I have been seeing Dr. Baugh for the past year and I have been so pleased with this office. The staff is wonderful, and take my fears/concerns into mind with their care. I had a terrible experience at another dental office and experienced complications from filings and Dr. Baugh and her team were so incredibly kind and tender during my recent visit. Dr. Baugh took her time in getting me numb, having listened to my fears around having the shot hit a nerve again as it did with the previous dentist. She watched my nonverbals and body language to gauge when to stop for a break, and check on me to see how my anxiety was doing. The dentist can be a scary place for those of us that have had a bad experience, but Dr. Baugh does everything in her power (and her staff does as well) to ensure you have the best experience possible. I highly recommend this office to anyone with dental anxiety.

I would definitely recommend this place. To begin with when you enter you feel welcomed and appreciated by the staff. The new patient profile doesnt take a lot of time and the questions are very basic and easy. The nurse was so gentle with her touch on the tooth as she knew it was sensitive as well as tooth an in depth assessment of my teeths by xray. The doc came in and I have never seen a doctor like this, She is very professional and did her work gently and took her time to explain what’s wrong with my tooth and suggested me the best way to go forward, so she is now my permanent dentist for sure

Very professional and at least one of the very best cleanings I've ever had--quick, efficient, and my teeth were noticeably brighter when she was done. The hygienist also used a very unique tool to take a scan of my mouth so I could get a new mouth guard. I was so happy I didn't have to go to a specialist and get impressions. I really wish I could remember the hygienist's name because she was superb! I even called to get her name but they were gone for the day. Just ask for the hygienist who did the scan for the mouth guard for Anna :) Also Dr. Baugh did a great job of checking some roughness on a filling and she did not try to pressure me into getting a new filling. Very pleased with the team as a whole!

The equipment being utilized is state of the art, I could definitely notice that no shortcuts are or will been taken . I want to say a huge thank you to dr Baugh and Maddie , these two ladies saved my life today. I am a truck driver and have a very difficult schedule. The chances of a same day last minute appointment are difficult enough to get but they made it happen and got me Out of severe pain so I could continue to get on the road and make a living with peace of mind and amazing quality of care I mean AMAZING. These ladies are literal Angels and know what they are doing and not only Did they help me but they kept The office moving right along helping many others I noticed like I wasn't a huge disruption in the day ! I don't know any health care facilities like this any more it's unheard of. I am beyond thankful. My entire family goes here and we live an HOUR away but will continue to remain here and refer anyone we know who needs a dental home because this is it !!!! The staff is super friendly the moment you walk through the door. The X-ray tech/assistant is super helpful and very calm and they ask how you're doing? The dentist Jessfor Baugh, is quite friendly and they all work well together in regards to the people coming in. She does like to get in there and check the patients mouth and does a thorough search. Which I've personnel been to other dentist practices and they just will look at the X-ray and say you're all good. But not here at The Lewisville Dentist. The Dental hygienist Vivian N. Is very thorough and if she comes across anything odd, she will get the dentist attention. She's very calming and patient and does a superb job in cleaning the teeth. She is excellent at informing the patient anything that they need to work on or anything that they are doing right and to keep it up.

Kenna, Maddy, Vivian, shawanda, Dr. Baugh, and branagin were absolutely amazing. The last time I went to the dentist they didn’t listen to me when i said I’m allergic to latex and I ended up in the hospital. Well coming here everyone was so understanding of that, they were patient and kind. They explained everything so well and in detail, they answer all my questions and didn’t make me feel and for say them. They were gentle with the process it was fairly comfortable or at least as comfortable as I can be. At the end we talked about payment. I’ve been homeless since I was 12 I’m now 20 living in my own place so money is tight. They told me about the credit loans to help pay for my treatment. Kenna was especially helpful with this and helping get where I needed so I can get the help I need. Definitely going here for a long time, love the staff so much definitely recommend to everyone

If you're looking for a dental practice where you feel completely comfortable on your first visit, this is the place! We have been with the same dentist for 20 years and were very reluctant to change but due to the commute and the fact that they were not in our dental network, it was necessary. I flew to Dallas for a wedding and broke a temporary veneer as I was boarding the airplane. I called my dentist, who found The Lewisville Dentist and they worked me in as soon as I landed. I had the greatest experience at the Lewisville dentist for my first cleaning! Maddie and Nancy at the front office were incredibly nice and helped me with all of my questions and concerns. It was almost too easy to schedule my appointment they were so helpful. My hygenist Madina took extremely good care of me during my cleaning. I can't thank her enough for working on my teeth as thorough as she did yet she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire session. Maddy also assisted me throughout the session with any other concerns I had about my pearly whites she was awesome. After my cleaning, Dr Baugh took a look at my teeth for any additional concerns that I should be aware of and she was such a joy she's literally one of the nicest people I've met in my life and at the same time she's very professional and honest with you about what work should be done on your teeth if any. All in all it was such a pleasure to be a patient at the Lewisville dentist I can't believe I can say I wouldn't mind visiting them very frequently just to see all the smiles and hospitality again. AMAZING! I took my three year old here after having a horrible experience at an actual pediatric dentist, and they were amazing. They went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and were creative in helping him understand what was going on. They were so patient with him and let him use some of the tools to help him feel more comfortable. At the end he got to spray everyone with the little hose. Not only did the take care of his cavities but they made it a great experience. They didn’t even need to give him to numbing shot. It was all around an incredible experience for me and my son. So if you’re ever questioning where to take your kids, take them here. They will do everything they can to make sure they have a great experience EDIT: Even after they no longer accepted our insurance, we STILL came back. We couldn’t find anyone that gave the same quality of care at such a great price. Our son is now almost 5 and has been getting several cavities filled and they have worked with us every step of the way. No other dentist is as patient and flexible

The dentist (Dr. Baugh), the hygienist and the front office (Kenna, Maddy and Maddie) folks are very friendly and knowledgeable. I was there for a root canal procedure and while that’s no fun to have to endure, they made it as comfortable as possible and took care of not hurting me. The temp crown was also done correctly.

Has anyone else had unnecessary work done here? Dr. Baugh just made fun of my wife for having a filling from 2006 and quickly suggested to get it “re done” even though there was no cavity. They were out of fluoride, wondering if insurance still got billed for that.

This is the best dentist office I’ve been to. Kenna and Maddie are very welcoming and helpful! They’re accommodating and fast to answer the phone. The doctor and nursing staff are kind. Marie is a very good hygienist and a great storyteller, which is always a plus when you’re having work done. Always quick, friendly, thorough, and they scheduled me for a same day appointment when I called this morning. ? December 2021- Today’s visit was great! Dr. Baugh and Kelly were so communicative and reassuring during my fillings. They were also quick and did the job without numbing! Kenna has been helpful the last few visits as I tried to figure out insurance/my budget, and Maddie greets me with a smile and “good morning” each time I walk in!

First, let me say that I have never given a doctor or dentist a 5 star rating! Wife and I visited Dr. Baugh today for a root canal and crown prep. Doc and her staff were extremely thorough and caring when dealing with my wife. Doc is such a wonderful dentist and takes the time to explain and review optional procedures, giving you all the data you need to make your decision. I have a degree in Dental Lab Technology and have spent time in the chair, watching dental procedures, so I understand when dentists take the shortcuts or they overbook themselves, making it almost impossible to administer quality service to their patients. Not Dr. Baugh! She took the time to provide quality care for my wife, making it an enjoyable experience for my wife and an educational one for me. I have seen the same dentist for over 30 years, but have made a decision to switch to Dr. Baugh...something I thought I’d never do! When was the last time you laughed and enjoyed your trip to the dentist?? If your answer is never or seldom, give Doc a visit. Very professional, courteous, caring and friendly. Thanks for taking such good care of my wife, Doc! You guys are awesome!!

Dr. Goodman and her wonderful staff are gone. I had an appointment scheduled for yesterday. Upon my arrival, I found a bunch of unfamiliar faces. Instead of Maria's welcoming smile asking me how I have been, I get an over-officious gatekeeper demanding to know if I have an appointment. After sitting in the lobby for a few moments, I asked up front about DR. Goodman and was told she never owned the place? I walked out.

I cracked a molar on Saturday and Dr. Goodman's office got me in within 90 minutes of my 1st call to them. Nancy was very nice, got me worked in, sent my forms. Maria was wonderful with coverage and billing. Chandra was so helpful and went above and beyond getting xrays, taking pics, making me comfortable and fitting and applying my temporary crown... For me going to the dentist is so stressful, the numbing and people up close and in your mouth but at The Lewisville Dentist it was not that way at all. They pay attention to all of the little things that matter. They let you know what they're doing and answer your questions. They put on chapstick before the procedure so your lips don't dry out while you can't feel them. They took such care to make sure I felt comfortable in one of the most uncomfortable procedures one has to deal with in life. I can't even describe how much I appreciated the care they took during my visit! I HAD Chandra as my assistant and she was awesome, she did the best at explaing procedures and passing along any concerns I had for Doctor Goodman! Doctor Goodman took really good care of me. She has an expert hand with the novicaine which is the most difficult part for me! Nancy and Maria were excellent at the front as well getting me an appointment the very next day after I called and getting my payments set up! Thank you everyone, I weirdly look forward to coming back!

I started visiting The Lewisville Dentist about 13 years ago and couldn't be happier with my experience. This group is friendly, kind and compassionate. Angie is aware of my trigger spots and I have grown to relax with my visits...This is HUGE. I adore Dr. Goodman as she is very patient with me and explains every step as she goes through a procedure. I actually found Dr Natalie Goodman/The Lewisville Dentist through several positive reviews on Next Door. I'd been to Monarch Dental in The Colony due to sensitivity issues. Long story short, I didn't feel confident with that dentist's suggestion of treatment based on a glance in my mouth and no reference to my X-ray (at least). Chandra, the dental assistant used xrays, color images (what a difference THAT made for me to see for myself what was going on!) and other tests to detect my problem. She explained everything prior to proceeding (as did Dr Goodman). Both Dr Goodman and her staff were engaging and did everything to make me feel comfortable In every way. Dr Goodman was profesional, yet funny! She gave her diagnosis and let me decide how I wanted to proceed. Her pricing was good, (not high like some others!), for the crown that I needed. I decided to move forward and they took care of me that day! I knew I'd found myself out new family dentist, who just happens to be 15 min from out home! I'd highly recommend The Lewisville Dentist/Dr Natalie Goodman as a professional, caring, reasonably priced, family dentist.

Dr Baugh is amazing and is always soo friendly. She always explains what is going on and answers all my questions. Her staff is also amazing Devin and Maddy are great and very personable. The front desk ladies Kenna and Maddie are always providing great service and instantly make you feel welcomed. Their entire staff is helping me fix my teeth to make them as perfect as possible before my wedding this fall and i uave forever grateful. I recommend going here for all your dental needs. I love The Lewisville Dentist. I used to go to a large brand dentist and it felt so impersonal and it got to the point where they were more concerned about getting new customers than keeping their current customers. I do not feel that way about The Lewisville Dentist. I come in and they remember me and know who I am and know things about me. They always make me feel welcomed and comfortable. I also know they care about my teeth and are providing me the best care possible. Another thing I love is when they provide me with my dental care I have never felt pressured nor felt like they were trying to sell me anything. I'm really glad I found Natalie and her amazing staff.

The really pretty sweet dentists will convince you that you need expensive work done, and they even send in the financial advisor (bill collector ) WHILE you’re in the dental chair. I was so disappointed by this company especially that I thought they were “ so nice “. I RETURNED TO MY ORIGINAL DENTISTS who told me I didn’t NEED any of the work this dentists provided ( went to The Lewisville Dentist because they were in network ). They got me for over a $1000 . I hope they don’t get you .

Can’t recommend this office enough. I’ve been seeing Dr Goodman for about five years and she’s fantastic. I usually see Angie for cleanings (love her) but I’ve had other hygienists and they have all done a great job. My oral health is in such a better place since seeing them (no cavities in a few years!) and my fears about going to the dentist have gone away. Maria works front desk and she is always organized with insurance and scheduling, and super friendly. If you’re looking for an excellent dental office, this is it.

We had an excellent experience in a very challenging dental situation. My brother had 2 infected and impacted teeth removed yesterday - and was not comfortable with the idea of coming in to the dentist. The team here (Dr Goodman, Sondra, and Maria) were outstanding in every way- from going over the options, explaining what was ahead, and making him/us very comfortable with the situation. Don't let an unfair bad review steer you away from this office. My experience here has been amazing! Every single person I encountered at the Lewisville Dentist was and is amazing! They are friendly, courteous, and most of all professional. They made me feel very welcomed and so comfortable. They are thorough with information pertaining to hygiene and treatments. They truly care for their patients and have their best interests to provide a healthy oral cavity. I most definitely recommend anyone to this office if you're looking to be treated like a superstar!

They are an in-network dentist through Humana, and I made an appointment for a routine checkup. They confirmed my coverage but then they wanted me to sign documents essentially saying I was financially responsible for whatever they charged me whether insurance paid or not. They said the document was "standard office procedure". They wouldn't even tell me upfront what my charges would be (if any) even though they already confirmed my insurance coverage. I refused to sign and left. Humana later told me that their contract requires that they follow Humana's claims determination including the amount the patient is responsible for paying, if any. The documents they wanted me to sign seemed to say otherwise. "Standard office procedure" is hardly an excuse for this. Their office procedures should match their commitment when they joined Humana's network. Given the discrepancy, I certainly wouldn't believe them if they told me I needed any additional dental work. So, I will find another dentist, perhaps one that doesn't have a suspiciously high number of glowing reviews.

Dr. Goodman and her staff are the nicest, friendliest, most attentive staff I believe I have ever met. They are excellent at making you feel comfortable and keeping you from feeling pain. They have always gone the extra mile to make sure of that. They are fantastic at communicating with each other and their patients, ensuring that everyone is always on the same page. I used to feel pretty bad about my teeth, because I had let them go. I even took a break from going to the dentist for 11 years once because I hated going. I am so glad I decided to give this place a try. I actually love going to the dentist now, and I feel SO much better about the health of my teeth because of them. Yikes! Don't come here. Worst dental care I have ever received. Update: paid for a crown, however the tooth had to be to be pulled. Miss diagnosed abscess. Went weeks without treatment. Went to another dentist and everything is resolved. This dentist refused to refund my money. So I'm out $1200 and a tooth.

So....normally I do not like the dentist office. It's taken me over a year to write this review. I moved to Dallas and asked my dentist back home to make a recommendation, and he suggested Dr. Natalie Goodman. On my first visit she and her team told me I had several teeth that needed work, well instantly I didn't like her. It wasn't personal but it was exactly why I didn't like going to the dentist - it felt like every dentist I've ever been to - they just want to work on my mouth. And because I have had such terrible and unnecessary work done in the past, I now have bad cavities and cracks etc. BUT Dr Goodman and her team, have been wonderful! They communicate effectively, they are gentle, understanding, kind and I am very happy with the work she has performed. Based on google reviews I decided to give this office a chance since I was new to the area. Dr. Goodman was very nice and polite, as was her staff (initially), however, after being told I had 7 cavities (all which I've had previous work on) that needed to be "fixed", it made me a little uneasy. Especially since they were basically threatening that if I didn't have it fixed by the next week I'd be looking at having crowns, etc. etc. - almost put scare tactics in play. I didn't immediately make that appointment because I've been religious with my oral care and for some reason that didn't quite sit right with me, plus it was going to be quite an expense that I wanted to talk to my husband about first. When I didn't schedule the next week, they sent someone to my office b/c I "won a door prize", which I don't recall registering for (thankfully I missed her b/c I was away from my desk), but I found it weird that they'd come to my place of employment to bring be a basket of popcorn and candy- the two worst things you can prob put on your teeth, but either way, was not thrilled about that invasion, especially with no call or warning. After calming down from the traumatic news that my teeth were terrible, I requested my records to be sent to my trusted doctor back home just to get reassurance. Upon getting the record request, a lady Dr. Goodman's office called me and left a nasty message about having to send my request and stated that "I guess we better just go ahead and close your account with us since you're asking for your records to be sent". RED FLAG. I wanted reassurance that I was going to make the right call to spend $1k+ with a woman I just met b/c she's a doctor and I should just take her word. But the kicker even after that, was that I don't need any work done. After seeing my x-rays and even a second local evaluation, the vast conclusion was is that my teeth are fine. All my previous filled cavities are still holding out and don't need to be drilled out and refilled. Maybe Dr. Goodwin is just overly cautious, but the demeanor of the office staff when I merely was requesting my own records definitely makes me feel like they might have known they were doing something wrong.

I have mixed feelings about this place. Office is very new and clean. Service is excellent and Dr. Goodman is very professional and courteous. However, I ended up switching dentists after going here for my original examination. Why? Because I was anticipating paying thousands and thousands of dollars to fix my teeth. I have some cavities... but the price tag was just too much. I was told I needed two crowns (turns out I need 0 crowns after going to a different dentist). Additionally the gum disease treatment I felt was heavily pushed on me and I was told getting my cavities filled wouldn't be nearly enough because my gums were so bad... it's a scare tactic... I sought a second opinion and turns out my gums are fine, not perfectly healthy, but, no, my teeth will not fall out if I decide not to do the $1500 treatment. I think they are just a bit overly aggressive in their treatment, but that's good for a lot of people that want to obtain perfect teeth. Basically I feel this place likely does excellent work and is great if you are at a point in your life where you are willing to spend a lot of money to get your mouth in perfect shape. However... if you're like me, a recent college grad, just looking to take care of issues in the least expensive and simplest manner possible, I would suggest looking around more.

Once you get past the fact that they make a steady side business off of gum disease prevention, they actually do a very good job. Look, the reality is that you probably aren't taking great care of your gums, but if you don't want to deal with that, then politely decline any gum treatment options and move on with your visit. I've had nothing but a good experience here. Office staff is super polite. Technicians are super polite and very kind during procedures. After a recent set of fillings, the dentist actually called me from her personal cell number later that night and told me to call her if I had any issues.

I had an appointment on Monday and I have terrible dental anxiety. I walked in and sat down waited to be called back. The whole entire staff is amazing! They great you, make you feel comfortable, and it's super cozy! They have coffee, tea, and water available for you in the waiting area. I got called back and Kim helped me. She made me feel so comfortable, very safe, and I had no anxiety. The whole process with her went smoothly. Dr. Goodman walked in and gave me the best walk through explanation, she's super sweet, and really understanding. They have this rule that if something doesn't feel good you raise your hand and they will stop, they are always checking on you and making sure you're ok. The staff made my anxiety go away. I know anytime I come here I will be in good hands and I know that they won't hurt me or scare me. I would recommend this office to anyone. The wait time is NOT BAD AT ALL! Someone is always with you, they know what they are doing, and they help you understand what they are doing, instead of just doing it. This is the best dentist office I have EVER been to. Dr. Goodman and her talented staff have improved my oral health with a consistent short and long term care plan. Treatment options, benefits and risks have always been fully explained. In addition to regular care to eliminate and prevent future gum disease and cavities, Dr. Goodman identified and recommended treatment options for enamel loss I had sustained from bruxism. I chose Invisalign straightening, whitening and partial crowns to repair the grinding damage to my teeth. After completing the treatment regimen, I can happily report results that exceeded my expectations. On a recent trip to visit relatives, my Aunt stopped me in mid-sentence to tell me I had beautiful teeth. Dr. Goodman and her staff have always made my comfort and safety during treatment priority one. I trust Dr. Goodman and her staff completely. New to the area, we went in for a simple cleaning and exam and my wife, when I did not go with her, ended up with over $500 in bills for various procedures that we did not ask for. We have now entered the third month of their financier CareCredit hounding us literally every day and night to make payments- and they have added more than $200 to the bill since we were not able to pay it off in time. Would not recommend to anyone, especially as long as this office does business with CareCredit.

Not Trustworthy We took our kids there for regular checkups. Our dental insurance allows 2 checkups per year with 1 checkup including bitewings. This is standard. The Lewisville Dentist did bitewings on both of our kids during both of the visits. We didn’t find out about this until after we got the bill. Consequentially, I got charged an extra ~$100. I called and asked about this. They said that it was their policy to do bitewings at every visit and that they had told us about this before. This was completely untrue and frustrating to hear. I expressed my disagreement, but in the end it didn’t matter. I had to pay them, and they lost a customer. It appears this dentist is more concerned about making a dollar than being honest and practicing with integrity. Hopefully in the future they will change their mode of operation and/or billing practices, but for now I do not trust them and would not recommend them to anyone.

**BEWARE OF SCAM** I brought both of my daughters here for an exam and cleaning. They didnt do the cleaning only the exam and tried to tell me they both needed almost $2000 each of "extensive cleaning and cavity fillings". They spoke very condescending to me when I told them I was not going to pay $300 for "plaque cultures" for my 12 yr old (like saying "you know she could get a blood infection if you ignore this"). I was told both of my daughters had several cavities. I had a gut feeling they were trying to scam me out of money so I made an appointment with another dentist that was recomeneded by a friend. I did not tell the new dentist about my experience- just wanted to know what they would tell me. Well they both had an exam, xrays and a cleaning with a good bill of health. No cavities- no extensive gum cleaning or "plaque cultures" needed, no special expensive antibiotic rinse was needed either! I am so glad I listened to my gut and had a 2nd opinion. I just worry about the people with limited funds that dont know any better that fork out money needlessly. The entire staff were very polite- which makes it harder sometimes to realize you're being scammed!

I was a new patient in December 2013. I went in for a routine checkup knowing I needed to have a lot of work done. After my first visit I was told that they did not do fillings, root canals, crowns, or pretty much what any dentist should be able to do. I was referred to a different dentist that they worked with but since he was not in my network it would now cost my upwards of $10,000. May 15, 2014 I call the after hours emergency number because I have an abscessed tooth and am in a lot of pain. I have to call twice and leave messages, Dr. Goodman finally called me back and told me that she was "nowhere near her system" so there was nothing she could do for me; and told me to take motrin or aleve for the pain and swelling and since they are closed on Friday's to get in to see someone as soon as I could and if I couldn't find an opening she would try to call around for me. Customer service in office is great and everyone is very nice but the level of personal care is just not there. I will not be recommending this place and will be calling them to refund me for what I had paid for in advance since I will not be going back ever.

Staff is amazingly friendly and caring. Alisha the dental hygienist does everything in her power to make you feel at ease. Would highly recommend using them as your dentist.

The Lewisville Dentist is awesome. I've always had a great experience. I went to another dentist who "recommended" several things be done to my mouth. When he gave me the estimate, there was several thousands of dollars of work to be done (after insurance)!!! I went to the Lewisville Dentist and they were great. They gave me alternate, cheaper solutions for my dental issues and I couldn't be happier. Dr. Goodman did a spectacular job and my smile has never been better.

They take the time to explain what procedures are being done, and the potential options for treatment if additional work must be performed. Their modern equipment makes the exams quick and painless - and I suspect more efficient than those in the past. The entire family has had nothing but good things to say after their visits. I have been looking for a dentist in the Lewisville/Flower Mound area for FIVE YEARS. My family & I have had nothing but bad experiences. We really enjoyed Dr. Goodman and her staff. They were very helpful, found a few cavities in my son's mouth, however, said they wouldn't be doing any of the fillings until his orthodontist consultation to see which teeth he'll have to have pulled. My son was happy and finally had a pleasant dental cleaning!

I love this place sooooo much!!! I was skeptical about it after the few bad reviews I read. They were wrong, and probably just bitter. Either way I love it and so does my family. Dr. Goodman is so nice and sweet they really do care and make you feel welcome.

Horrible horrible place! They are a bunch of SCAM artists there! They tried telling me I had 12 cavities yet I had just seen a dentist (with x-rays) only 1 month prior to them (with zero cavities). They also told me that I have gum disease & needed over $10,000 in dental work!!! Needless to say I caught on to their scam and never went back for any services. TODAY I randomly received a letter from their "collection agency" stating I owe them $300+ dollars. Funny thing is, I saw them almost a full year ago, I only had 1 routine "examination" that is covered twice a year by my insurance & never once did they ever inform me of charges. They'll be hearing from my lawyer & I will be reporting them to BBB. I'm warning anyone & everyone to not fall into their trap!!!!!!
