no payment plan) to another dentist in Fort Worth that treated me well and my teeth came out great! I just hate I wasted $400 for impressions.

Wow!! First off, I was very skeptical of going anywhere after my terrible experience at affordable dentist-ft.worth, last year!!! This experience was amazing from the moment I inquired about an appointment until I walked out after my wisdom tooth extraction. I did NOT feel any pain while getting this performed!! The DR. numbed my site so well! He made sure I was still doing okay and made sure I only felt pressure and not pain during extraction. Everything was so quick! I was in and out so fast which is amazing!! I had insurance and this was the best rate I can find in town! Remember everyone's insurance is different, but I paid less than $100 for my wisdom tooth extraction, with only numbing medicine and no laughing gas. I will DEF return and recommend this place to all my friends! Btw, here I am approximately 12hrs after my extraction, still no pain! LOVE IT!!!

DO NOT COME HERE. 8 Months & $9081.33 later.... Terrible patient care. Limited staff. ONLY one DENTIST at this location. I wanted to give my mother a perfect smile to help her quality of life. Every appointment we have attended has been nothing but a waste of time. In the beginning, he shows much concern for his patients. However, once he recieves his payment and removes all their teeth, this dentist, no longer has time or concern for you. This dentist offered to cut me a deal saying that 6k was the lowest he could go. Sadly for the amount of pain and suffering my mother has gone through, we now deeply regret coming here. My only hope is after 8 long months, we will finally be able to recieved proper fitting dentures for my mother. So far getting my mother dentures has been costing me a ($110.00 + $478.00+$6359 +2134.33) GRAND TOTAL is =$9081.33 . We started this process with Signature Smiles back in March 2022. AS OF TODAY, my mother still does not have her permanent dentures.

This place is the best! I went to a dentist prior to seeing Dr. Naren. They were literally overcharging me and my insurance by thousands of dollars! I can't recommend Dr. Nareen enough! Dr. Naren M. Is always well informed and helpful. I am referring my new wife and cousins to come get their dental work done with him. I had my wisdom teeth pulled and also had a new filling and crown done to fix work that a dentist back in Miami did. I was really in bad wisdom tooth pain. Dr.Naren helped me in all aspect of the treatment. Doctor, helpers, nurse and the front desk people everybody are polite and friendly. I had my wisdom tooth extract on 04/21. The entire procedure went very smooth. I was bit of nervous about the injections and procedure. Both doctor and nurse made sure that I'm fine and doing good. Finally the procedure is done..Dr.Naren looks like a big rescuer to me in my life. Regarding the office and hospitality, it very clean neat and quiet. Its the best hospital I have ever went. I went for my dental exam last week. Dr. Naren explained me options to correct my deep bite issue and also took time to explain me the overall condition of my oral health which was very impressive. Their practice accommodated me to fit in the schedule in the last minute and staff were also patient. Dental appointments don't seem as dreadful to me anymore as I noticed they have high end equipment like laser in the office which makes it almost pain free. Well to start off I was in need of a dentist due to a tooth infection and some other teeth that needed taking care of . While kind of nervous and not sure how to pick a dentist because I never been to a one, I came across Dr Naren Mikkilineni on ZocDoc. After a few reviews I said ok I set my appointment but due to work I missed it but they was kindly able to reschedule it. So I made it in, they did the exams and the Dr. explained to me what needed to be done and also explained what my insurance would cover. A week later I had 3 teeth that needed to be removed, today I had a root canal and filling done. With all that said he was able to help me even though I don't have the best insurance out there. He is Great Dentist and a kind person, he lets you know what needs to be done first and so on . His Staff are very kind to, they make sure you very comfortable even when you're getting your procedure done. I truly recommend Dr. Naren Mikkilineni to any one that is in need of a great dentist .

I was in so much pain after exposing a nerve on my back left molar. No one seemed to care about fixing it, instead they wanted to pull it after speaking to other offices. I contacted Signature Smiles and they made me more at ease. It was extremely easy to set up an appointment on ZocDoc, little to no paperwork to fill out once I got in their office. They were understanding, empathetic, and very accommodating to how I was feeling and what I was going through. Their assistant was very patient and very kind in taking my Xrays as well as explaining the process. Then I met Naren Mikkilineni DMD. This guy was amazing. He focused on what he could do and the potential he saw, instead of trying to make a quick buck. This guy was perfect in his execution of the root canal, and crowning. He took before and after photos. I was floored. It brought tears to my eyes to see how amazing his work was. He was kind, will work with you, and only wants to see the best in you. This man doesn't see failure, instead he sees potential and making you the best you. I highly recommend!

Friendly staff and they told me that my other dentist was trying to rip me off saying I need to crowns an he said first try to have the cavitys fixes again an fix one that was underneath a cavity. Let me start by saying how not only did I have a great experience but I also learned a lot about my teeth. The customer service here was excellent and this is coming from a person who also works in customer service and have been too 3 other dentist office in the past two years. The dentist along with his assistance really care about there patients. They take time to explain everything that they do before doing it. They give you multiple options and they really want to take care of you. There was no wait and the dentist really takes his time to get to know all of his patients. I walked in and there was one lady waiting who gave me great reviews before walking back to the office. I highly recommend coming here! If you are looking for someone to really care about your dental hygiene and not someone who just wants to take your insurance money this is definitely the place to go! I will most certainly be back to have my wisdom teeth pulled out! : )
